The current paper examines the role of the identity of entrepreneurs in the emergence and evolution of a new organizational form by empirically analyzing the evolution of eBook publishers in Korea from 1996 to 2011. Drawing on the recently developed identity-based theory of organizational form in the organizational ecology literature, we test hypotheses on the effects of focused and diffused organizational identities on organizational founding in an emergent organizational population. The results of our empirical analysis that tested three hypotheses about a positive relationship between focused identity and form emergenceand negative relationships between diffused (horizontal and vertical) identity and form emergence largely supported the argument of identity-based entrepreneurship. General implications are discussed.

Purpose: This study was conducted to characterize the influence of achievement motivation and the parent-child relationship on ego identity in Korean nursing students. Methods: The participants were 217 Korean nursing students in the first and fourth year of university. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires composed of items assessing ego identity, achievement motivation, the parent-child relationship, and demographic characteristics. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, the $x^2$ test, and multinomial logistic regression analysis. Results: Ego identity was related to achievement motivation; moreover, the achievement motivation of students with moratorium and achieved identity status was significantly higher than that of students with low-profile moratorium and diffused identity statuses. Ego identity was not related to the mother-child relationship, but the father-child relationship of students in foreclosure was significantly higher than that of students with diffused identity status. The factors influencing achieved identity compared to diffused identity were achievement motivation, year in school, satisfaction with school, and having religious beliefs. Conclusion: These findings indicate that nursing students' ego identity attainment was more influenced by achievement motivation than by the parent-child relationship. It emphasizes that highly motivated students can develop their own identities regardless of the parent-child relationship.

The keynote to apply one-time password (OTP) has been diffused to resolve identity and password theft cases. In this paper, it has been confirmed that both data transmission and identity authentication using OTP at TLS level are possible without significant change in user client.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how future images are embodied in contemporary fashion design. To find out future images expressed in contemporary fashion design, this paper characterized the future society as information society, network society, pluralistic society, and global village. Cyber design and techno-style expressed through metal or lustrous material which is influenced by information symbolize future image. Also, minimalism which is characterized as simplicity and purity affects the contemporary fashion design. The network society which affets t the horizontal and functional social system diminishes the meaning of socio-economic status. Therefore, street fashion has diffused to high fashion, and the formal wear has tendency to be changed into casual wear. In addition, the meaning of status symbol in contemporary fashion design become decreased. The pluralistic society affects to search for one's own personality and identity. Also, contemporary fashion design is influenced by post-modernism and deconstructionism. In order words, genderless, ageles, seasonless, and infra fashion appeared. The global village emphasizes extension of universality in life style and search for world quality. so, ethnic fashions appear frequently in contemporary fashion design. Also, the effects of Korean traditional costume to contemporary fashion design has increased.

We must not consider a culture as means of economy. Specially, it is not possible that is supposed to incorporate a cultural identity in a shape of product, but also international competitiveness can not be raised by it. Because an identify is based on the system of symbol such as language, it can be understood only in a same cultural area. While, the value-in-use of technology can be accepted universally as a formative language of international style. Therefore, the competitiveness of design will say as a special quality that can be acquired in connection with technology. For instance, that Korean mobile telephone could be recognized worldwide is not because it has the Koreanized shape but has a high technology. The public have only a superficial understanding about design. Because that is limited in the visual aspect of product, so called 'the pretty design', which exclude the value-in-use and the organic correlation of form and function in general, it may be a cause of socio-ethical dysfunction. It is providing an elbowroom for making a mistake that can regard the product design as an artistic experiment and try to raise the international competitiveness simply with the visual aspect. And the distorted understanding about design has been diffused rapidly owing to spread of black box products because the over-designed shape is known to the public as a proper result of designing. That reorganize the design category will do as a starting point that can get rid of such a misunderstanding, and do to achieve an ideological role of design for human and society. And it will be a warning to the moral slackening that is due to regarding a style as means of competitiveness and the blindness due to thinking culture as means of economy, and we may expect to offer a basic understanding about design which can prevent products from being visualized.

Ecomuseum which appeared in France in 1968 and widely diffused over the world, is a new type of museum. The purpose of this museum is not to simply possess and exhibit the existing relics, but to discover the locational senses of a territory by in-situ conserving and interpreting its entire natural and cultural heritages, and to plan the participation of its population and the development of its local community. The significance of this museum can be found in the recovery of disappearing collective memories of a territory, the restoration of the cultural identity of its population and the revitalization of a underdeveloped area. As the majority of these museums are fragmented or open air museums, an 'web ecomuseum' which makes the remote offering of informations about whole dispersed heritages and their holistic interpretation possible by digitalizing, recording, conserving, interpreting and utilizing related heritages, is necessary. This paper considers the possibility of web ecomuseum and its constitution contents and methods through the case of Mountain Mudeung area. Especially, in relation to the latter, this paper suggests a plan which consists of selection of own local themes, construction of digital archives, design of web expositions and production of electronic cultural maps.

