This study aims to explore the present condition of job preparation of students in the department of physical education in depth so that convergence talents with professional physical education abilities can be trained and physical education majors can establish themselves in adverse conditions such as the reduction of the entrance quota and a lack of cases of research on job training in the departments related to physical education by the college evaluation of the Ministry of Education and to present a direction of career training. In order to analyze the relationships among sub-factors according to the level of perception of physical education-related majors, methods such as MANOVA and correspondence analysis were used. The results obtained through the research are as follows: First, it turned out that it is important to carry out career training in advance, considering physical education-related college students' aptitude and talent by grade. Second, it turned out that it is important to alleviate the problem of employment barrier in the preparation for career fast. Third, it turned out that it is important for us all to make efforts to expand the types of physical education-related employment and provide opportunities.

Culture contents are connected directly with our lives. Experts who produce culture contents or work at such industry or most of people regardless of age and gender are exposed to media contents like movie, game, animation, broadcasting and advertising. There are a number of users who use smart phones and smart pads which can view such media contents. The era of smart device which people easily surf, watch, and produce media contents will be opened. Therefore, the efficient curriculum for producing more touchable media contents should be developed continuously. Most of people recognize the necessity of educations to enhance creativity at university education. This paper intended to research the method of roles curriculum of university produce culture contents which stimulate emotion, creative and show new technology. This paper suggests academic curriculum for department of culture and contents based on the basics, even though new media device emerges the proper talents can be fostered.

Recent statistics revealed that with the crisis of humanities, the unemployment rate of the students majoring in this field of study is very high. Considering the seriousness of current situations, the government announced 'Plan to Help Students Majoring in Humanities Find Job.' This study confirmed that the government's policy for those from the department of humanities is valid and reasonable. However, the convergence of humanistic imagination and engineering thoughts could generate some side effects. Therefore, this study suggested a direction for humanistic convergence education to help these students get the career they want. In this study was investigated methodology which can maximize the efficiency of digital storytelling through microscopic convergence instead of macroscopic convergence. In addition, this study proposed that an inter-disciplinary convergence system-based project would be the best solution to nurture convergence-oriented talents in humanities.

The crisis of university must be overcome by emphasizing the acquisition and use of knowledge for students to participate in and solve contemporary and diverse social/regional problems through educational method innovation. University classes should be a way of contributing to solving human problems, the UN's Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and various issues in the community. This study focused on project-based learning to cultivate socially engaged and problem-solving talents. In addition, a problem definition toolkit model was produced and tested to improve problem solving ability. Through follow-up research, I plan to develop a performance measurement model corresponding to the field application-improvement-feedback of Living Lab project classes, and suggest a method that universities can easily apply to the existing curriculum.

Software education is drawing attention as an education for fostering future talents who will lead the 4th industrial revolution. The purpose of software education for everyone from kinder to adults is not simply to develop programming skills, but to develop "Computational Thinking," a problem-solving ability that effectively solves real-world problems based on computing. Therefore, how to cultivate and evaluate computational thinking is a very important issue. This paper proposed a method of applying a process-based performance evaluation method to evaluate computational thinking ability in the process of solving learners' problems. The developed contents were revised and supplemented through two Delphi surveys by a group of experts consisting of five university professors and five incumbent information teachers majoring in computer science and computer education to verify the effectiveness of the final model. I hope This paper can contribute to the study of evaluating computer thinking ability from the perspective of problem solving.

As artificial intelligence gradually expands into jobs, iIt is necessary to nurture talents with AI literacy capabilities required for non-majors. Therefore, in this study, based on the necessity and current status of AI education, AI literacy competency improvement education was conducted for non-majors so that AI learning could be sustainable in relation to future majors. For non-majors at University D, problem-solving solutions through project-based data analysis and visualization were applied over 15 weeks, and the AI ability improvement and effectiveness of learners before and after education were analyzed and verified. As a result, it was possible to confirm a statistically significant level of positive change in the learners' data analysis and utilization ability, AI literacy ability, and AI self-efficacy. In particular, it not only improved the learners' ability to directly utilize public data to analyze and visualize it, but also improved their self-efficacy to solve problems by linking this with the use of AI.

Along with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, fostering young talents with convergent mind is getting important. Moreover pre-service teachers' ability to design proper convergent classes can be a meaningful issue for high quality future education. This study proposes the role of professors' exquisite feedback is so significant for developing their competence in STEAM education, It analyzed how various theories regarding feedback support them to enhance convergent knowledge with e-learning. They participated in the 5 step group and individual activities for creating STEAM lesson plan and received suitable feedback. Lastly a survey was performed. The researchers did modeling how integrative feedback was applied to the procedure step by step according to the 'Ladder of Inference' theory. This strategic model contributed to elevating the participants' convergent knowledge, competence, achievement and satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to verify how organizational fairness affects organizational commitment to social welfare officials, and to examine the mediating effect of organizational support. Social welfare officials have tried to find out what factors can be more adapted to the organization and immersed in the organizational aspect, as overwork and poor working conditions are becoming a problem. As the subject and method of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 172 social welfare officials in P and U cities in northern Gyeonggi Province, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, organizational fairness of social welfare officials had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, administrative and policy implications for the organizational adaptation and commitment of public officials in charge of social welfare were presented.

This study aims to present the direction of fostering creative and innovative future design personnel required by companies according to the trend of the times. Changes in design manpower policy and industry, academia, and government cases are examined through policy case studies. Through analysis of industry-academia project cases, we discovered that a new educational model is needed to experience the process of developing products that can be commercialized. This study is expected to be used as basic data for policy development related to program development to foster creative and innovative talents required in the design industry.

The purpose of this study is to present practical implications for employment of people with developmental disabilities by analyzing the moderating effect of family employment support in the relationship between discrimination experience and employment of people with developmental disabilities. The subjects of the study were 394 people with developmental disabilities who participated in the 2nd wave 4th survey of the 2019 Employment Panel Survey for the Disabled, and a hierarchical binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was found that the experience of discrimination among people with developmental disabilities negative effects employment, and family employment support has a significant moderating effect, strengthening the negative effect of discrimination on employment. Therefore, the importance of improving the working environment reflecting the needs of families with developmental disabilities, the necessity of employment support policies, and strengthening trust with the state and local communities were discussed.
