With the advent of new media richness of technology in the digital age has transformed our lives. The development of technology, the more our lives more convenient, new, future-oriented, while expectations for the digital age, people are longing for warm, human sensibility became. Of modernism and post-modernism appeared to reflect the proliferation of digital media in culture, wandering through the complex has been diversifying. In the digital age stabilizing psychological or mental needs of people who want to begin to emerge as the disfunctional aspects of the digital age has been suggested for the problem. To respond to human emotion on the emotional reaction of users to consider the analog emotional design began to emerge. The analog to digital media to express emotions practical approach to the problem should be attempted. Analog in a digital environment, emotional nature of the digital technology and communication, and symbolic and emotional aspects of people as announced to blend the new extension, change, and an analog emotional design for the evolution and development of new possibilities to investigate the castle.
Art has evolved into remarkable changes in its art form maintaining a close link with the contemporary scientific technologies that gave birth to new tools of expression in each era. Animation is an art form in an inextricable connection with technological aspects because it was spawned by the technical background like movies. In this regard, animation is often viewed very strongly by technical advancements in terms of an aesthetic approach. John Whitney Sr., one of the pioneers in computer graphics arts, turned his attention to the new technology called computer graphics as a means to visualize images and movement. The advent of a new medium had a strong influence not only on tools and means for novel expression but also on the gradual shift in thinking about arts and even the audiences' taste. In the 1980s, animation was combined with computer technology and the rapid progress of computer graphic technology opened up the era of new visual aesthetics, Today, the development of digital technology presents a different dimension of realism, either advocating hyperrealism by digital actors or presenting new illusionism by classic cartoon characters emphasized in a distortion or metamorphosis from a real life in order to consolidate animation realism. Based on the two perspectives mentioned above, this study can identify methods of digital character appropriation focused on the works of the ACM SIGGRAPH Asia and find how the relationship between art and technology has changed the digital realism and evolved the digital character as the digital technology has developed.
The evolutions of human mental capability and technology opened a new era called "Digital Space." Moreover, Digital Space as technology is already accelerating the process of "self-expansion." The expansion, on the foundation of its conceptual and morphological variety, acquired the potential to furnish various types of spatiotemporal experience. This phenomenon, as a necessary consequence of focusing on the resulting value of the human-space relation which came next to its ontological value, requests the value of the space design as an attempt of various phenomenal experience in the relation of technology, human, and space to be educationally established. From a typological point of view, no true creation exists in any form of design. It is practically impossible to design in the void without any restrictions, and all design is based on preceding examples. This is because production of artificial is based on the universal principles or structure residing in history, namely, typology. Considering Digital Space from technological and cultural standpoints, it can obviously be called a new type of space, and beyond that, it becomes a new type of a methodological tool of design. Thus, the purpose of this study is to systematize the paradigm of the space design in the digital era by studying the concept of space in Digital Space from the standpoints of history and context, that is typology, and in accordance with it, classify the phases of the space design that is led digitally.at is led digitally.
Technological development of information and communication have brought sharp changes to every sector such as society, culture, economy and education because of knowledge and information-oriented society. The number of classes has decreased, and some schools are closed or incorporated due to decrease of the population. Such phenomenon has brought changes to learning using digital technology and space. A change called digital innovation is characterized by interactive communication centering on the internet network. Therefore, it is very important to predict educational environment to be changed according to digital environment and to note how real learning space is changed. The development of digital technology in society in general presents two concepts of digital and contents, digitalized information. Such technology is recognized as a new paradigm in education sector and a new space is created through participation of instructors and learners in learning space. This study analysed cases of learning space of elementary schools based on bibliographical examination and related bibliography including data from academic presentations and news release to present developed leaning space. To present healthy and creative learning environment which can lead knowledge and information-based society in the future, the preface described the background, purpose, methods and range of the study, and analysed transitional processes of society and culture, digital learning contents, and learning space in education of elementary schools. Finally the study identified trends and cases of research on learning space and suggested digital learning contents space.
