디지털환경 매체로서 패션에 나타난 사이버네틱스의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Characteristics of Cybernetics Exhibited in Fashion as a Media of Digital Environment)

  • The goal of this research, contorted from the perspective of media aesthetics, is to uncover the ways how mechanical/cybersensual fashion products express aesthetic characteristics of cybernetics, by comparing them with digital products designed by an application of cybernetics. The other goal is to provide a cultural and design framework of cybernetics as d digital-environmental medium for fashion in which hightech and human sensibilities are fused. The results urged to explore two new contrasting perceptual possibilities for an understanding of digital technology application: negative and positive feedbacks. Cybernetic optimism, centered on technological dimensions, focuses on a concept of fashion that emphasize instrumental aspects-efficiency and convenience. In contrast, cybernetic pessimism focuses on digital fashion that expresses environmental destruction and the loss of human identity. A comparative analysis of the aesthetics of expression in digital fashion design and digital industrial products from a cybernetic perspective showed that in digital environment society, the combination of negative and positive feedbacks resulted in design products in which internal and external aspects of beauty complemented each other.

  • The change of digital technology caused not only the whole human life but also the change of a thinking form and an expression method of human beings. Also, the interactive communication structure became to form in space structure, and space users also get changed to an active system. The interaction between a human being and space, which uses digital media as a medium, makes a human being experience sensitivity through a cognitive process of a human being. The present research aimed to find out characteristics and expression of emotional space applied with digital technology based on the relationship between media space and cognitive functioning and to realize new emotional space. The research method was to define on digital media and experience by cognition of a human being through a literature research and a precedent research and to consider on approach to emotional space through experience of a cognition process like this. Based on the theory like this, the present research progressed by focusing on dramatized characteristics of experience in the digital media space and emotional space expression by induced characteristics. Through the analysis like this, the space applied with digital media could appear as a field of communication that can experience by forming mutual relation through perception of a human being. Additionally, the space induces active participation of a human being through various productions of media and responds to movement, and thus, this suggested infinite possibility as emotional space that can try new experience by stimulating a sense as effect of a cognitive process of a human being.

  • The purpose of this study was to target digital generation consumers and determine potential effects of their demographic characteristics and variables concerning digital consumer information upon their characteristics in purchasing clothing. This study has its implications in the sense that it determines digital generation's awareness and reception of digital consumer information and their utilization of digital consumer information source, so that it can help understand digital generation consumers' behaviors of information search and the phenomena of digital market in this age of knowledge and information, and can ultimately provide reference data useful for guidance in favorable consumer life as well as consumer education based on digital devices. The results of this study can be summed up as follows: It is found that digital generation consumers reached higher level in the awareness of digital consumer information. The reception of digital consumer information and the utilization of digital consumer information source are found as middle level. Based on these results, this study can give the following suggestions for consumer education: Lately, digital devices have been widely popularized into larger number of users, so that we have more chances to buy desired products on the web or mobile device. In particular, the rate of clothing purchase on the web tends to increase year by year. However, our digital consumers still lack in their ability to utilize digital consumer information in terms of quantitatively increasing purchase of products on the basis of digital consumer information. Thus, it is necessary to provide consumers with a formulated education in their information search and shopping using digital devices, so that they will have better ability to use digital consumer information in the future.

극사실주의 디지털애니메이션의 장치 특성에 대한 미학적 고찰 (Aesthetic Review on the Apparatus Characteristics of the Hyperrealistic Digital Animation)

  • 디지털애니메이션은 기본적으로 애니메이션 장르만이 갖는 캐릭터성과 그리고 실사적 영상의 재현구조를 가능하게 하는 기술적 특징을 동시에 가지고 있다. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 아직까지 디지털애니메이션으로 제작되어진 극사실주의적 작품들은 관객에게 낯선 존재로 인식되어지고 있다. 최첨단 기술과 인력 그리고 자본으로 탄생된 극사실주의 할리우드 디지털애니메이션에 대한 관객들의 이러한 차가운 반응은 바로 기술적 문제에서라기보다는 미학적 측면에서의 접근법에 그 문제가 존재해 있기 때문이다, 그러므로 본 연구는 디지털애니메이션의 장치적 특성을 기존의 실사영화와의 비교를 통해 기술과 미학에 대한 새로운 접근방법을 제시하고 또한 새로운 리얼리즘으로서 디지털애니메이션의 고유성을 찾아보고자 한다.

강원특별자치도에 거주하는 성인의 디지털 구강건강 문해력과 디지털 기기 활용도의 관련성 (Relationship between digital oral health literacy and digital device utilization among adults in Gangwon-do)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to identify the level of digital oral health literacy among Korean adults in Gangwon-do. Methods: A survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with adults aged 30-89 residing in Gangwon-do, South Korea. The independent variables were socio-demographic characteristics, including gender, age, education level, income, and occupation. The dependent variable was digital oral health literacy. The statistical analysis included Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, all performed using the SPSS 27.0 software program. Results: The elderly and those with poor socioeconomic status (p<0.001) had lower average scores due to poor digital oral health literacy. The ease of searching for oral health information and the utilization of digital devices to search for information on oral health displayed a significant relationship (r=0.730, p<0.001). To develop the use of digital devices, simplifying the search for oral information (p<0.001) is essential. Conclusions: All socio-demographic characteristics, except gender, displayed a correlation with the level of digital oral health literacy. Both environmental and individual aspects of the respondents' living conditions must be considered to improve digital oral health literacy.

