Vulnerability analysis for privacy security Android apps (개인정보보호 안드로이드 앱에 대한 취약점 분석)

  • Recently, as interest in personal information protection has increased, various apps for personal information protection have emerged. These apps protect data in various formats, such as photos, videos, and documents containing personal information, using encryption and hide functions. These apps can have a positive effect on personal information protection, but in digital forensics, they act as anti-forensic because they can be difficult to analyze data during the investigation process. In this paper, finds out PIN, an access control function, through reverse engineering on Calculator - photo vault, one of the personal information protection apps, and files such as photos and documents to which encryption and hide were applied. In addition, the vulnerability to this app was analyzed by research decryption for database files where logs for encrypted and hide files are stored.

Implementation of a KPI Focused e-QMS: A Case Study in the Aerospace & Defense Industry (KPI 중심의 e-QMS 구현: 우주항공 및 방위 산업 사례 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to design an integrated informatization system that can manage quality & KPI by integrating management systems in the aerospace and defense industry, and study the effect on KPI when applied to related companies. Methods: The 7 management systems required for integration in the AS&D industry were studied, and an empirical analysis was conducted for H company in South Korea for the application of e-QMS integrated informatization & KPI system based on security environment and open quality. Results: The results of this study were analyzed to have an effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and the positive improvement of quality failure cost in the aerospace and defense industry. And it was analyzed that it works to continuously comply with ethical management and environmental laws and prevent safety accidents. Conclusion: The greatest significance of this study is that it attempted to build an e-QMS integrated system in the aerospace and defense industry. Considering that the case of integrated management system and integrated operation of KPI in related industries has not been introduced in the existing literature, the results of this study will be shared as a meaningful preceding study in the era of digital quality information. In addition, the fact that the open-quality quality innovation methodology emphasizing measurement(M), tracking(T), and connection(C) was actually applied in an AS&D company and its effectiveness was objectively proven. It is expected that it will be a good paper for follow-up research.

The Effectiveness of 448-kHz Capacitive Resistive Monopolar Radiofrequency for Subcutaneous Fat Reduction in a Porcine Model

  • Background and Objectives The effectiveness of many physiotherapy modalities in reducing subcutaneous fat has been investigated in numerous previous studies. However, to the best of our knowledge, there have been no attempts to determine the effectiveness of physiotherapy modalities in body contouring. The present report determined the effect of 448-kHz capacitive resistive monopolar radiofrequency (CRMRF) in a porcine model. Materials and Methods This study investigated the effect of selective destruction of the subcutaneous fat layer in abdominal fat tissue using CRMRF. The effects of two types of CRMRF (capacitive electric transfer (CET) and resistive electric transfer (RET)) treatment were evaluated using regular digital photography in addition to thermal imaging evaluation, ultrasound measurement, hematological evaluation, and histologic analyses (H&E (hematoxylin and eosin), Oil red O, and immunohistochemistry staining). Results Preclinical evaluation was performed to obtain the data for comparison of the safety and efficacy of the subcutaneous fat reduction after applying CRMRF using CET and RET. After treatment, the thermal transmission was effective, and a 42-47℃ temperature change was observed in the fat layer while an approximately temperature of 42℃ was confirmed on the skin surface. Moreover, after the application of both types of CRMRF treatment, fibrotic septa were observed in the adipose tissue induced by heat at the treatment sites. TUNEL staining was also performed to confirm the process of apoptosis in the adipocytes. Conclusion These results suggest that both CET and RET for CRMRF treatment are safe and effective for subcutaneous fat reduction in a porcine model.

