Organizational trust is recognized as a factor that is directly linked to the organization's success in the sudden change represented by the 4th Industrial Revolution and uncertainties. This study selected trust and distrust as separate concepts and verified the structural relationship between organizational justice, psychological contract, trust, distrust, and turnover intention. Organizational justice was significant as a antecedents of distrust, whereas psychological contract was antecedents of trust, and distrust only had a significant effect on turnover intention. This result supports that trust and distrust are not one dimensions but two separate concepts. Also, organizational justice had no direct effect on turnover intention and only indirect effect through distrust was significant. This study has implications for both theoretical and practical aspects in terms of identifying the differential effects of trust and distrust.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of black consumer behavior on turnover intentions. Baron and kenny (1986) The effectiveness of the analysis results, according to the verification procedure. Results of empirical analysis are as follow. black-consumer behavior has the significant positive effect on the intention of turnover of employee in restaurant. and The significance of this study indicates that service employee's psychological contract violation plays a role as mediated variable influencing the relationship between black-consumer behavior and intention of turnover. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, it was suggested that measures such as a policy banning access to black consumers or compensation system such as emotional labor allowance were needed to reduce the degree of turnover of the members of the organization. Finally, the methodological limitations of this study are presented.

Since 2005, Asan city government have executed the "Budgeting & Planning Examination Program". A construction contract more than two hundred thousand dollars, service contract more than fifty thousand dollars and purchasing goods contract more than five thousand dollars must be examined about their propriety by office of audit. Asan city government have saved its budget about fifteen million and five hundred twenty thousand dollars for the institution. Moreover, Asan citizens' trust and social capital about their local government have been increased through it Asan city government will reinforce a speed and effectiveness of it.

A prototype of OGC Web Map Service and Web Feature Service is developed by NEC Aerospace Systems, Ltd. under the contract from NASDA and RESTEC. The server provides satellite imagery data taken by JERS-1 and ADEOS satellite, via OGC interfaces to the client. The related features are also available to the client through the Internet with OGC interfaces. The imagery, map and feature data is handled layer by layer at the client. OGC Web Map Service and Web Feature Service interoperability capability and applicability to Digital Asia Network are demonstrated.

The block chain technology is a technique that prevents manipulation of data and ensures integrity and reliability. Ethereum is building a smart contract environment as a type of encryptionenabled system based on block chains. Smart contracts can be implemented when conditions are met, thus increasing confidence in digital data. However, smart contracts that are being tried in various ways are not covered by information security and personal information protection. The structure in which the network participant can view the open transaction ledger is exposed to data or personal information listed in the block chain. In this study, it is possible to manage the data of personal information recorded in the block chain directly. This study is protected personal information by preventing the exposure of personal information and by executing time code, it is possible to erase recorded information after a certain period of time has elapsed. Based on the proposed system in the future, it is necessary to study the additional management techniques of unknown code defects or personal information protection.

Talking about reliability of I-commerce, the security services such as data integrity and non-repudiation are the most crucial elements. This thesis implemented the real estate contract digital signature system that makes this real estate E-commerce Possible. The technical background used in this thesis for the security services is XML (extensible Markup Language) signature technique, which is a signature technique that applies XML on the existing digital signature algorithm. The advantage of using XML signature technique is that it is very efficient since signing for the partial data is possible, and it is easy to apply to the XML-based I-commerce system which is most commonly used.

The Internet is a wonderland that can be enjoyed by the young, old, and those in-between. It is also a vast commercial market where many contracts are formed every second. The Internet and E-Commerce have created new situations that have generated sweeping proposals for fundamental changes in contract law. During the first half of the 20th Century. when many businesses expanded their geographic scope, there was a tremendous desire for uniform treatment of contracts for the sale of goods throughout the U.S.A. and the whole world. That same dynamic is now occurring in E-Commerce. There is a general recognition of the desirability of uniform contract law to govern E-commerce, but to date that does not exist, though there are extensive proposals for reform of contract law on the Internet. E-Commerce is currently plagued by some of the same problems that led to the passage of the UCC. In the absence of uniform legislation, state-by-state differences are inevitable with respect to E-Commerce. State-by-state differences in E-Commerce contract law is widely viewed as undesirable. To deal with this problem, a number of uniform bills have been proposed including UCITA, UETA, and revisions to Article 2 of the UCC (Subpart B). The thrust of these uniform acts is to create legal parity between paper records and electronic records. There is considerable resistance by consumer groups to this parity and progress towards Passage of UCITA, UETA, and revised Article 2 has been slow. The UCITA covers licenses of computer software but does not cover the sale oil goods on the Internet. The scope of the UCITA includes computer software. multimedia interactive products, computer data and databases, and Internet and online information, The UETA deals comprehensively with E-Commerce and contract law. The UCC covers the sale of goods, which does not necessarily involve E-Commerce. The basic principles of contract law are modified to deal with Internet transactions. Intent is inferred from the operations of electronic agents and "signatures" can occur with a response to an invitation to click to accept.

Wisdom contents is made by an ordinary person and contains life tips helpful in general. As the existing copyright management systems are designed for the corporate or professional authors, it's not easy to use and requires high cost for the ordinary person to get the copyright. Blockchain based system can notarize the block of transactions without help of trustful third party such as existing copyright protection center. Thus, blockchain based copyright protection model is needed to protect the ordinary author's copyright. In this study, we propose the smart contract based copyright protection model which run on the blockchain network. The proposed model consists of smart contract creation, contents purchase and profit sharing stages. The digital signature scheme is used to get the contract agreed by the seller and the author. The smart contract stores the author information, contents information and the percentage of the share as states. If the contents is sold, the sales tokens are redistributed to the author and the seller according to the share. The proposed model can be applied to the ordinary person's copyright registration and management for Wisdom contents distributed in cafe, blog, YouTube, etc.

In this paper, we study the conflict management plan of the organization in the age of convergence. More specifically, we reveal the impact of the conflict according to behavior of the leader. To this purpose, The behavior of the leader were classified as Supportive Leader and Controlled Leader, and forms of Resistance wert classified as Functional Resistance and Dysfunctional Resistance that results of the conflict. Also, Psychological Contract Violation and Breach was set up as a mediate variable. The results were as follows. First, When employee resistance comes up in the organization, Support behavior of Leaders leads to desirable changes in the organization through the functional and constructive resistance. In contrast, Controlled behavior of Leaders leads the destructive and dysfunctional resistance of employee. Second, Since the perception that the follower is receiving assistance to leaders, it reduces the perception of psychological contract violation, but Controlled leader is largely perceived as the Psychological Contract Violation to the followers. Third, Supportive Leader is not influence the affect of employee, and They resolve the Conflict in objective and positive way. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

Recently, the remarkable development of information and communication technology with supplying the high-speed Internet services. Accordingly, the transaction contract made by these also, the steady legal effect occurred by two or more parties by legal action which is the electronic agreement of expression. and it makes agreement improving corporate productivity and it can control the whole process such as contract documents and the actual buying store provision. Like this it has many benefits so, it suddenly rising as the new axis of economic activity area, it is a reality. In this change of era, with the establishment of electronic contracts, there are many problems are occurred to the expression of parties which is core of the contract on civil code so, the systematic legal composition is required. Thus, in this study will propose the reasonable improvements about the issue of electronic contract through the consideration.
