통신 방송 융합 서비스 수용에 관한 연구 : DMB를 중심으로 (Understanding the Adoption of Telecommunications-Broadcasting Convergence Services : The Case of DMB)

  • 통신과 방송의 융합은 오늘날 디지털 환경의 가장 대표적인 혁신이자 신기술로 이미 포화상태에 이른 개별 시장의 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 제시되어 통신 사업자와 방송 사업자 등을 비롯한 관련 산업군의 많은 기업들이 시장에 진입하고 있다. 그러나 해당 서비스 및 시장의 성장이 기대에 미치지 못하는 것이 현실이데, 그 원이 중 하나로 사용자에 대한 이해가 부족하다는 점을 지적할 수 있다. 기존의 통선 기술은 사용자의 도구적 목적을 지원하는 반면, 방송 서비스는 내재적 가치인 오락 기능을 제공하기 위해 주로 사용되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 개별적인 통신과 방송 영역이 융합되었을 때 사용자의 태도와 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 모델은 내재적 동기인 유희적 가치와 외재적 동기인 실용적 가치, 그리고 융합 서비스의 실제 사용에 있어 내 외부적 조건이 되는 인지된 통제성을 주요 변인으로 제시하고 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 대표적인 통신 방송 융합 서비스인 DMB를 대상으로 실증 분석을 실시하였다.

Factors Influencing Loyalty to Buying and Selling Food Products through E-Marketplace in Thailand

  • Purpose: This study focuses on developing a structural equation model of variables influencing loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces in Thailand. The variables investigated comprised food attributes, online system attributes, marketing innovations, attitudes, and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group (200 buyers and 200 sellers) using quota sampling. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: The developed structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data. Factors in the model could explain 40.1% of the variance in loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. Food attributes and online system attributes influenced satisfaction directly. Online system attributes, market innovation, and attitudes directly influenced loyalty. The developed model had no variation between groups of buyers and sellers. Conclusions: This research demonstrated the causal factors leading to consumer loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. The research findings help e-marketplace providers manage factors of buying and selling to comply with the needs of buyers and sellers, which will increase the number of buyers and sellers, help generate long-term profits for service providers, and increase the country's financial value.

외식업체의 무인주문결제 키오스크 도입 의도 : 프랜차이즈 마케팅과 밴드왜건 효과 (Examining Bandwagon Effects on the Adoption of Kiosks for the Restaurant Owners)

  • Purpose: This study empirically examines the bandwagon effects on the adoption of Kiosks for the restaurants' owners. Utilizing Davis (1989)'s Technology Acceptance Model as a framework, this study contributes to the literature by adding a bandwagon effect variable. Bandwagon effect has been studied extensively on the consumer marketing domain in terms of end-user behavior, but not on the business owners' willingness to invest on the new technology. Research design, data, and methodology: Davis (1989)' Technology Acceptance Model with added a bandwagon effect variable was set as a theoretical model. Data was collected via survey instrument from restaurants' owners who purchased or are considering a Kiosk. Structural Equation Modeling was used to empirically test the proposed model. Results: Results show that bandwagon effect is indirectly affecting to the adoption of Kiosks via perceived usefulness, trustworthiness, and interests. The bandwagon effects are NOT directly affecting the adoption of Kiosks. Conclusion: The findings suggest that buyers of Kiosks as storeowners (not end users) consider buying them after storeowners check perceived interests and trustworthiness from others. Thus, there could be a practical implication that it is important to illustrate perceived interests for the business to the storeowners when marketing new technology.

  • Many IT specialists say that ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the best way to manage resources in enterprise effectively. Actually lots of companies are using ERP solutions in the hope of getting competitiveness and employing global standard business practice. Wishing to take advantage of ERP S/W, companies have a preference for purchasing it and outsourcing ERP project. This paper is focusing on ERP Package assessment model in business firms. This paper finds out what differences there are in purchasing ERP S/W for organization characteristics and building characteristics, and suggests some guidelines of S/W development to venders. The results would be strong implications for ERP vendors. Especially this paper identify what the reasons and the checkpoints are when firms introduce ERP S/W. To do this, this paper used empirical data obtained from companies in South Korea and analyzed it using statistical software.

휴대인터넷 서비스에 대한 니즈[Needs]분석 (An Analysis on the Needs for the Mobile Internet Service)

  • In this research, we have developed a model that can explain the potential customer's needs for the potable Internet service, a concept with 'QoS guaranteed lower-price high speed mobile Internet service. Based on the developed model, we have also derived some empirical implications for the business firms interest in the potable Internet market. The developed model is incorporating a survey result, answering of potential customer's attitude for the portable Internet service, from the subscribers to the Internet service, wireless LAN service, and mobile Internet service. As a result, we have found that a very innovative group, such as wireless LAN users and 20's age group using mobile Internet service, could be the most attractive market segment. Moreover, the aspects of the service coverage and the price competitiveness at the service launching stage could be the most critical success factors for the portable Internet service.

