  • In the modern market economy, where the consumers are increasingly seeking pleasure rather than convenience, a variety of retailers are making every effort to promote sales records. In order to achieve this goal, the division of work needs to be effectively performed and the allied enterprises need to cooperate with each other. Consequently, the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system should be established through the research and analysis on brands and consumers. It is also necessary that the enterprises should cooperate mutually, using the PRM system which makes it possible to share the information from the CRM system. This report is going to propose a desirable cooperation which is reguaired in Retail Shop Design. And it will be done by describing the relation between CRM & PRM and the marketing based on brands and consumers.ere it examines closely the vibrating unit of the elevator and propose the countermeasure of it.

  • Like other artificial architectures, the residence is also hard to be changed after once it has ever been built because its life is approximately estimated up to 20years. Furthermore, it may give big effect to residents as the life Quality. Because of these specificities, it seems to be important to forecast how demand of residential market will be changed and what kind of residential environment should be built in the future. First of all, we should consider about what is a current situation of residential environment in this country before beginning researching resident preferences. In addition, we will also research current and new residential style in other country, which should be concerned in. Finally, this study is researched by domestic male and female residents in their twenties and four ties on purpose to gain information what type of resident style they want and to suggest new ways of future residential environment.

  • This study is to investigates a development of multimedia contents for the web-based education system. With the comming new millenieum, we have a lot of experience in pluralistic society. especially we are affected by multimedia data with information and knowledge-based society, and the development of information technology, that is we are a lot influenced by multimedia data. This study is to explore multimedia contents which have still and dynamic. With this discussed, teaching and learning from multimedia contents makes learners construct meaning knowledge through the seeing and hearing, interactive communication. thus we need to include the multimedia education in a curriculum.

  • This study is aimed to analyze present states of computer education in interior design dept. and therefore to offer basic data in order to establish middle and long term plan on computer education. According to results of analysis, computer education course accounts for 10.1 percent in total curriculum. But this component ratio has great difference between university and jumopr college. Namely computer education course of college is much more weighter than that of university. It seems to be results from college's characteristic strategies. But this results to unsuitable curriculum allocation. To solve this problem, further examination of linking computer's course with drafting and drawing course should be required. And to heighten more effect of computer education, other circumstance as well as educational facility should be improved and common CAD laboratory should be produced.

  • It is known that to automate the quantity take-off process enables you to increase the productivity best among the construction business field. However, the limitation of 2D(Two-dimension) CAD System prevented a cost-estimating system which makes the great effects on the quantity take-off process from being developed. This study aims that you can automate both the itemized statements and the quantity take-off process by using commercially available object-oriented CAD system. The commercially available CAD system today does not give us entire satisfaction. This study shows the deduction of the old boundaries of the object-oriented CAD system and the solution of those problems. And it also studied about the quantity take-off process and the automated cost-estimating system that can be used in the simple and plain repair-maintenance work such as the execution drawing which doesn't need the complicated drawings.
