The study was initiated to diagnose the problems and future direction of domestic environmentally friendly agriculture by analyzing the overall opinions of producers and consumers of environmentally friendly agriculture. The collected data were analyzed and tabulated. The research results show that relatively people of 30s${\sim}$40s are the main target groups for the marketing of environmentally friendly agricultural products. When environmentally friendly agricultural products were consumed, right information on safety of environmentally friendly agricultural products should be addressed to customers, and confidence to them has to be brought about from customers.

The Purpose of this study was to define the School Health Education Concepts, to establish the learning objectives and contents for school health education, and to diagnose the phenomenal aspects related to current school health Education in Korea. The results of its diagnosis indicated that the Education Ministry had never had any open opportunities for the teachers to get health education licence, and. universities had never issued health education teacher′s licence to the perspective students in Korea. Under such condition, there was "Korean nursing teacher′s association" for school health education, which had lectures, for two to three years, in order to learn how to develop, teach and evaluate the school health program. Currently, School boards in cities recommended that all nursing teachers should teach school health education in classes for six hours in a week without any fixed health program. Also, There was only "Korean Society for Health Education" for the purpose of dealing with school health education, which had been publishing annual journal. This study demonstrated how to develop school health education curriculum, which composed of the methods for needs assessment and PRECEDE Model(Predisposing, Reinforcing, and Enabling Causes in Educational Diagnosis and Evaluation).

Meningioma is the most common neoplasm of central nervous system which is hardly diagnosed by cytologic examination. However, preoperative cytologic diagnosis can be easily made in the case of extracranial meningioma, especially in head and neck lesion. We recently experienced a case of fine needle aspiration cytology of meningioma in sub-mandibular area of a 24 year-old male patient. The smear revealed high cellularity in the clean background. individual tumor cell of nests or syncytium had round or oval nuclei with fine chromatin and moderate amount of lightly stained cytoplasm with indistinct margin. Characteristic cellular whorls, intranuclear inclusions and scattered psammoma bodies made it easy to diagnose a meningioma.

A fundamental study for developing a fault diagnosis system of a pump is performed by using neural network. Acoustic signals were obtained and converted to frequency domain for normal products and artificially deformed products. The neural network model used in this study was 3-layer type composed of input, hidden, and output layer. The normalized amplitudes at the multiples of real driving frequency were chosen as units of input layer. And the codes of pump malfunctions were selected as units of output layer. Various sets of teach signals made from original data by eliminating some random cases were used in the training. The average errors were approximately proportional to the number of untaught data. Neural network trained by acoustic signals can detect malfunction or diagnose fault of a given machine from the results.

The operational data of diesel generator engine is two kinds of data. One is interactive the other is non interactive. We can find the fault information from interactive data measured for every sampling time when the changing rate, direction and status of data are investigated in comparition with those of normal status to diagnose the fault of combustion system. The various data values of combustion system for diesel engine are not proportional to load condition. The criterion to decide the level of data value is not absolute but relative to relational data. This study proposes to compose malfunction diagnosis engine using neural networks to decide that level of data value is out of normal status with the data collected from generator engine of the ship using the commercial data mining tool. This paper investigates the real ship's operational data of diesel generator engine and confirms usefulness of fault detecting through simulations for fault detecting.

The chatter behaviour in endmilling is a complex and nonlinear phenomenon, so it is very difficult to detect and diagnose this chatter phenomenon, This paper presents new method for the detection of chatter in endmilling operation based on the wavelet transform. In this paper, the fundamental property of the wavelet transform is reviewed by comparing the spectrum of other algorithm such as FFT. This result using wavelet transform shows the possibiling of the chatter detection in endmilling operation.

Ganglion cysts causing suprascapular nerve compression are uncommon cause of suprascapular nerve entrapment. The advent of magnetic resonance imaging and its application in patients with shoulder pain has improved the ability to diagnose cystic lesions causing extrinsic compression of the suprascapular nerve. We present two cases of suprascapular nerve compression by ganglion cyst which was decompressed by surgical excision. Suprascapular nerve compression was also revealed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), electromyogram(EMG) and clinical present of muscle atrophy and motor weakness. In each case, the symptom was resolved after sugical excision of the cystic lesion. We experienced two cases of suprascapular nerve entrapment by ganglion cyst and report the clinical, radiological and pathological findings in detail.

Fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) holds a main role in assessing thyroid nodules. But nonnegligible rate of thyroid cytology is reported as uncertain, indeterminate or inadequate for diagnosis. Recently, the microhistologic evaluation by core needle biopsy(CNB) under ultrasound sonographical guidance has been reported to show high accuracy for the diagnose of thyroid nodules. Aim of this review was to furnish the state of the art of this topic by summarizing previous published data about indication, diagnostic performance, and complication of CNB in thyroid lesions compared with FNAC

Neurilemmomas are benign tumors originating from Schwann cells, and may occur in various nerves; however, they rarely originate from the lingual nerve. When a lingual nerve neurilemmoma develops in the submandibular space, it can be challenging to diagnose it preoperatively, and this tumor can be misdiagnosed as a usual submandibular gland tumor owing to the rarity and a lack of knowledge about lingual nerve neurilemmomas. Therefore, it is important to consider neurilemmoma in the differential diagnosis in cases where the characteristics of the tumor do not correspond with the typical findings of submandibular gland tumors, in order to avoid inadvertent sacrifice of the nerve because of incorrect diagnosis of a salivary gland tumor. Herein, we report a lingual nerve neurilemmoma in the submandibular space, along with a literature review, to highlight the clinical significance and improve understanding of this type of tumor.

The purpose of this study is to analyze difficulties in the density word problem solving process of seventh graders and to search for the way to increase their problem solving ability in the density word problem. The results of this study could help teachers diagnose students' difficulties involved in density word problem and remedy the understanding of the concept of density, algebraic expressions, and algebraic symbols.
