Designing communication architecture for substation automation is a challenging and subtle task for visualizing substations in the digital world under the umbrella of IEC61850. Communication paradigms for substation automation are of critical importance because of two reasons; the communication arena is changing daily and opts for convenience and simple deployment at a lower migration cost and interoperability is one of the core constrains of IEC61850 for substation automation. This paper presents an analysis and outline of the crucial need for the deployment of Gigabit Ethernet in substations and also presents suggestions on how Ethernet technology can help in substation automation. Ethernet is one of the most pervasive communication technologies available and can provide a long term solution in the changing arena of communication. We have performed simulations in NS-2 to prove that our suggested communication paradigm is optimal in various regards with consideration of the constraints imposed by IEC61850.

As an agent is applied into various fields, it is suggested as the paradigm of new application technology in the area of computer communication. However, the mobile agent brines the problem of security on an agent due to mobility. This study proposals the mobile agent protection protocol framework for more effective protection and safety. The designed Framework of protocol uses the public ky, the private key and the digital signature in PKI environment based on JAVA. This is the mechanism accomplishing safely the work of an agent by tracking the pattern of execution and the mobility plan through the VS(verification server). This also secures the suity and the flawlessness of an agent through the VS guaranteeing safety from malicious attacks.

The personal cloud is a service which approaches the personal contents scattering to all terminals and online space at the personal information-oriented age in which the person's digital device including the Smart-phone, MID, PC, IPTV and etc, increases and the personal online service including the blog, E-mail, UCC, social network service and ect, rapidly increasing for the cloud computing regardless of the terminal anywhere independently and can provide the high vale added personalization service through the analysis of the contents and processing. The future of the personal cloud market is prospected through the service and technology which enhances the understanding about the cloud computing, that is the next generation IT paradigm which the world IT companies pay attention to, and is provided and business strategy analysis of the security and normalizing and related companies.

Cyber education community in the digital age is going on across all areas of knowledge accumulation rate of acceleration of the demand for retraining and lifelong learning can effectively accommodate. Recently, the speed of change related with enterprise management is getting faster than ever owing to the competition among companies, technique diffusion, shortening of product lifecycle, excessive supply of market. For the example, the compliance condition (such as delivery date, product quality, etc.) from the ship owner is getting complicated and the needs for the new product such as FPSO, FSRU are coming to fore. This paradigm shift emphasize the rapid response rather than the competitive price, flexibility and agility rather than effective and optimal perspective for the domestic shipbuilding company. So, domestic shipbuilding companies have to secure agile and flexible ship production environment that could respond change of market and requirements of customers in order to continue a competitive edge in the world market. In this paper, I'm going to define a standard shipbuilding production management system by investigating the environment of domestic major shipbuilding companies. Also, I'm going to propose a unified ship production management and system for the operation of unified management through detail analysis of the activities and the data flow of ship production management. And, the system functions for the strategic approach of ship production management are investigated through the business administration tools such as performance pyramid, VDT and BSC. Lastly, the research of applying strategic KPI to the digital shipyard as virtual execution platform is conducted.

Contemporary architecture is showing its deconstruction and departure from modern architecture based on rationality, such as reductionism or virtualism. This means a shift from a mechanistic and ecological world view to an organic and ecological view, from a deterministic reason to a reason for a possible secret static. This study examines the potential of fractals, a scientific theory of complexity that is emerging as a new paradigm in the 21st century, as an appropriate alternative to contemporary complexity architecture. The method and scope of this study were understood and its features were identified through literature and data research and prior study review. Based on the organic nature of fractal geometry, we analyzed the works of contemporary architects(Frank Gehry, Bernard Tschumi, Steven Holl, Zaha Hadid, Rem Koolhaas, Daniel Libeskind, Zvi Hecker, Ito Toyo) and studied the possibility of architectural design using the principle of fractal. As a result, fractal geometry, similar to the patterned order of nature, has an infinite set of organizational functionalities in architecture and can be applied in various aspects of design analysis. Architectural designs based on the fractal theory will require more research and development to realize dynamic design representation using digital computers.

This article recapitulates the recent changes in trade laws, which may be accentuated due to the intriguing emergence of fortified protectionism and Mega FTAs. It points out the need to formulate not only the corporate strategy for enhancing the product differentiation and architectural capabilities but also the public policy, which comprises the industrial adjustment policy to cope with possible negative impulses caused by the digital trade and foreign direct investment. It is imperative for Korea to facilitate the alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy as an effective means of enhancing industrial structure by nurturing those linkage effects between relevant forward and backward industries. Given the drastically volatile trade norms of multi-track trade policies, it may be a pivotal momentum for Korea to pursue a paradigm shift of its trade policy with a prime objective of achieving such an alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy, which affords increased value-added and the further development of product or generic technology instead of resorting to the misuses and abuses of economies of scale and production technology for the maximization of export amount.

Korea is ranked as the world's No. 1 country in its aging rate. While the interest and demand for health is rapidly increasing, the health status of the elderly is in the lowest among OECD members. Increased chronic diseases, the burden of medical costs and digital/untact changes of societies after COVID-19 have caused the direction of healthcare to be changed from treatment oriented to health care and prevention oriented, along with increased income levels and a desire for a healthy life. Amid this paradigm of change, the gap in health standards and health inequality for the elderly according to local structure and social conditions affects not only socio-economic but also the quality of life for individual senior citizen. Utilizing prior data of Aging Research Panel Survey, this study aims to compare and analyze health conditions and regional gaps which are significant influences on the satisfaction of the life of the elderly, and to suggest direction of studies for health care to provide solutions for health inequalities. The findings are intended to be a basic data for researching models of the New Normal Smart Healthcare System that bridge the health gap between the elderly and enhance life satisfaction with health care models suitable for regional characteristics in aging society.

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, with its accelerating radical changes and innovation, fashion is rapidly advancing to sustain social changes introduced by technological convergence. In light of this, the study investigates the social and cultural characteristics of technologizing fashion products: creative modifications emerge from technological convergence with fashion products and result in a realm separate from technology. By focusing on the nature of fashion, this study analyzes the technologization of fashion products for added value creation in the fashion system. Based on the findings, it interprets different attitudes toward technologizing that changes fashion products. Accordingly, this study reviews previous literature and qualitatively examines empirical cases based on inductive reasoning. In particular, it analyzes commercialized cases of fashion-technology convergence in fashion products found on online fashion media outlets between January 2007 and May 2021, a central period in intellectual and technological innovation. The characteristics of technologized fashion products are identified as follows: expansion of physical functions and categories, interaction with emotional sensibilities, artistry through combination with technologies, and computer-generated imagery(CGI) fashion as digital goods. Therefore, this study analyzes the characteristics of technologization, focusing on the social and cultural properties of fashion products. The findings provide opportunities to understand the paradigm shift of these products that was catalyzed by technologizing.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).