Current information-oriented society is expanding rapidly with the huge change to our society from the information revolution emerged in mid '50s. Information technique such as computer, communication satellite and cable technology play their in this information-oriented society, and in 1980s, digital technique was adopted to media, inviting new phenomenon in communication of overall society. Modern society had demanded some speedy and bidirectional communication tool in shifting digital era, and resulted from that was a new culture, Now the society changes more and more quickly under the speedy information sharing. From that perspective we need to establish the aspects of sensibility expression, which is one feature of the communication. The sensibility-oriented digital was originated from the human nature, which counts emotion and composure much. To satisfy the human nature a new cultural value which transcend a traditional one is needed. And the sensitivity expression to meet the need is one communication tendency in digital era. Digital era has totally different social qualities from that of analogue era. In digital era, prompt respond to rapid change and creativity combined with sensitivity are needed. Therefore a man with sensitivity would be more outstanding than a man of intelligence. The picture of digital and analogue in our society consists of two axis one is analogue axis like retrospective trend, admiration for nature , oriental thought etc. , and the other is the digital axis of internet and information technology. Sensibility can be widely interpreted as analogue thinking. It is surely different from the plain retrospective trend or nostalgia for past. It is a tendency that digital technology is used and cooperated with the emotion in human nature, In this paper we suggest the sensitivity expressions in detail through the study cases including both sides of digital and sensitivity expressions such as 'Bravo your life' advertising campaign of Samsung Insurance, MP3 advertising campaign, and 'Mini-homepage' of Cyworld. Under the circumstances the main direction of communication is oriented to human. This study's purpose is to think the true meaning of this digital era, to overcoming its weaknesses, such as over-dependency on technique and selfish individualism and to harmonize digital and sensitivity expression. The sensitivity-oriented expression than the reason-oriented one is expected to be put forth in whole media, and this is a more efficient tendency under the shifting digital era.
It is true that the new development in digital technology has Influenced on the definition of animation like it did on the other fields of an, but this doesnt mean this development drastically changes the traditional concept and replaces it with innovative new one. The more the technology is being developed, the mon it needs traditional base that can lead it to what it originally should be. As an example, computer animation companies are constantly seeking for people who have traditional animation background rather than well-trained computer oriented artists. This means digital technology will be no more a technological threat to the people who has traditional animation background. Consequently, when considering the extended concept caused by this new technology, we have to find its base on the traditional animation concept. Since we dont have any fundamental base in traditional animation and technological base in computer animation, we should consider those in advanced countries as a standard. However, in these days, there is a tendency to worship the words themselves such as "digital revolution", "information technology" etc., not the basics behind them. We cannot expect any achievement with this in mind. This study might be a short cut to the students and animators who want to learn and approach computer animation in a right wav.
In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.
A new technology of fashion show is opening the digital era and an imaginary fashion show is now arising as a new form of fashion show which allows one to enjoy a collection through the monitor without holding a real fashion show. Digital fashion show allows designer to create infinite ideas by articulating the designer's concept through not only garments but also other factors. In this research, We will analyze cases which are mixtures of digital technology and fashion show and will suggest a new paradigm of fashion show by producing an imaginary fashion show which cannot be easily articulated in an ordinary real fashion show, articulated by garments created by digital technology and graphic effects. The program used for this study is 'DC Suite 2.0' developed by Physan and Digital Clothing Center of Seoul National University, available for 2D pattern production and 3D simulation. In addition, in order to enhance representation of the visual effects, Maya's Qualoth and V-ray program which could be compatible with 'DC Suite' were used to make 3D digital fashion show.

This paper examines the change and its meaning of marketing strategy in business administration, which is changing along with the development of digital technology. Unlike conventional marketing, digital marketing is creating new relationships and making changes through a two-way approach rather than a one-way approach between producers and consumers. And these changes are creating new approaches not only in the problems between businesses and consumers, but also in the relationship between public institutions and citizens. In particular, the potential of platforms, which are emerging as important in digital management, is applied to public policies, and efforts are being made to establish marketing strategies for public institutions. One case of this was applied to the cultural contents industry and policy to examine specific measures and visions. The cultural big data platform is in line with digital management and continuously utilizes digital marketing strategies in the public domain, and aims to promote creative work as well as publicize it to citizens and workers in the cultural content industry. The synergy effect that will emerge from the combination of the cultural big data platform and digital management is expected to continue.
In the COVID-19 era, globally, companies in the fashion industry are pursuing new convergence methods through digital technology. Conventional fashion shows have become difficult to run exclusively, instead, the shows are run through a combination of offline and digital arrangements. This paper examines the trends of seven digital fashion show weeks in London, Paris, Milan, New York, Seoul, Shanghai, and Tokyo, and presents strategies applicable in Korea's Seoul Digital Fashion Week. We focused on the digital technology used in the digital fashion weeks fashion brands, and the characteristics of the host cities. The study conducted a literature review and case study through corporate and research report data, and the Fashion Week website. Based on the study results, changes in fashion industry calendars like 'See now, Buy now', seasonless, and unified collections for men and women, expansion of D2C system, the rise of short-form contents, and the expansion to the virtual world space and physical limitations can be cited as changed trends. The study provides insight into the incorporation of the Korean Wave and K-Pop singers, industrial structure change, and the establishment of B2B system in the Seoul digital fashion week. The shift to the digital runway is not only an alternative method to cope with the COVID-19 era but also a new "new normal". Fashion shows are no longer fixed and planned in free spaces. As a venue displaying the creator's personality, digital fashion week is expected advance in the future.
