Deep learning-based profiling side-channel analysis has been many proposed. Deep learning-based profiling analysis is a technique that trains the relationship between the side-channel information and the intermediate values to the neural network, then finds the secret key of the attack device using the trained neural network. Recently, cross-device profiling side channel analysis was proposed to consider the realistic deep learning-based profiling side channel analysis scenarios. However, it has a limitation in that attack performance is lowered if the profiling device and the attack device have not the same chips. In this paper, an environment in which the profiling device and the attack device have not the same chips is defined as the different-device, and a novel deep learning-based profiling side-channel analysis on different-device is proposed. Also, MCNN is used to well extract the characteristic of each data. We experimented with the six different boards to verify the attack performance of the proposed method; as a result, when the proposed method was used, the minimum number of attack traces was reduced by up to 25 times compared to without the proposed method.
According to the COVID-19, development of various medical software based on IoT(Internet of Things) was accelerated. Especially, interest in a central software system that can remotely monitor and control ventilators is increasing to solve problems related to the continuous increase in severe COVID-19 patients. Since medical device software is closely related to human life, this study aims to develop central monitoring system that can remotely monitor and control multiple ventilators in compliance with medical device software development standards and to verify performance of system. In addition, to ensure the safety and reliability of this central monitoring system, this study also specifies risk management requirements that can identify hazardous situations and evaluate potential hazards and confirms the implementation of cybersecurity to protect against potential cyber threats, which can have serious consequences for patient safety. As a result, we obtained medical device software manufacturing certificates from MFDS(Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) through technical documents about performance verification, risk management and cybersecurity application. The purpose of this study is to conduct a usability assessment to ensure that ergonomic design has been applied so that the ventilator central monitoring system can improve user satisfaction, efficiency, and safety. The rapid spread of COVID-19, which began in 2019, caused significant damage global medical system. In this situation, the need for a system to monitor multiple patients with ventilators was highlighted as a solution for various problems. Since medical device software is closely related to human life, ensuring their safety and satisfaction is important before their actual deployment in the field. In this study, a total of 21 participants consisting of respiratory staffs conducted usability test according to the use scenarios in the simulated use environment. Nine use scenarios were conducted to derive an average task success rate and opinions on user interface were collected through five-point Likert scale satisfaction evaluation and questionnaire. Participants conducted a total of nine use scenario tasks with an average success rate of 93% and five-point Likert scale satisfaction survey showed a high satisfaction result of 4.7 points on average. Users evaluated that the device would be useful for effectively managing multiple patients with ventilators. However, improvements are required for interfaces associated with task that do not exceed the threshold for task success rate. In addition, even medical devices with sufficient safety and efficiency cannot guarantee absolute safety, so it is suggested to continuously evaluate user feedback even after introducing them to the actual site.
Background: In dental intravenous sedation, continuous intravenous infusion of a low-dose drug requires an infusion pump such as a syringe pump. To develop a new syringe pump for clinical use, the functions of the pump must meet certain international standards. Various safety and efficacy tests must be performed on the syringe pump, as stipulated by these standards, and an approval must be received from the approving agency based on such test results. Methods: The authors of the present study developed a novel syringe pump and performed efficacy evaluation by testing its infusion speed at 1 and 25 ml/h, and infusion performance testing at 2 and 24 h. Moreover, performance evaluation was conducted by comparing the novel pump to an existing pump with the infusion speed varied from 1 to 5 ml/h. Results: In the efficacy testing on the newly developed syringe pump, infusion with the infusion speed initially set to 1 ml/h resulted in infusion speeds of 1.00 and 0.99 ml/h in the 2- and 24-h assessment, respectively. Changing the infusion speed setting to 25 ml/h resulted in an infusion speed of 25.09 and 23.92 ml/h in the 2- and 24-h assessment, respectively. These results show no significant differences when compared with other commercially available pumps. Conclusions: The efficacy testing of the newly developed syringe pump showed the accuracy to be within tolerance. Based on these findings, we believe that the newly developed syringe pump is suitable for clinical use.
The family of ISO/IEEE11073 standards is the basis of the e-health system and provides interoperability for personal health devices. In the early stage of e-health business, it was expected that people would use a health device individually. In this case, a measurement datum was episodically acquired and generally transmitted for one person at a time. Recently, a health device is expected to be used by multiple people, and large amounts of measurement data are gathered in a short time interval. In addition, mobile health devices have become more popular, so that energy efficient measurement data transmission is required, to prolong the use of a device. In IEEE11073 PHD standards, data transmission is classified into three different types: immediate individual transfer, small block transfer, and large block transfer. The large block transfer using PM-store concept provides efficient transmission. However, an existing PM-store has problem when a device is used by multiple people. To address the defined problem, a modified PM-segment that is in compliance with 11073 standards is proposed in this paper. In particular, the proposed PM-segment is designed to minimize the additional complexity of an agent instead of a manager and it is interoperable with the existing manager. The proposed PM-segment shows better performance than the existing PM-segment, in terms of memory requirements and expected queue time. Also, performance comparison among the three transfers is performed in regard to the delay time and communication power consumption points of view.

