재학생의 디지털 인테리어디자인 실무능력 인증에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Certify for Enrolled Student Ability of Digital Interior Design Solution)

  • This research studied necessary digital Interior Design education and certification formality for Dept. of Interior Design students' percentage of employment raising and competitive power elevation of industry by the support of 2005 junior college finance support business from the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. Contents of this research is built from joint research by vender of software, which has the highest distribution and preference rate of digital Interior Design related software in industry, and The Korea Digital Architecture and Interior Association, and Daeduk college. The necessary certification standard and course-ware for employment of graduates were developed. There are descriptions for students' needs on digital Interior Design related practical application ability that can receive authentication, And made out education schedule as well as contents so that execution of authentication and education may be possible.

CORDIC을 이용한 디지탈 Quadrature 복조기의 VLSI 구현 (VLSI Implementation of CORDIC-Based Digital Quadrature Demodulator)

  • 디지탈 quadrature 복조기는 디지탈 통신 시스템에서 변조된 신호의 정확한 위상 복조를 위해 꼭 필요하다. 기존의 방법들은 주로 DDFS(Direct Digital Frequency Synthsizer)를 이용하여 캐리어를 발생시킨 후에 승산기를 이용하여 복조를 수행하였다. 그리고, DDFS에는 주로 ROM(Read Only Memory)을 사용하였는데, 높은 속도와 정확도를 요구하는 경우 ROM의 속도와 크기가 제한이 될 수있다. 이러한 점을 극복하기 위하여 CORDIC(COordinate Rotation Digital Computer) 알고리듬을 사용하여 주파수 합성은 물론 캐리어 복조까지 수행하는 방식을 제안하였다. 최적의 하드웨어 구현을 위해 제한된 단어길이에 의한 영향을 분석하였으며, 하드웨어 비용면에서 ROM을 사용하는 방법과 비교한 결과 약 1/3 정도로 면적이 줄었다. 제안된 구조를 이요한 전주문형 VLSI 구현 결과를 보인다.

  • In the early 20st century, created distrust on the mechanistic and dualistic view based on the world of Descartes and Newton. As the features of this new science cannot be explained by the existing Western philosophy but can be explained by the thinking system immanent in the Oriental traditional thought, many scientists and philosophers are concentrating their interests on the Oriental philosophy. In addition, some have been making efforts to find solutions needed for a new paradigm from the thinking system of the Orient. A variety of discussions have also been raised in connection with architecture due to this philosophical change. It has now become possible to conduct free creative acts, staying away from physical limitations, including gravity by diversified simulations through a computer. This physical liberation in turn has caused new changes to the spatial concept of architecture, thereby granting the freedom of the expression that could not be even imagined before and opening a possibility of new architecture and space. At the same time, the digital space architecture actively accommodating this technology is generating a phenomenon that the existing physical and realistic things are rapidly being changed gradually to immaterial and unrealistic ones. This study has analyzed the properties of digital architectural space as the immateriality of our traditional architectural space. The results are as follows: It can be seen that the immaterial features exhibited in the digital architectural space and the traditional architectural one are not just interconnected with specific features, but they are correlated to all immaterial features. Thus, immateriality that are common in the traditional and digital architectural spaces is complementary organic, which is contained in the ambiguity of boundary between other spaces. It is regarded to the architecture as a living things in space diversity based on ideological similarities.

  • 본 연구는 건축에서 모듈화를 중심으로 한 기계적 생산에서 시리얼화를 중심으로 한 디지털 생산 체계로의 변화가 어떠한 방식으로 현대 건축의 외피 디자인 영향을 미치는지를 통해 디지털 기술의 발달이 건축 외피의 매체적 표현 양상의 구축과 적극적으로 공조하고 있음을 파악하려 한다. 이를 바탕으로 헤르죠그와 디모론의 2개의 전시시설의 분석을 통해 외피의 구현이 코드화와 이를 생산하기 위한 부재의 시리얼화라는 개념으로부터 가능하다는 사실을 밝히며 외피가 이미지의 즉각적인 표상을 통해 인간과의 지각적 소통이 가능한 매체적 방식으로 구현되는 과정에서의 디지털 디자인 기술의 역할과 의의를 파악하려 한다.