Considerable Factors According to Classification of Social Robot Services (소셜 로봇 서비스의 유형화에 따른 유형별 고려 요소)

  • Recently, as interest in social robots to support physical convenience and emotional sympathy has increased, and social internet has developed, a social robot has evolved as various services simply beyond robot function. Therefore, to develop a social robot service effectively, it is required to study the functional application and methods of interaction between user and social robot service. The purpose of this study is to classify social robot services and to suggest the types of elements that need to be considered in service development. To do this, we conducted in-depth case studies and analysis based on the theoretical definitions and characteristics of social robots. Then, based on the sympathy and functions, we classified social robot services into 1) emotional support type, 2) companion type, 3) guide type, and 4) life support type. In addition, in this study, we derive the considerable factors according to the classified types for the development of effective social robot services. This study will contribute to the understanding and development of various services using a social robot.

  • Interest in the exterior design of buildings has increased in recent years. Demand for various architectural structures is increasing. However, domestic form liner and design are still limited. Thus, this research uses 3D printers to omit the existing mold production process. Use digital data to produce products economically using various materials. It can be hoped that extending the lifespan of the concrete structure will reduce the cost of saving costs. The purpose of this study is to utilize the 3D printers to develop the design of a suitable formative shape for the purposes of the concrete. In this study, 3D printed form enables the possibility that the actual application is practical. Consideration for the artistic design of the art line was proposed for the purpose of considering the use of concrete structures for concrete structures.

A Study on Electronic Cultural Atlas using Thematic Overlay Function Focused on Israel·Palestine (주제별 중첩 기능을 활용한 전자문화지도에 관한 연구 - 이스라엘·팔레스타인을 중심으로)

  • Electronic cultural atlases based on a variety of topics have been studied because of recently increased interest about them. Existing cultural atlases are difficult to analyze the correlation between the subjects and to make utilization based on the various points of view since they are implemented mostly by a single theme. To solve these problems, we propose a method that express a variety of themes by using layer functions of electronic cultural atlases. Using thematic overlay functions, also, application plans are suggested to analyze the relationship between subjects and to derive new knowledge through the association of various themes.

A Study on the Usability of Graphic User Interface by the User Behavior in a Mobile Music Streaming App (모바일 음악 스트리밍앱의 사용자 행태에 따른 GUI 사용성 연구)

  • As the market of music download stores moved into the mobile epoch the market was growing explosively. Recently, the digital music market tends to move from the mp3 download market to streaming service and the users can use the service on their mobile devices without reference to any inconvenient download and limited storage capacity. It was found that they mainly use the recommendation music playlist, instant player, main player and sharing of the functions of the streaming service from the user behavior research. This is noticeable features that set apart from the mp3 download service. However, the interface design of the streaming app followed the previous service and it needs the optimization of its UI design. In this study, the usability of high ranked three mobile streaming apps was evaluated. The result of the test was that Naver music and Bugs had high scores overall in four sections of the streaming service features. On the other hand, the Melon had primarily high score in color application on the service. The aim of this study is to suggest the direction of the UI design of music streaming service through the understanding of essence of streaming service and evaluation the usability test.

Research on data augmentation algorithm for time series based on deep learning

  • Data monitoring is an important foundation of modern science. In most cases, the monitoring data is time-series data, which has high application value. The deep learning algorithm has a strong nonlinear fitting capability, which enables the recognition of time series by capturing anomalous information in time series. At present, the research of time series recognition based on deep learning is especially important for data monitoring. Deep learning algorithms require a large amount of data for training. However, abnormal sample is a small sample in time series, which means the number of abnormal time series can seriously affect the accuracy of recognition algorithm because of class imbalance. In order to increase the number of abnormal sample, a data augmentation method called GANBATS (GAN-based Bi-LSTM and Attention for Time Series) is proposed. In GANBATS, Bi-LSTM is introduced to extract the timing features and then transfer features to the generator network of GANBATS.GANBATS also modifies the discriminator network by adding an attention mechanism to achieve global attention for time series. At the end of discriminator, GANBATS is adding averagepooling layer, which merges temporal features to boost the operational efficiency. In this paper, four time series datasets and five data augmentation algorithms are used for comparison experiments. The generated data are measured by PRD(Percent Root Mean Square Difference) and DTW(Dynamic Time Warping). The experimental results show that GANBATS reduces up to 26.22 in PRD metric and 9.45 in DTW metric. In addition, this paper uses different algorithms to reconstruct the datasets and compare them by classification accuracy. The classification accuracy is improved by 6.44%-12.96% on four time series datasets.

