Payment Systems is one of critical infrastructures, which is increasingly dependent on IT. Failure to provide the payment services can bring disaster to national economy, which is the reason why business continuity of payment system receive much attention these days. Payment Systems are complex systems, which consist of multiple players: central bank, commercial banks, clearing house. The main purpose of this paper is to propose some business continuity strategies for the payment systems. First, in order to provide financial stability, this paper clarifies the concepts of business continuity plan(BCP). Second, this paper illustrates the processes to come up with business continuity strategies for the payment systems based on risk analysis and business impact analysis. Business continuity strategies are proposed in terms of two dimensions: vertical and horizontal.

Blockchain is a technology designed to prevent tampering with digital documents or information, safeguarding transaction data and managing it in a structured manner. This proves beneficial in addressing issues of trust and data protection in B2B, B2C, and C2B transactions. Blockchain finds utility not only in financial transactions but also across diverse industrial sectors. This study outlines significant cases and responses that jeopardize the security of blockchain networks and cryptocurrency technology. Additionally, it analyzes safety and risk factors related to blockchain and proposes effective testing methods to preemptively counter these challenges. Furthermore, this study presents key security evaluation metrics for blockchain to ensure a balanced assessment. Additionally, it provides evaluation methods and various test case models for validating the security of blockchain and cryptocurrency transaction services, making them easily applicable to the testing process.
In 2001, e-Credit guarantee system was introduced by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KCGF) to extends the credit guarantee services for the purchasing amount on credit in the B2B e-Marketplace. It combines both the merits of bill of exchange and credit card and eliminates the uneasiness related to the unpaid accounts due to the non-facial e - Marketplace. The purpose of this paper is to empirically analyze both the causal relationship and influences among theoretical variables by the structural equation model(SEM). e-Credit guarantee system can be a good strategy for promoting B2B e-Marketplace. The level of application of e-Credit guarantee system is attributable to both the characteristics of B2B e-Marketplace and products. The cost reduction or saving in purchasing procedures, production and stockpiling will be possible through e-Credit guarantee system. The close linkage of financial institutions with the enterprises based on e-Credit guarantee system will further promote B2B e-Marketplace in Korea.
With the full implementation of open banking in which both banks and fintech companies participate, changes in the whole society such as new types of products, services, and businesses are taking place. Whenever new systems and environments change, research on technology acceptance by system users has been continued, and this study also verified how the characteristics of open banking affect the perceived ease of use and usefulness of the Technology Acceptance Model, and the intention to use open banking. As a result of the study, it was found that both information provision, service interactivity, and system stability had a significant effect on perceived ease of use, usefulness, and intention to use open banking. In the future, open banking may bring significant benefits to data sharing, financial access, banking infrastructure, product innovation and pricing, but it is also expected to bring unexpected damage. Therefore, domestic financial institutions should actively cope with the situation where the business environment is greatly changing due to the digital environment change, and at the same time actively foster fintech companies and promote innovation in the financial industry.
Due to the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication and the evolution into the media industry, viewers are adapting to the reception of content through various platforms and personal media. Accordingly, public broadcasting is seeking to change into public media that redefines public responsibility and establishes a role for a sustainable society. In particular, proving its value in the form of differentiated public services in an environment where public content is also provided by commercial services is necessary for members of society to prove the legitimacy of financial resources and services. In this paper, as the digital broadcasting era in the 2010s and the media industry was reorganized in 2020, changes in public services corresponding to the public responsibilities required of public broadcasters were analyzed through global public broadcasting cases. In particular, since the technical preparation of broadcasters and viewers is essential in the media environment, the technical direction of public services was mainly analyzed. The derived direction is a common direction applicable to all public broadcasters, including Korea. It is expected that the public responsibility and direction of technological development suggested in this paper will clarify the role of public media and help become differentiated services that contribute to life.

