As the considerable request of the fast and accurate way of the selection of circuit breaker is increased, we introduce the development of software of circuit breaker selection for the marine use. Originally, the selection of circuit breaker has been carried out by manual in the marine project. It is not the easy work to select the proper type of circuit breaker to check the time-current characteristic curves of each type of circuit breakers for the various type of loads. In this regards, we developed the software to select the proper type of circuit breaker to confirm fast and accurately. And, we introduce the course of the development of the software for the selection of circuit breaker.

This study is on the establishment process of Certification Plan of KPP small aircraft development, domestic BASA(Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement) shadow certification project. For the development of certification plan incorporations process understanding applicable regulations, selection of certification basis, definition of means of compliance and establishment of compliance checklist. On the basis of this process, we develop type certification procedure suitable for domestic small aircraft.

Various forms of procurement are open to companies when constructing new owner-occupied properties. The selection of a form of procurement is an important decision-making problem for companies and their Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) departments. With this in mind, a decision support tool has been developed to optimise the outcome and success of company's proposed real estate development projects and is presented in this paper. This model can also be used for current real estate portfolios to optimise returns in the long term. In pursuit of this objective and in order to provide an academic basis for this study, decision-relevant goals and parameters were initially identified from the referenced literature used in our research. These were subsequently evaluated in a case study of a corporate development project and identified as specific decision criteria from the perspective of the CREM. The investigation identified 15 criteria that are relevant to the corporate decision-making process in procuring and/or developing property. A model for supporting and resolving decision-making problems of this type was derived from decision theory. In this paper, a decision-making tool is presented that takes into account all the decision criteria from the CREM point of view for the first time. This model should therefore serve as an aid in implementing the decision-making process for the development of real estate projects in a more structured and transparent manner.

In 1960's, Korea had concentrated on economic development, in the meantime the existing problem which is an avoiding rural settlement phenomenon such as a farming population decrease, an unstabel income, poor surroundings, etc. could intensify. And because of an exodus from agricultural area caused by industrialization and a fall of agricultural farm price as a result of domestic agricultural market opening in accordance with FTA, in 2004 Korean government excuted the integrated rural-village development plan as a measure to provide more support for agricultural villages. The integrated rural-village development plan means that inter-connected with villages which have potnetial and developed it as a unit of small-zone, also we can assume it a Down-up development type because residents participate and lead this plan directly. But, this plan made progress rapidly as a countmeasure of government so, it needs to evaluate for completed project area and make an improvement for a sustainable undertaking. Therefore, this study categorized project contents systematically into two parts of Hardware and Software, after that composed of 4 large-parts, 13 mid-parts and 43 small-parts from Inje-Yongdai zone which was designated for an integrated rural-village development plan in 2004. And a result of analysis for project contents priorities by hierarchy analysis method showed the Regional capability reinforcement is selected for the most important project content by 3 stakeholders who are specialists (514pts.), Korea Rural Community Corporation staffs (694pts.), local government officers (688pts.)

본 연구는 농촌지역 발전 및 주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 추진된 정부의 다양한 정책 및 사업의 성과를 분석하기 위해 현재 추진 중에 있는 농촌지역개발사업 중 대표성이 있다고 판단되는 농촌마을종합개발사업을 분석대상 사업으로 선정하였다. 분석을 위해 경남 2개 권역과 전남 2개 권역을 사례연구대상권역으로 선정하였다. 사업에 대한 만족도 분석결과, 전체적으로 사업추진에 있어서 각 지역유형별로 명확한 구분을 통해 만족도를 분석하는 것은 상당한 어려움이 있으나, 전반적으로 지역특성별(농촌지역, 중산간지역)로 주민들의 사업에 대한 이해 및 추진과정에서의 만족도 등은 다소 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 전반적으로 농촌지역 2개 권역 주민들이 중산간지역 2개 권역 주민들에 비해 상대적으로 사업 추진 전반에 대해 부정적인 의견을 많이 표출하였다. 향후 원활한 사업추진을 위해서는 주민들의 사업에 대한 이해, 서로 돕고 협력하는 마을 공동체 의식의 복원, 바람직한 리더 육성, 실효성 있는 마을 규약 마련, 개방적 포용적 자세로의 전환과 농촌마을종합개발사업 추진 및 운영방법의 현실화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

KEPCO is executing a project in Cambodia consisting of two components, "Power Development Master Plan and Institutional Strengthening" and "Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) Power Project Preparation" upon request by the government of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy of Cambodia, contracted on $29^{th}$ September 2005. This paper includes a basic design and review of economical efficiency for constructing the two (2) cross border 115 kV transmission lines, which run from the border of Vietnam and Laos to Cambodia, and four (4) 115kV substations. The main contents of the paper include the process of design and results of a review of line route selection, tower and hardware design regarding transmission line design, as well as the type of substation, and arrangement and specifications of equipment with expects to substation design. Also, long-term demand forecasting, and an economic analysis of the project area are included.

