Technological development of information and communication have brought sharp changes to every sector such as society, culture, economy and education because of knowledge and information-oriented society. The number of classes has decreased, and some schools are closed or incorporated due to decrease of the population. Such phenomenon has brought changes to learning using digital technology and space. A change called digital innovation is characterized by interactive communication centering on the internet network. Therefore, it is very important to predict educational environment to be changed according to digital environment and to note how real learning space is changed. The development of digital technology in society in general presents two concepts of digital and contents, digitalized information. Such technology is recognized as a new paradigm in education sector and a new space is created through participation of instructors and learners in learning space. This study analysed cases of learning space of elementary schools based on bibliographical examination and related bibliography including data from academic presentations and news release to present developed leaning space. To present healthy and creative learning environment which can lead knowledge and information-based society in the future, the preface described the background, purpose, methods and range of the study, and analysed transitional processes of society and culture, digital learning contents, and learning space in education of elementary schools. Finally the study identified trends and cases of research on learning space and suggested digital learning contents space.

디지털보존은 디지털정보를 장기적으로 보유하여 이용자로 하여금 지속적으로 접근이 가능하도록 하는 일련의 행위를 말한다. 이를 위해서는 기술적인 문제를 포함하여 정책적인 문제, 기관의 역할, 법적 및 저작권 문제, 메타데이터 전략 등 여러 가지 복잡한 세부 과제들을 해결하여야 한다. 본 논문은 이 중에서 디지털보존과 관련된 기술적인 문제를 2가지로 구분하여 정리하고 있다. 먼저, 디지털보존의 기본적인 개념을 형성하는 요소인 디지털객체, 디지털객체의 수명주기, 아카이빙 워크플로우를 시스템의 입장에서 정의하였다. 둘째, 기술보존, 에물레이션, 파일재생, 포맷전환, 캡슐화 등 디지털보존에 사용되는 주요한 보존처리 기술을 비교 분석하였다.

With the development of information and communication technology, modern people are receiving various benefits, and knowledge and use of information and communication technology are becoming essential qualities in modern people's lives. There are people who do not enjoy the rich benefits of this information and communication society, and the so-called 'digital divide' acts as an obstacle that prevents the information and communication from enjoying a rich life. Currently, there are four major information underprivileged classes in Korea, the disabled, the elderly, low-income class and farmers and fishermen, respectively. The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of the digital divide for the low-income class and to analyze the causes of the digital divide. To this end, in this study, we analyze statistics on digital divide at the national level and analyzed the digital divide of low-income class from three perspectives: information access, information capability, and information use. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the lack of information capability was the biggest cause of the digital divide, and in particular, information management ability was the most insufficient among information capabilities.

디지털 큐레이션은 디지털 시대의 새로운 정보관리 및 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 디지털 환경에서 정보자원에 대한 체계적 관리 및 서비스를 추구한다는 측면에서 디지털 큐레이션은 문헌정보학의 핵심 영역에 해당한다. 본 연구는 디지털 큐레이션 관련 문헌들을 검토하여 주요 연구 영역을 설정하고, 대표적인 문헌정보학 분야 학술 데이터베이스(LISTA)에서 검색한 학술 논문들을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 연구동향 분석의 결과에 기초하여 문헌정보학 분야의 디지털 큐레이션 관련 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

The digital map expresses natural topographies and artificial things with 3D position coordinates in the computer such as the road, railway, building, river, mountain, paddy and dryland. Therefore, the digital map is regarded as an important factor in the information-oriented society. However, it is difficult to maintain the most recent topographic information all the times because of restricted budget and time. For that, the efficient method corresponded with the digital map should be presented. This study aims to suggest the way to make an estimate of updating cost for 1:5,000 scale digital map by using remotely sensed data. To predict updating area of the digital map, the screen digitizing method was applied to the overlapped images and digital maps.

본 연구는 국내의 디지털도서관 연구 및 디지털도서관 용어 사용을 분석함으로써, 디지털도서관에 대한 논의가 기술중심적 혹은 기술결정론적 방향으로 진행되어 왔다는 것을 밝히고 있다. 그러나 디지털도서관은 다양한 이종의 구성요소들이 사회적 상호작용 과정을 통하여 구성되는 사회기술망으로 인식될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 사회기술망으로서의 디지털도서관을 이해하고 분석하기 위하여 사회정보학과 STIN 모델이 적용되어야 한다는 것을 제안한다.