When the PCI 2.2 bus master requests data using Memory Read command, the target device my hold PCI bus without data transfer for a long time because the target device requires time to prefetch data internally. Because the PCI bus usage efficiency and the data transfer efficiency are decreased due to this situation, the PCI specification recommends to use the Delayed Transaction mechanism to improve the performance. But the mechanism doesn't fully improve performance because the target device doesn't blow prefetch data size exactly. In this paper, we propose a new method to transfer data efficiently when the bus master reads data from the target device. The bus master informs the target device the exact read data size using prefetch request using Memory Write command. The simulation result shows that the proposed method has the higher data transfer efficiency than the Delayed Transaction about 10%.

In this paper, we propose an error correction method to improve the accuracy of human activity recognition using sensor event data obtained by smart devices such as wearable and smartphone. In the context awareness through the smart device, errors inevitably occur in sensing the necessary context information due to the characteristics of the device, which degrades the prediction performance. In order to solve this problem, we apply Kalman filter's error correction algorithm to compensate the signal values obtained from 3-axis acceleration sensor of smart device. As a result, it was possible to effectively eliminate the error generated in the process of the data which is detected and reported by the 3-axis acceleration sensor constituting the time series data through the Kalman filter. It is expected that this research will improve the performance of the real-time context-aware system to be developed in the future.
Organic electroluminescent (EL) device was fabricated with Alq$_3$ as an emitting material and PDPMA ultra thin film prepared by Langmuir-Boldgett technique as a polymer hole transport layer. A stable condensed PDPMA monolayer was obtained using arachidic acid as a surface active material. The thickness and absorbance of PDPMA LB film increased line-arly with the layer numbers. The organic multilayered device consisted of ITO/PDPMA LB film (19 layers)/Alq$_3$/Al emitted green light with brightness of 2500 cd/m$^2$ at a DC 14 V Especially, the drive voltage of EL device having PDPMA LB film of 15 layers exhibited the value as low as 4 V. The effects of thickness control and molecular orientation in the PDPMA LB film on EL performance were discussed.

The printing of nanomaterials onto certain substrates is one of the key technologies behind high-speed interconnection and high-performance electronic devices. For the printing of next-generation electronic devices, a printing process which can be applied to a flexible substrate is needed. A printing process on a flexible substrate requires a lowtemperature, non-vacuum process due to the physical properties of the substrate. In this study, we obtained well-ordered Ag nanowires using modified gravure printing techniques. Ag nanowires are synthesized by a silver nitrate ($AgNO_3$) reduction process in an ethylene glycol solution. Ag nanowires were well aligned by hydrodynamic force on a micro-engraved Si substrate. With the three-dimensional structure of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which has an inverse morphology relative to the micro-engraved Si substrate, the sub-micron alignment of Ag nanowires is possible. This technique can solve the performance problems associated with conventional organic materials. Also, given that this technique enables large-area printing, it has great applicability not only as a next-generation printing technology but also in a range of other fields.