The development of automotive rear chassis part using tube forming process has advantage of increase in part durability and decrease in its weight. We developed tubular type rear CTBA(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle) part with 60K high strength steel developed by POSCO in this project. The result was demonstrated that tubular type CTBA shows excellent durability performance and $10\%$ weight reduction compared with V-beam type CTBA in our work. Furthermore, we will adapt this technology to mass production and apply to the other chassis parts.

본 연구에서는 2010년부터 2013년까지 4년간 연안개발사업에 따른 일반해역이용협의서 133건을 분석하여 사업유형별 해양환경영향평가 개선방안을 제시하였다. 침식방지사업은 정확한 침식원인 분석이 선행되어야 하고 주변 해안의 상태와 구조물 설치 시 추가적인 문제점 발생 가능성에 대해 정확히 예측해야 하며, 사업시행 후 사후모니터링을 통한 침식방지 효과를 입증하는 체계적인 시스템이 마련되어야 한다. 호안 및 해안도로 건설사업의 경우, 무분별한 해안도로의 건설은 지양하고 구조물 안정성을 충분히 검토하여야 하며 반사파 증가에 따른 해안침식의 문제점을 함께 검토해야 한다. 그리고 침수방지 사업은 평가항목에 파랑을 선정할 필요가 있고 이상 파랑의 영향을 함께 고려해야 한다. 친수공간 조성사업은 종합적이고 체계적인 공간계획이 수립되어야 하고, 자연환경을 최대한 보전하고 자연과 융화될 수 있는 개발이 될 수 있도록 검토를 강화해야 할 것이다. 아울러 연안개발사업과 관련하여 많은 문제점이 내재되어있어 법 제도적 측면에서의 지원과 함께 추후 해역별, 사업별 특성이 다양하게 반영된 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

In the present study, we have tested the effect of dioleoyl phosphatidic acid (PA) on intracellular $Ca_{2+}$ concentration ($[Ca^{2+}]_{i}$) in two human colon cancer cell lines (HCT116 and HT29). PA and lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a bioactive lysolipid, increased $[Ca^{2+}]_{i}$ in both HCT116 and HT29 cell lines. Increases of $[Ca^{2+}]_{i}$ by PA and LPA were more robust in HCT116 cells than in HT29 cells. A specific inhibitor of phospholipase C (U73122), however, was not inhibitory to the cell responses. Pertussis toxin, a specific inhibitor of $G_{i/o}$ type G proteins, however, had an inhibitory effect on the responses except for an LPA-induced one in HT29 cells. Ruthenium red, an inhibitor of the ryanodine receptor, was not inhibitory on the responses, however, 2-APB, a specific inhibitor of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor, completely inhibited both lipid-induced $Ca^{2+}$ increases in both cell types. Furthermore, by using Ki16425 and VPC32183, two structurally dissimilar specific antagonists for $LPA_{1}/LPA_{3}$ receptors, an involvement of endogenous LPA receptors in the $Ca^{2+}$ responses was observed. Ki16425 completely inhibited the responses but the susceptibility to VPC32183 was different to PA and LPA in the two cell types. Expression levels of five LPA receptors in the HCT116 and HT29 cells were also assessed. Our data support the notion that PA could increase $[Ca^{2+}]_{i}$ in human colon cancer cells, probably via endogenous LPA receptors, G proteins and $IP_{3}$ receptors, thereby suggesting a role of PA as an intercellular lipid mediator.

Test Results and Status of development of the urban transit maglev system(UTM-O1) are reported. Maglev Project Team in KIMM, in cooperation with Hyundai Precision Company and the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute(KERI), has successfully finished the second stage development project (1995. 5-1998. 8) and demonstrated a prototype two vehicle consisted urban maglev train operating in the speed range of 50km/h. In this paper, we report various test results of the UTM-01 system, present status of quo and future prospect, and what have been done so far to improve the performance of the maglev system overall.