  • New trend called ubiquitous leads the recent business by standardization and integration. It should be the main issue how to guarantee the integration and accountability on each business, especially in mission critical system which is mainly supported by M2M (Machine to Machine) control mechanism. This study is from the analysis of digital forensics case study that is from the M2M Sensing Control Mechanism problem of the "Imjin River" case in 2009, where a group of family is swept away to death by water due to M2M control error. The ubiquitous surroundings bring the changes in the field of criminal investigation to real time controls such as M2M systems. The needs of digital forensics on M2M control are increasing on every crime scene but we suffer from the lack of control metrics to get this done efficiently. The court asks for more accurately analyzed results accounting high quality product development design. Investigators in the crime scene need real-time analysis against the crime caused by poor quality of mission critical systems. It seems to be every need of Real-Time-Enterprise, so called ubiquitous society on the case. We try to find the efficiency and productivity in discovering non-functional design defects in M2M convergence products focusing on three metrics in study model with quick implementation. Digital forensics system in present status depends on know-how of each investigator and is hard to expect professional analysis on every field. This study set up a hypothesis "Co-working of professional investigators on each field will qualify Performance and Integrity" especially in mission critical system such as M2M and suggests "Online co-work analysis model" to efficiently detect and prevent mission critical errors in advance. At the conclusion, this study proved the statistical research that was surveyed by digital forensics specialists around M2M crime scene cases with quick implementation of dash board.

물류에서 빅데이터 분석의 활용을 위한 가치 모델 (Value Model for Applications of Big Data Analytics in Logistics)

  • 빅데이터는 기업에게 있어 미래의 핵심자산이며 물류부문에도 새로운 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 핵심적인 요소이다. 그러나 지금까지 물류에서 빅데이터를 어떻게 수집하고 분석하며 활용해야 할지에 대한 연구는 아직 부족하다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 기존 선행연구와 DHL의 연구에서 나타난 물류에서의 빅데이터 분석 및 활용에 대한 결과를 바탕으로 물류기업에게 적용 가능한 하나의 가치모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 물류에서 빅데이터 분석의 활용을 통하여 물류기업의 운영효율성 및 고객경험의 극대화 수준을 향상키시고 빅데이터 활용에 따른 경쟁적 지위와 경쟁력을 향상시키고 새로운 사업기회를 개발하는 데에 있다. 이러한 연구는 물류부문에서 빅데이터 분석의 활용을 위한 가치모델을 새롭게 창출하는 의의가 있으며 향후 물류부문 뿐만 아니라 타 업종에도 적용가능한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

혁신 수용확산 이론의 IPTV 충성도 형성 프로세스 응용 (Applications of Innovation Adoption and Diffusion Theory to IPTV Loyalty Formation Process)

  • 본 논문에서는 IPTV 사용자의 충성도 형성 프로세스 모델과 이론화를 위한 실증 분석 결과를 제시하였다. IPTV의 혁신적인 방송통신 융합 성격을 고려하여 혁신 수용 및 확산 이론 프레임웍에 기반하여 연구 모델을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 IPTV 서비스를 구성하는 다양한 요소에 대한 고객 인지 검증을 포함하고 있으므로 상대적 이점을 7개의 1차 요인으로 구성된 2차 요인으로 구분하였으며 이를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모델을 설계하였다. 연구 모델은 250명의 IPTV 사용자 대상 서베이를 통하여 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 PLS 기법을 이용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 제시된 시사점은 디지털 융합 관련 하이테크 서비스 제품에 대한 수용 및 확산에 대한 향후 연구에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

간편 결제서비스 재사용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Reuse Intention of the Easy Payment Service)

  • 본 연구는 신기술을 활용한 간편 결제서비스를 통합기술수용모델(UTAUT)의 변수인 사회적영향, 촉진조건, 그리고 간편 결제서비스 특성변수인 보안과 편리성 변수를 기반으로 신뢰와 사용자 만족을 매개변수로 하여 연구모델을 설계하고 간편 결제서비스의 재사용의도에 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과 보안이 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설과 신뢰는 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설은 기각 되었다. 이 같은 결과는 사회적영향과 편리성으로 인해 신뢰감을 느낀다고 해서 간편 결제서비스라는 금융서비스에서 인지된 위험의 노출과 보안의 취약성이 예상된다면 사용자 만족에 부정적일 수밖에 없다는 것이다. 본 연구결과는 간편결제서비스 활성화 및 간편결제서비스 분야의 이론적 토대를 정립하였다는 점에서 학술적으로 의의가 있으며, 아울러 다양한 실무적인 시사점을 제공하였다.

Prospects and Challenges of Social Media Marketing: Study of Indian Management Institutes

  • Purpose - The research aimed to reveal real decisional behavioral of management institutes in India for social media marketing usage, and analyses of empirical elements of social media consumption pattern. Research design, data, and methodology - The investigation was based around a research methodology using quantitative analysis with appropriate statistical techniques on random surveys of consumers, detailed exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses are applied to assess the empirical validity of the model and multiple regression employed using R studio edition to validate the reliability of the developed models. Results - A new conceptual framework is proposed - the management institutions decision model, providing a tool for effective and more focused decision-making strategies for developing better utilization techniques for social media. Management institutions have different requirements based upon objectives and resources available. The evidence suggests that the administrators need to be more aware of consumer indicators when targeting and designing social media marketing strategy. Conclusions - The research was based on samples and not the entire population of target consumers, providing limitations. As an inferential statistical method was chosen, the results might be susceptible to inaccuracy. The model developed from different age users, thereby providing rich perspectives into social media usage pattern.
