Development of digital technology has become closely connected with housing environment. Especially for the matured population, it is very important because they need substantial support in their daily lives. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify needs of digital network services for future housing development. Previous researches were limited to digital technology of network systems and its usages. On the other hand, this study focuses on not only the technology but services. This study consists of literatures review and empirical survey. The subjects were the mid-age and pre-elderly between 45 to 65. The analysis of this study results outlined as follows: First, the pre-elderly appeared to have, in general, positive perceptions about digital services of the housing environment. The results of needs for each space's, showed strongly in basic safety and aiding system for memories. Second, there are differences in needs according to respondent's characteristics such as sex, income, job, house type, experience in digital system. Third, there are differences between what they think and what they really responded in both spaces and services. It menas that present planning elements may not attractive and suitable to residents. Therefore it is necessary to redesign the services. In the future, the most important thing is, making comfortable space not convenient space. That is, excluding unnecessary elements and pick up the right ones for resident's real demands.

Recently, with the spread of digital camera and PC cam, need of tools for display and manipulation of digital images have increased remarkably. These tools are called as digital album. Af now, people want to see picture not alone in home but share with someone else. The purpose of this study is to develop a digital album, which is easy to use, easy to approach and has more function. Therefore people can see picture everywhere he want and management it. The purpose of this study was 1) to examine the current situation of traditional fashion markets, 2) to compare the perceptions toward remodeling traditional retail markets between retail merchants and consumers, and 3) to provide the new remodeling renovation of traditional fashion retail markets. The study subjects comprised 127 merchants and 128 consumers. Both the merchants and consumers tended to have a negative perception of future fashion traditional markets. Consumers tended to have a higher perception of fashion store service, such as A/S and salesperson's service, than merchants. In addition, there were significant differences in perceptions toward remodeling renovation of traditional markets between retail merchants and consumers. Based on these results, a fashion marketing strategy regarding digital network is suggested.

According to the recent expansion of the network environment, the spread of smart devices is continuously increasing. With the spread of smart devices such as smart phones, smart pads and wearables, changes are taking place in smart technologies and IT convergence technologies. The development of smart technology is a key element of the 4th industrial technology. The Fourth Industrial Revolution expanded the new service-based industry by adding intelligence to residential, industrial and production environments using IT convergence and smart devices. Research on providing various services using smart technologies, such as smart home, smart factory, smart farm, and smart healthcare, is being conducted in variety. In particular, There is a sharp rise in smart homes due to the proliferation of IoT devices and the growth of sensor technology, control technology, applications, data management, and cloud services. Smart home services using smart technology provide residents with convenient, beneficial services and environments. Smart home service has complemented the existing home network service, but there still are flaws to be modified. In other words, the spread of smart devices, the development of service provider-oriented services, and the interlocking of services have limitations in providing services in consideration of user environment and user state. In order to solve this problem, this study proposes a smart home service system that considers the situation of the elderly.

Digital home devices aims at providing the multimedia service which is not limited at time and space in home network environment. However, it is incapable of the fair use of consumers who legally buys contents, and causes damage to the contents providers owing to the indiscriminate distribution and use of illegal contents. DRM system appeared to solve this problem cannot protect the license stored on digital home devices and manage license by redistribution. This paper proposes a license audit model which makes an inspection of illegal access, modification and redistribution and reports alert logs to server.

Recently, inn the ubiquitous home where a variety of home devices and sensors are inter-connected, various services can be provided through wired and wireless networks invisibly. The convenience of users can be maximized by using intelligent and adaptive interoperability technologies in the home. In this paper, it is designed u-apartment that connected parking system of intelligental form and medical service system based on USN environment with existing apartment. Intelligental form parking system is designed specific structure architecture for effective improvement of parking space and medical service system propose a design about health management of future. In this paper, we propose integrated u-apartment design with parking system and medical equipment using RFID system in ubiquitous environment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the enforcement strategy for Consumer Service marketing of an e-Commerce shopping mall. An e-CRM for a Cosmetic e-Commerce shopping mall, Data Warehousing(DW) component, analysis of data mining of the DW, and web applications and strategies had to developed for marketing of consumer service satisfaction. The major findings were as follows: An RFM analysis was used for consumer classification, which is a fundamental process of e-CRM application. The components of the DW were web sales data and consumer data fields. The visual process of consumer segmentations (superior consumer class) for e-CRM solutions is presented. The association analysis algorithm of data mining to up-selling and cross-selling indicates an association rule. These e-CRM results apply web DB marketing and operating principles to a shopping mall. Therefore, the system applications of e-CRM to Consumer services indicate a marketing strategy for consumer-oriented management.

In this paper, we implement a wireless home monitoring system using physical computing platform with the open source type for house environment management. Sensors for temperature, optics and ultrasonic waves are used for home environment elements detection and control for the home safety. To obtain information related with home and transmit it to RIA Windows server system, XBee wireless communication system is used and the transmitted information is saved in mySQL database for history management. The possibility of prevention against fire disaster of a house situated in a dense buildings area and highly populated environments is suggested by adopting the proposed system.

In these days, the trends of home networking system is implementation of easily configured system with home security of emergency alarm and visitor verification services. In this paper, we implemented push server system based on Arduino of open source physical computation platform to verify visitors for the homes without home networking services. In the suggested system, visitor verification is performed in and out of home, and home access security of the system could be constructed with low-cost price by use of windows push server system and smart devices with alarm operation in corresponding to not allowed access trying.