  • This study requires SW education that can adapt to the advent of the fourth industrial revolution and the new normal environment of COVID-19 pandemic. Small and powerful smartphones, which have become a necessity in digital society, are designed and applied to create apps with useful apps or artificial intelligence modules that have been trained with data using the App Inventor program as a good teaching tool. After conducting the class in a blended method that combines face-to-face and non-face methods, the survey questioned the technical and cognitive maturity of artificial intelligence and the pros and cons of blended software classes. We also found changes in career orientation, which is intended to explore SW-related talent occupations that require a lot of demand in terms of national development before and after artificial intelligence classes. Significant results were reached in three of the sub-elements. Even in non-face-to-face situations, it is expected that an app vendor software education program using artificial intelligence will be provided to the actual site.

UAV Application Technology for Detection of Coastal Topography (연안지형 변화 탐지를 위한 UAV 활용기술)

  • 최근 새만금 방조제 건설이 완료됨에 따라 주변 연안지역의 지형에 많은 변화가 감지되었다. 본 연구대상지는 격포해수욕장으로서 새만금 사업 준공 후 연안침식에 따른 모래 유실 등으로 인해 양빈사업 등이 검토되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 연안지형 변화 탐지를 위한 UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) 활용기술을 제시하는 것으로서 총 3회에 걸쳐 UAV 영상을 촬영하였다. 영상촬영은 DJI Inspire 2 UAV를 활용하였으며 VRS(Virtual Reference Service) 측량성과와 연계하여 Pix4D Mapper SW를 통해 정사영상과 수치표면모델(DSM; Digital Surface Model)을 제작하였다. 먼저 2018. 6. 29 ~ 2018. 12. 10 사이의 지형변화 탐지를 수행한 결과 침식과 퇴적의 최대값은 각각 2.56m와 2.24m로 나타났으며 평균적으로는 0.01m의 퇴적이 발생하였다. 그리고 2018. 6. 29 ~ 2019. 6. 14 동안의 침식과 퇴적의 최대값은 각각 2.31m와 2.28m로 나타났으며 평균값은 0.02m의 침식이 발생하였다. 또한 2018. 12. 10 ~ 2019. 6. 14 사이에는 침식과 퇴적의 최대값이 각각 2.28m와 2.55m로 나타났으며 평균값은 0.03m의 침식이 발생하였다. 지형변화를 보다 상세히 모니터링하고자 퇴적과 침식구간을 나누어 분석을 수행한 결과, 2018. 6. 29 ~ 2018. 12. 10 사이에는 0.5m 이내의 침식과 퇴적구간 면적이 각각 13,324.4m2와 14,667.3m2로 퇴적구간의 면적이 1,342.9m2 만큼 높게 나타났으며, 2018. 12. 10 ~ 2019. 6. 14 사이에는 0.5m 이내의 침식과 퇴적구간 면적이 각각 16,176.6m2와 11,723.0m2로 침식구간의 면적이 4,453m2 만큼 높게 나타났다. 또한 2018. 12. 10 ~ 2019. 6. 14 사이에는 0.5m 이내의 침식과 퇴적구간 면적이 각각 16,821.6m2와 11,126.4m2로 침식구간의 면적이 5,695.2m2 만큼 크게 분석되었다. 이와 같이 UAV 영상 기반의 연안지형 모니터링을 수행할 경우 시계열 지형변화를 효과적으로 모니터링할 수 있으며, 이러한 업무는 새만금 방조제 건설에 따른 지형변화의 영향평가 등 다양한 연안업무에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