CALS/EC will be emerging to replace and substitute the role of the conventional market. By changing and eliminating some processes of the transactions, the electronic market and the electronic commerce will redistribute the power and hence the benefits of the market activities. Traditional way of doing business may enter into the new electronic market because the role and function of trust and established reputation will be reinforced in the electronic market. The CALS/EC through the Internet has been in the spotlight in the shopping behavior of the consumers. Accordingly Corporates are trying to adapt themselves to those rapidly changing environments being affected by the Internet. Among others, particularly to be noted is the CALS/EC between corporations and consumers whose potential growth can be considered very substantial. This report, focusing on the introduction of CALS/EC for the logistics of SMEs, will allow us to prepare more efficiently for the coming 21st Century. It is obvious that CALS/EC is fast becoming the useful way of exchanging not only information but products in business between firm-to-firm and firm-to-customer.

Background: Based on the increase in the needs for convalescent rehabilitation medical services in Korea, this study aims to calculate the needs for rehabilitation services and examine its determinants for 229 regions. Methods: Claim data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service were used to estimate patients who need to receive rehabilitation services, and data from various sources were also used for analysis. The number of cases and incidence rates of hospitalization related to convalescent rehabilitation were calculated to estimate the needs for services by region, and the results were visualized via a map. Multivariate regression and fixed effects regression using panel data were performed to identify the determinants of regional variation of the incidence rate. Results: First, the incidence rate of rural areas such as Jeolla-do, Gyeongsang-do, and Chungcheong-do was higher than urban areas (metropolitan cities). Second, the population, proportion of the elder, medical aid recipients, financial independence, traffic deaths, smoking, diabetes rate, and medical infrastructure correlated significantly with the incidence rate. Third, 'rho' values which mean the fraction of variance due to individual terms in panel data regression models were 0.965 and 0.976, respectively. Conclusion: The incidence rate of hospitalizations was correlated with most independent variables in this study and there is a gap between urban and rural areas. These regional disparities are fixed in our society. An improved regional convalescent rehabilitation system is suggested to cover the entire area including rural areas with a high rate of aging.

In addition, it is more efficient to focus on key factor to maintain the competitive advantage on the using of information technology by outsourcing information systems, rather than by operating the systems under their own. Since the global financial crisis, the long-term recession has been increasing companies who is ready to adopt outsourcing or adopted already. This study is to understand the environment and unique characteristics of outsourcing services and related industries focusing on information system operation and management in information outsourcing services, and is to set the concept needed through my theory that is connected to the service quality and customer satisfaction. A lot of business wiew the improvement of service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as the major factors of business growth, and lots of ongoing studies have focused on service management in the Information outsourcing service industry. Yet few studies have ever concentrated on the quality of information system operation management service. This study, moreover, is to define the quality of service related with customer satisfaction from customer's viewpoint, measuring effects on customer satisfaction. The quality of outsourcing service on information system in this study is a great help to companies who are offering information outsourcing service, and company's managers and staffs who outsourcedto specialized company.

With the growth of e-commerce banks make the best use of internet banking which can provide all sorts of financial services in cyber space and satisfy customers beyond traditional banking services which are cash reserve and loan based on retail. For survival of internet banking high quality of service should be provided to customers. For this, the attributes of service quality in internet banking should be identified first. The studies on scale of service quality in internet banking have been divided into two ways. While traditional way has focused on SERVQUAL, several researchers have developed scale of e-service quality. However, the dimension of e-service quality is applied from the traditional dimension of service quality. In this paper five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on SERVQUAL are used as scale of service quality in internet banking through reviewing previous studies. In addition, because service value is correlated to service quality, the dimensions of service quality can affect e-service value. The positive relationship among e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in online or offline service has been identified by previous studies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among service quality, e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in internet banking. SPSS 12.0 is used to test validity and reliability of questionnaire items and correlation of variables and AMOS 4.0 is used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study show that the responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of service quality have a positive effect on service value and that the tangible and assurance factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also shows that e-service value affects positively customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects positively customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, service quality and value of internet banking should be improved through reinforcing customers' trust in internet service quality.
