This study reviews the actual changes in Korean agricultural, including direction of agricultural policy and development process of the Korean agricultural extension work as well as recent problems. The study, then, presents future direction of the agriculture extension work for the century 21.

For the problems in executing rural development, recent recognitions are that discovery, preservation, and utilization of area-unique resource are unsatisfactory, that participation of local residents was neglected, and that approach to gradual refurbishment of houses and common space of town in consideration of existing spatial pattern of the town was not adequate. Especially, neglect for exact investigation, analysis and evaluation on rural local resources is bringing about social problems such as mass production of uniform rural area and loss of local identity. In this study, rural resources were listed and resource evaluation items was designed in order to establish development direction of rural village. According to these results, for the efficient and reasonable drive of the resource evaluation system, following items are required; A premise of local development by participation of local people, Development of diversely appliable resource evaluation clauses, Establishment of development type in connection with resource evaluation clauses, Systematic management of local resource through spreading DB resource. This research was loused on unearthing direction development of rural village and theme. However, what should be reconsidered through continuous study is that resource evaluation clauses are somewhat general and not concretely illustrated. Therefore establishment of characterized development is expected through clarifying local identity and presenting direction of local development, with the importance of resource and systematic analysis in planning on rural village in the future.

In wireless environments, wideband receivers are used in a communication intelligent system to detect unknown signals and obtain azimuth information. To design a wideband receiver that performs multiple signal detection and direction finding simultaneously, it is necessary to consider a reception structure composed of multiple channels. In this paper, we propose a wideband multi-channel receiver for direction finding of unknown wideband communication signals including frequency hopping signals. A signal processing method for detecting received signals and estimating azimuth information is presented, and components of the manufactured wideband receiver are described. In addition, test results of the signal detection performance by mounting the proposed wideband multi-channel receiver on the flight system are included.

Many countries in Asia have been researching for linking and activation of Asia transverse railway and we are trying to link Trans-Korean railway and Transcontinental railway. However we are confronted with a difficult question that the railway system of each country is different from each other-gauge, track formation and signal system. These problems will obstruct prior occupation of market because of loss of time and cost for trans vehicles and transshipment. In this paper, we tried to setting up development direction of Korean variable gauge vehicles by examine international development direction of variable gauge vehicles.

Underwater radiated noise is the key in acoustic stealth performance of modern naval ships. The underwater radiated noise predicted by the hull vibration with radiation efficiency cannot give the information of radiation pattern which is essential to the analysis of detection possibility by enemy and to improve the operational performance of the naval ship. The radiation pattern of underwater radiated noise is able to be obtained with radiation efficiency and radiation direction coefficient. In this paper, a new method to extraction the radiation efficiency and radiation direction coefficient is suggested and proved with the simulation and experiment by using cylindrical shell of 70cm diameter in air.

Fire industry has been an important role in from the fire and disaster to protect life and property of citizens. In recent years the national fire industry in Japan and the United States Fire industrialized countries with respect to the fire industry in quality and technology challenges facing the competition, and fire Industry for China and other poor countries and vulnerable to the price competition in the fire industry's difficulties with this study is necessary. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the fire industry, the development is aimed to provide direction. The proposed development direction for the future industrial development of the fire, setting goals, fostering the promotion of industrial development direction, running through the fire in the actual application will be available.

Purpose: Research ethics has social implications beyond the issues of personal morality and research integrity. In recent years, research ethics has become a more controversial topic in society. In this study, the concept of the university research ethics curriculum is defined, the current status of the research ethics curriculum is analyzed, and the direction of the university research ethics curriculum development direction is discussed. Research design, data and methodology: The concept of university research ethics education and the current status of research ethics education were examined, and the development direction of the university research ethics curriculum was explored based on the framework . Results: field education to secure university research ethics is still insufficient. In other words, only 12 universities for undergraduate programs and 37 universities for graduate programs included research ethics in their regular curriculum. Conclusions: The occurrence of research misconduct is mainly caused by not recognizing the error or not taking it seriously. In particular, university research misconduct results from a lack of understanding of research ethics, poor research education, a performance-oriented academic climate, and the absence of an institutional system for establishing research ethics.

Environmental impact assessment(EIA), the only preventive system to manage development projects destroying the nature and ecosystem systematically, has been accomplished since the late 1970. EIA connotes intrinsic limits predicting uncertain future with the aid of present data. Furthermore, EIA has been used as not decision-making tools but regulatory means. Therefore, EIA has been criticized severely. In order to present direction of development of EIA, we analyzed problems of management of EIA, and concluded measures as follows are needed. 1. Control of investigation of environmental impact statements 2. Development of evaluating methods and publication 3. Fostering of institute for research and investigation of EIA 4. Construction of harmony of environment and development 5. Upgrade of state of proxy executing EIA.