  • The research want to know about form creation method's special quality that found in digital construction design process that using digital media, and they comparison analysis that who positive using digital media, Frank O. Gehry, Peter Eisenman, Greg Lynn, UN studio's work. First, In digital design process using digital media is make full use to design unfolding step and application way can change by architect's recognition difference of using digital media and each architect's design general idea unfolding process, and it means form creation process can change. Second, In digital design process a building form doesn't design adaptation to construction system, they directly design the third dimension form. So, they deduction a new form that unification and integration. Third, the architect that appear's in digital design process's part is existing, data from position of the master which it selects the coding selects the outcome goods which appears in computer operation with coordinator role of the originality and construction sense which it is visible.

게임에서의 자연풍경의 그래픽 스타일 차이에 따른 감성 반응 분석 (Analysis of Emotional Responses to Different Graphical Styles of Natural Scenery in Video Games)

  • After the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for home-enjoyable video games has surged, driven by extended pandemic conditions and resulting in rapid graphic technology advancements. Consequently, games with diverse expression techniques have emerged, captivating players. Virtual Reality (VR) environments predominantly feature natural landscapes, with advancing graphic technology enabling lifelike scenes. The rise in individuals seeking solace through natural elements in games has followed suit. As VR technology and metaverse interest grow, more people are exposed to digital imagery. However, evidence on the influence of graphic expression methods on emotional response to that is lacking. Our study examined user emotional responses, focusing on natural landscapes in digital graphics of games. Analyzing a group of 47 young adults as frequent digital media consumers, we studied reactions to different image styles (Realism, Semi-Realism, Stylized). In the analysis, Realism-style images were perceived the most positively, while emotional responses to natural landscapes with different graphical expressions showed no significant differences. Results suggest that recognizing digital natural landscapes may outweigh expression style impacting the evaluation of digital nature. This study's empirical analysis enhances the understanding of digital nature's application to actual situations.

  • This paper proposes a low-Power DDC(Digital Down Converters) architecture for IF(Intermediate frequency) signal processing. It is shown that concept of conventional interpolated FIR filters can be expanded to IIR filters for DDC applications. Also in the paper, power dissipations for the proposed architecture and conventional ones are estimated.

3차원 디지털기술 적용 건축문화재 콘텐츠 현황분석 및 전망에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Present Condition and Prospect of Architectural Cultural Heritage Content Applied to 3D Digital Technology)

  • 본 연구는 기술의 발전에 따라 현대적인 3차원 디지털 기술의 활용을 통한 디지털 자료를 구축하며, 다양한 콘텐츠 활용에 3차원 디지털 기술이 적용될 수 있도록 현재 콘텐츠별 기술들을 국내외 사례들을 통해 조사, 분석하였다. 첫째 건축 문화재의 3차원 디지털 기술의 활용은 문화재 복원 형태에서 활용하는 형태로 변화하고 있다. 둘째 제작한 콘텐츠 중 일부 콘텐츠들의 활용도가 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 콘텐츠의 유형이 체험+전시의 형태로 변화하고 있는 추세이지만 온라인을 통한 접근 방식은 적었다. 넷째 국내 IT기술을 활용한 디지털 복원은 해외 문화유산을 복원 하는 기술로도 사용되고 있다. 다섯째 콘텐츠 유형과 3차원 디지털기술의 관계를 분석한 결과 현재 국한된 기술의 사용을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 현재 디지털 건축 문화재의 현황 및 3차원 디지털 기술의 적용 방안에 대해 분석 하였으며, 3차원 디지털 기술 적용 및 콘텐츠를 적극적으로 개발·활용하는 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 향후 디지털건축문화재의 활성화를 위한 다양한 계층 및 디지털기술에 대한 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

그레그 린의 디지털건축 개념에 관한 연구 (A study on the digital architectural concept of Greg Lynn)

  • Greg Lynn has been watched as a future architect that we have known him as a digital architect. As a result, this study tried to understanding his architectural concept by researching his works. The objects of this study were his thirteen projects selected in his website, have been already built, been constructing, their experimental value have been highly evaluated. In conclusion, first, Greg Lynn understood the architecture is animated. Secondly, he actively uses digital technology that creates unexpected new design for his works. Lastly, he intends the consolidation of a design process and building system as a whole.