디지털 영상을 활용한 패션쇼의 커뮤니케이션 특성 (Communication Characteristics of Fashion Shows Using Digital Images)

  • In the fashion industry, the thing that shows the latest trends and makes issues is the fashion show. The function of fashion shows is changing from a promotional mean to a method of communication with customers. Recently, some fashion shows have used digital images and omitted traditional parts of a fashion show such as models, stages, garments, music and audiences. In this study, 30 fashion shows that used digital images were selected from the 2000-2010 collections of Paris, Milan, London and New York, and its communication characteristics were analyzed and discussed. The three categories of the communication characteristics are as follows: First, the shows used digital images as stage sceneries or effects to create desired stage effects. The digital images were used as extra tools to reinforce the concept of the fashion show. Second, the fashion shows used real-time videos to extend its presentation into the virtual space. The interactive videos were designed to encourage audiences to actively participate in the show. Third, the digital images were the focus of the show for the internet-only digital fashion shows. Since the Internet is not constrained by time or space, multi-faceted, communication between audiences and fashion designers or among audiences is possible. In addition, the number of audience it can reach is higher than traditional fashion shows. Digital images will be used more often in the fashion shows. In the future, fashion shows will try to become more interactive with audiences through the use of new digital image technology.

온라인 환경에서 디지털콘텐츠의 특성과 소비행동의 관계 (Relationship between Digital Contents Characteristics and Consumer's Usage Behavior in the Online Environment)

  • 새로운 기술의 발달은 온라인 환경과 같은 새로운 시대를 열었다. 소비자들은 디지털 환경하에서 더 많은 정보력과 관계망을 갖게 되었고 디지털콘텐츠를 주도적으로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 디지털 콘텐츠 사용행동을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 두 개의 연구를 진행하였다. 디지털 콘텐츠 사용 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 첫 번째 연구에서는 현상학적 방법론을 활용하여 디지털콘텐츠의 불법적 사용에 영향을 미치는 제품특성을 소비자 관점에서 파악하고자 하였으며 두 번째 연구에서는 파악한 요인들을 이용하여 200여명의 서베이를 통한 정량조사로서 요인들간의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업은 소비자들의 디지털콘텐츠 소비 행동을 이해할 필요가 있음을 밝히고 이를 활용 적절한 마케팅 전략을 구사할 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며 더불어 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

인터랙션을 활용한 어린이 디지털체험관의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Children's Digital Experience Center using Interection)

  • 본 연구는 2008년부터 2018년에 개관되어진 디지털체험관 4곳을 선정하여 디지털체험관의 발전방향을 파악하고 체험 유형과 인터랙션 특성 및 콘텐츠 성격을 알아보고자 한다. 디지털체험 유형은 선행연구로 조작형, 감각형, 반응형, 유도형과 인터랙션 유형은 조작형, 터치형, 센서형으로 콘텐츠 성격은 게임형, 놀이형, 교육형으로 분석한다. 연구결과 체험 유형은 조작형, 감각형에 집중됐으나 점차 조작형 체험이 높아지고, 인터랙션 유형은 센서형과 터치형 활용이 높으나 조작형과 터치형 비중으로 변하고 있다. 콘텐츠의 성격은 균형적으로 활용하고 있으나 놀이형에 의한 체험활동 제공이 점차 높아지고 있다. 따라서, 어린이 디지털체험관의 발전방향의 흐름과 인터랙션의 특성을 파악하고 제시하여 향후 구축되는 디지털체험관 콘텐츠의 실증적인 인터랙션 연출에 도움이 되고자 한다.

비정질 평판형 측정기를 이용한 디지털 방사선 영상의 특징 (Imaging Characteristics of Digital Chest Radiography with an Amorphus Silicon Flat Panel Detectors)

  • The rapid development in digital acquisition technology in radiography has not been accompanied by information regarding optimum radiolographic technique for use with an amorphus silicon flat panel detector. The purpose of our study was to compared imaging characteristics and image quality of an amorphus silicon flat panel detectors for digital chest radiography. All examinations were performed by using an amorphus silicon flat panel detector. Chest radiographs of an chest phantom were obtained with peak kilovoltage values of 60$\sim$150 kVp. Published data ell the effect of x-ray beam energy on imaging characteristics and image qualify when using an amorphus silicon flat panel detector. It is important that radiographers are aware of optimum kVp selection for an amorphus silicon flat panel detector system, particularly for the commonly performed chest examination.

  • In this paper, a new self-oscillated type high voltage charger controller circuit is proposed, which has variable constant current source characteristics to improve charge characteristic of charger roller. The proposed control method enables high quality printing characteristics regardless of the circumstance change such as ambient temperature or humidity by changing the current reference signal. To verify the proposed control method various experiments are performed.
