Generally, although securing the condition and location of container freights or normal freights, which load a fresh goods, has been a very important issue in the cold-chain system implementations, it has not gotten out of the traditional methods in the related business world yet. To solve this problem, we propose the designing method and architecture which can be used to implement a smart cold-chain monitoring automation systems. The proposed system architecture is based on the oneM2M standards, and it has 3 layers and entities, which can be implemented to S/W and H/W, network services layer and entity, common services layer and entity, application layer and entity. Based on this architecture, we will not only expect an innovative retrenchment of distribution cost, but also automatically secure the freight condition and location.

This paper analyzes whether local public expenditures have converged during the 1985-2011 periods in Korea, using the sixteen metropolitan and provincial governments data. We analyze the convergence of per capita real local public expenditures in terms of both static view and dynamic view of convergence. Furthermore, we derive the estimating equation for per capita real local government expenditure growth function from theoretical model based on Skidmore et al.(2004)[23]. The main results from empirical analyses are such that an increase in aged people helped local government expenditures increase. Also, we found that the convergence speed of economic expenditure is greater than that of social welfare expenditure. Similarly the convergence speed of public capital expenditure is greater than that of public consumption expenditure. In the future we had better examine the convergence of local public goods taking into account their congestion rates.

According to the textbook utilization survey, university students buy 6.4 books and spend 94,000 won per semester. However, nearly half of books are left unused. Therefore many students buy used textbooks instead of buying new books at a fixed price. The existing used textbook trading platforms support basic functions, but don't support textbook recommendation function and reference book recommendation function. In this paper, we developed a used textbook trading platform BookCue that provides textbook recommendation function, reference book recommendation function, and consignment trading function reflecting the regional characteristics. It is expected that will contribute to reduce university students' burden that buying textbook by forming textbooks trading environment and preserve environment. In the near future our platform will need to expand to a platform that deals with a variety of goods, as well as used textbooks in the region.

Korea is a country that needs trade. Because it lacks natural resources but has excellent skills and manpower. Trade balance means 'profit from the process of buying and selling various goods and services in many abroad countries'. If the export amount of Korea is more than the import amount, it is called the trade surplus. The purpose of this study is to find trends and future directions of exports and imports over the last 210 months for the US, China, Japan, United Kingdom which have large trade with Korea, Since 2000, China's exports have grown more than 800%. However, in the case of the US and Japan, there is a steady increase rate of around 200% without any major change. In order for Korea to increase exports for the surplus of trade balance, it seems that the increase in exports to the US and Japan as well as the increase in exports to China are more important. Since the rate of growth has been declining slightly due to the decline in exports of auto makers to China since 2014, we need a strategy to prepare for this.

Korean embroidery is the long historical industrial arts of real life and has handed down Korean sentiment up to now. Korean traditional embroidered pattern is designed to wish someone's health and luck, who uses the embroidery on the clothes and the goods in real life. Especially, the ten longevity symbols' design is represented as 10 which means perfection in oriental philosophy, the sun, mountain, cloud, water, crane, rock, turtle, pine tree, the elixir of life and deer; these 10 symbols show how ancient Korean believe and wish perpetual youth. However, fiber material used embroidery relic has difficulty in preserving for long period compared to other relic descended from historical events for long time and their preserved state isn't so good owing to have been used directly in the real life. Therefore, it is essentially embossed to preserve the embroidery relic and pattern, and make DB for the data. With preservation of the pictures about the handicraft, it's necessary to preserve embroidery technique and make DB through digital imagination. Through the process, we can apply Korean embroidery image to cul-duct package and digital image related field, and it will be helpful to make the tradition popular. In this study, through the research for the embroidery technique applied pattern on the embroidery relic of ten longevity symbols, we'll establish the cultural identification of Korean embroidery image and then develop a worldwide Korean image.

