It is handled here in this paper, the orality and literacy of scenario, as a basic study for the expansional aspects of scenario at first. And next, it is grasped the specialness and potential energy of scenario checking various matter of Gutenberg Galaxy provided as a literal civilization. Further, basing on the former, various peculiarities of scenario have been linked to the digital storytelling of the internet basic and image writing of visual culture, and the various supporting schemes for new scenario format and creative circumstances in order to build the importance and the ranking of scenario have been presented in the era of the digital image contents. After all, the intention of this study particularly is to lay great emphasis on the supporting schemes and Scenario Galaxy such as a specialized graduate school and national story & scenario agency from a national point of view.

Most people think that our brain and mind are separate, however, they are closely connected. With this idea, we can heal the sickness of our brain and mind. People understand their lives better through the process of 'Identification-Catharsis-Insight' by reading literatures. In addition, they can speak out from their suppressed heart and take comfort when they write. Therefore, they will enjoy the self-healing effects. This study is to analyze factors affecting a growth of online community with perspectives of social network. Particularly this study tries to explore structural phenomenon built by interactions between users in a certain of free board belonging to the online community, in which focuses on one's writing a comments responding on those of others. With using SNA(Social Network Analysis), the social network data calculated from users' interaction shown as their comments were collected to draw out each individual's centrality value representing the structure of the online community and also we estimated duration time and the number of each comments as a proxy variable representing growth of the online community. And then cause-and-effect relationship between individual's centrality value and the duration time and the number of each comment were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, Core-Periphery, Centralization and Reciprocity have significant effects on the duration time and the number of each comment, therefore those significant values representing online structure will give an implication to manage, to promote the online community, to forecast its evolution path and to build critical policies.

Citing literature is a very important activity for scholars in writing articles. Many publishers and libraries build citation databases and provide citation reports on scholarly journals. Cited-by linking is a service representing what an article cites and how many times it cites a specific article within a journal database. Recently, information services based on DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) have been increasing in number. CrossRef, a non-profit organization for the DOI registration agency, maintains the DOI system and provides the cited-by linking service. Recently, the number of Korean journals adopting DOI is also rapidly increasing. The Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) supports Korean learned societies in DOI related activities in collaboration with CrossRef. This study analyzes cited patterns of Korean DOI journal articles using CrossRef's cited-by linking data and a Korean journal citation database. This analysis has been performed in terms of publication country and the language of journals citing Korean journal articles. The results show that DOI, SCI(E) (Science Citation Index (Expanded)), and English journals are more likely to be cited internationally.

The development of web service area enables to integrate the various existing systems into web, which have been utilized to the several fields such as education business and companies. The e-learning could be an important teaching method for English education in that the learners prefer to use of the visual material in language learning. The students are provided with the motivation of learning for it is interesting to them. The purpose of this study is to research the problems so that web service can be organized efficiently for the education of English. In addition, this paper is to suggest an alternation of the direction for development of skills to solve the existing problems.

According to the National Statistical Office, the number of fires was the 42,135 items in 2014, it has increased reviews 1203 compare with 2013. In addition, the sum of the property damage 2,560 billion, injured number 1,599 people, it was announced in deaths number 263 people. Although Korea government have announced many fire manuals for fire prevention, the reason that many of the wounded and the dead occurred is because people have recognized fire riskiness in just only head simply from manual. In this paper, the simulation system for prevention of fire based virtual reality is proposed to solve this problems. The people who trained by proposed system can recognize and realize fire riskiness more than fire writing manuals.

is a service providing story synopses that match user's query. This paper presents a classification of character types by clustering of character tendencies found in the user log of . We also present a visualization method of showing genre-action relationships to each character type, and investigate the genre-action relationships of the major character types. We found that a small number of character types can represent more than half of the character tendencies and the character types tend to have a relationship to particular genres and actions. According to this properties, it would be desirable to provide supports for creative writing classified by character types.

Writing high-quality papers and publishing them at prestigious academic journals would be something that every scholar strives for. This study made a network with nine academic journals in South Korea in the field of public administration and public policy and analyzed the influence of academic journals through social network analysis. Using centrality measures, such as degree centrality, beta centrality, and eigenvector centrality, this study found that Korean Public Administration Review has the highest influence on the journal network, followed by Korean Public Studies Review. However, different choice of centrality measure led to different ranking of journals in terms of their influence.

Instructive lessons in the language classrooms are extremely constrictive to language learners in improving their English skills, thus, the use of technology in education plays an important role in a language classroom. Results of language proficiency improvement of the learners vary depending on the extent of supplementary materials offered by the internet delivered to the learners. The purpose of the present study is to explore and propose a new approach of language acquisition offered by the internet. This study presents effective methods of using the internet in carrying out the written work. In this paper, we show that the relationship between participation of the learners in the class activities and improvement of English writing skills are mutually proportional.

In this paper, we propose a method for more accurate fake discrimination using time information in CNN-based signature recognition. To easily use the time information and not to be influenced by the speed of signature writing, we acquire the signature as a movie and divide the total time of the signature into equal numbers of equally spaced intervals to obtain each image and synthesize them to create signature data. In order to compare the method using the proposed signature image and the method using only the last signature image, various signature recognition methods based on CNN have been experimented in this paper. As a result of experiment with 25 signature data, we found that the method using time information improves performance in fake discrimination compared to the existing method at all experiments.