According as the real economic activities are carried out in the cyber world and the identity problem of a trade counterpart emerges, digital signature has been diffused. Due to the weakness for real-time validation using the validation method of digital signature, Certificate Revocation List, On-line Certificate Status Protocol was introduced. In this case, every transaction workload requested to verify digital signature is concentrated of a validation server node. Currently this method has been utilized on domestic financial transactions, but sooner or later the limitation will be revealed. In this paper, the validation method will be introduced which not only it can guarantee real-time validation but also the requesting node of certificate validation can maintain real-time certificate status information. This method makes the revocation management node update the certificate status information in real-time to the validation node while revoking certificate. The characteristic of this method is that the revocation management node should memorize the validation nodes which a certificate holder uses. If a certificate holder connects a validation node for the first time, the validation node should request its certificate status information to the above revocation management node and the revocation management node memorizes the validation node at the time. After that, the revocation management node inform the revocation information in real-time to all the validation node registered when a request of revocation happens. The benefits of this method are the fact that we can reduce the validation time because the certificate validation can be completed at the validation node and that we can avoid the concentration of requesting certificate status information to a revocation node.

Since the development of information communication technologies, social networking sites (SNSs) have been diffused to the world with benefits such as building and maintaining relationships among people. SNSs have become more popular with the development of mobile devices. Despite this advantage, SNSs also present unexpected effects on people, such as cyberbullying and identity theft. Cyberbullying has emerged as one of the most serious issues among people who use SNSs. In fact, almost 20% of teenagers confessed that they have been cyberbullied on SNSs. In consideration of this serious social issue, this study investigates the influences of self-disclosure and self-control on the cyberbullying victimization experience from the perspective of Social Exchange Theory. Self-disclosure is a basic characteristic of SNSs. It is classified into self-disclosure for access to SNS and self-disclosure for relationship building and maintaining on SNSs. The cyberbullying victimization experience is classified into being cyber-excluded and being cyber-attacked. We examine how two types of self-disclosure and self-control affect two types of cyberbullying victimization experience based on the survey data of people who are in their 20s and are greatly familiar with SNSs.

Film color is equivalent to other elements of film, including narrative, and has a textual meaning according to the identity of expression. In general, red has a function of focusing attention, and the meaning derived from it is diffused. In the interaction of text and context, the function of concentration and the meaning of diffusion can be presented. The concept of concentration and diffusion is shaped by the relationship between independent colors, colors and other cinematic elements, and interactions between colors. In order to confirm this, this study analyzes a series of popular Korean films, how film colors interact, and in particular, the concentration function of red and the meaning of proliferation. The results of this study are as follows. First, in Korean popular films, at its most basic, red symbolizes a nation, a people, and a nation. The red of nationalism surrounding ethnicity, nationality and country visualizes ideology and conflict. The purpose of an individual or group, the relationship between the offender and the victim is mediated through red. The flag, the name tag, the costume appearing in the film are red. This can be seen in films such as Train to Busan, Assassination, Masquerade, Miracle in Cell No.7, Brotherhood of War, Northern Limit Line, Joint Security Area, Welcome to Dongmakgol, and May 18. Second, the red color attached to the female body fixes or strengthens socio-cultural sexuality and gender. The examples are films like Ode to My Father, The Thieves, The Host, Purpose Of Love, Sunny, Like A Virgin, Forbidden Quest, Untold Scandal, Bewitching Attraction, and Ssanghwajeom. Third, the blood red in Korean films is a visual device that directs magical horror, anger, and asceticism. Such films include The Neighbors, Bunshinsaba, R-Point, A Tale Of Two Sisters, Whispering Corridors, The Uninvited, Thirst, SECTOR 7, Asura:The City of Madness, The Tiger, Veteran, and so on. Fourth, red of tears constitutes the specific emotions such as a beautiful desire and a brilliant tragedy in films like King and The Clown, Oldboy, Memories of Murder, 26 Years, The Attorney, Unbowed, Sympathy For Lady Vengeance, Happy End, Punch, Calling, The Yellow Sea, and He's on Duty.