This study surveyed purchase behavior of users who purchased goods within the last year to analyze the relationship of search intention to purchase behavior according to SNS channel attributes. Based on these findings, it is analyzed that the information provision and interrelationships in SNS channel attributes affect search intent. In order to enhance the purchase behavior through the users of NS Channel, reliability and information availability are also cited as major issues, but more importantly, SNS channel search index is more important. It is also important to increase search indexes by simply increasing the attributes of SNS channels by improving the reliability of information and information availability, and by enhancing information delivery performance and interaction.

The purpose of this paper is to study renovation plan of value chain from a user's viewpoint by making practical application of digital technology in Korea and China. And it is surely meaningful to investigate the important motivation factors of continuous using smart-phone in two countries, and to analyze the improving effect toward to the quality of life in continuous using smart-phone. By this study we can expect the value improving effect of user experience. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows: First, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea and China. Secondly, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Thirdly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Fourthly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Fifthly, the hypothesis that pragmatic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is rejected in two countries. Sixthly, the hypothesis that hedonic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Seventhly, the hypothesis that there is a difference in positive affect, negative affect, pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction between Korea and China is rejected in positive affect and negative affect, but accepted in pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction. In the competition among enterprises, user experience instead of goods themselves became influential as a differential factor. And many advanced enterprises began taking a serious view of customer's happiness and user experience improvement.

As the next generation technology, leading 4th industrial revolution has been progressed, the goods and services converged by the technology are being released in a market. The smart appliances among them attracts users' attentions as a key promising industry. Thus, this study investigates the factors that influence switching intention to smart appliances based on Push-Pull-Mooring framework. We collected 217 survey responses and formed structural equation modeling with AMOS 22.0. The results show that functional deprivation, money deprivation, alternative attractiveness had an effect on the switching intention to smart appliances. In addition, low switching cost is related to the relationship between external variables and switching intention. The results expect to provide useful information to the smart appliance-related companies.

The present study observes collaboration methods in which 3D printing was a part of the fashion manufacturing process, expression methods of such cases, and their ripple effects. As a result, the three types of collaborations between fashion designers and other industry fields, fashion brands and 3D printing companies, and fashion designers and artists. Case analysis results and ripple effects found according to each collaboration method were as follows. First, in collaborations found were between fashion designers and other industry fields, 3D printed fashion works with futuristic images were seen through the fusion of future industries, which claim to support cutting edge digital technology, and creative fashion design. As they were mainly collaborations between automobile industries with cutting edge images or digital related industries and fashion designers, they were expressed as a new form of experimental clothing, and were used as strategies to improve future corporate images of the high tech industry. Second, in collaborations between fashion brands and 3D printing technology businesses, the sporting good brands and the shoe industry attempted to let their products be known through the promotion of functional material or ergonomic technology. While they emphasize practicality by mainly using flexible material, they were mainly proposed as functional sporting goods for famous players or as shoe accessories, so methods are still used for public distribution as brand promoting marketing strategies. Third, with collaborations between fashion designers and artists, creative pieces were shown through the grafting of 3D printing technology, the artistry of artists, and the experimentation of fashion designers. In particular, the innovative value of fashion as art was created through the union of the artistic 3D modeling technology support of artists and the creativity of designers. Like this, 3D printing fashion can graft the cutting edge nature of fashion to other industry fields through collaborations, enhancing pacesetting images, and in the fashion field, it can improve possibilities for innovations in the fashion industry through the support of 3D printing technology businesses and artists, raising expectations towards future human living.

The fire incident of KT's Ahyun branch occurred last year indicates that hyper-connected society led by 5G technology would be a dystopia instead of a utopia unless seamless connection of 5G service is well secured. Looking backward on 1999, we could peacefully and happily greet the new millennium by making a great effort to prevent the millennium bugs(Y2K) from causing the catastrophe such as a shut-down of banking system. Likewise, we should make a great effort to keep 5G networks and 5G service continuously working without the disruption of even just a second, which would enable us to avoid facing any catastrophes caused by the disruption of 5G service. As a way to do so, it can be considered that 5G service is designated as universal service because it has the key features of public goods like telephone and high-speed internet services.