지형공간정보체계의 운영을 위하여 필수적인 자료기반의 갱신을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치 사진측량과정에 의하여 취득되는 자료를 활용하여 정사투영영상을 생성하고 영상피라미드 기법을 이용하여 다축척 정사투영영상지도를 제작하였다. 연구의 결과 제작된 정사투영영상지도의 정확도는 1:5,000 지형도 대비 2.092m의 정확도로서, 다양한 지형공간정보체계 자료기반 자료취득이 가능하였다.

사이버공간 속 디지털문화의 융복합 윤리교육은 개인정보, 저작권 등 특정 영역에만 국한되고 있어 사이버 공간의 사용자인 디지털 네이티브들이 소통하고 공유하고 교류하는 사이버공간 속 정보수용능력과 정보 제공능력에 관한 교육은 미비한 상태이다. 이로 인해 정보보안의 중요성을 인지하지 못하고 타인의 개인정보를 남용하는 역기능이 최근 사회문제로 대두 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버공간에서 가장 많이 정보를 소통하고 교류하는 디지털네티즌들 가운데 대학교 1~2학년 학생들을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시 교육을 실시한 후 이들이 정보보안 인식의 변화를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 디지털 문화사회회에 필요한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 체계적 양성의 근원적인 대책의 마련하고자 한다.

Current information-oriented society is expanding rapidly with the huge change to our society from the information revolution emerged in mid '50s. Information technique such as computer, communication satellite and cable technology play their in this information-oriented society, and in 1980s, digital technique was adopted to media, inviting new phenomenon in communication of overall society. Expectations and hope for new trends and changes from digital era flourished when we entered into new Millenium, the 21st century. Since then we have gone through changes in years from analogue to digital. Now the word 'digital' is conceived in unified manner in almost every fields and influences overall society, changing our life pattern rapidly. Modern society had demanded some speedy and bidirectional communication tool in shifting digital era, and resulted from that was a new culture, Now the society changes more and more quickly under the speedy information sharing. From that perspective we need to establish the aspects of sensibility expression, which is one feature of the communication. The sensibility-oriented digital was originated from the human nature, which counts emotion and composure much. To satisfy the human nature a new cultural value which transcend a traditional one is needed. And the sensitivity expression to meet the need is one communication tendency in digital era. Digital era has totally different social qualities from that of analogue era. In digital era, prompt respond to rapid change and creativity combined with sensitivity are needed. Therefore a man with sensitivity would be more outstanding than a man of intelligence. The picture of digital and analogue in our society consists of two axis one is analogue axis like retrospective trend, admiration for nature , oriental thought etc. , and the other is the digital axis of internet and information technology. Sensibility can be widely interpreted as analogue thinking. It is surely different from the plain retrospective trend or nostalgia for past. It is a tendency that digital technology is used and cooperated with the emotion in human nature, In this paper we suggest the sensitivity expressions in detail through the study cases including both sides of digital and sensitivity expressions such as 'Bravo your life' advertising campaign of Samsung Insurance, MP3 advertising campaign, and 'Mini-homepage' of Cyworld. Under the circumstances the main direction of communication is oriented to human. This study's purpose is to think the true meaning of this digital era, to overcoming its weaknesses, such as over-dependency on technique and selfish individualism and to harmonize digital and sensitivity expression. The sensitivity-oriented expression than the reason-oriented one is expected to be put forth in whole media, and this is a more efficient tendency under the shifting digital era.

본 연구에서는 급변하는 디지털 정보환경에서 역사자료의 디지털 아카이빙 방안을 모색하고자 해외의 대표적인 역사자료 디지털 아카이빙 구축 사례를 조사하였다. 즉 역사자료의 디지털 아카이빙 프로젝트를 수집, 보존, 접근 및 활용의 정보 생명주기 및 디지털 큐레이션 개념에 근거하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 역사자료의 디지털 아카이빙 구축의 필수 요건 및 지속가능성을 위한 방안으로 국가적 차원의 구체적인 정책 수립과 이를 뒷받침해 줄 수 있는 재정적 지원 및 연구, 지속적인 서비스를 제공하기 위한 장기보존 시스템 구축의 확립, 그리고 장기보존 전략, 표준화 등을 위한 기관 간, 국가 간 협력 방안 및 업무 분담체계 마련 등의 방안을 제시하였다.
