권선계자형 동기전동기의 d축 쇄교자속에 의한 계자전류리플 보상 기법 개발 (Development of Field Current ripple Compensating Method by d-axis Flux-linkage in WRSM)

  • Recently, owing to environmental problems and instability of rare earth resources market, non-rare earth electric motors are attracting attention. As a non-rare earth motor type, a wound rotor synchronous motor(WRSM) has high power density and wide driving range further it can reduce loss by field current control during field weakening control at high speed. However, since the d-axis flux of the WRSM is coupled with the rotor circuit, the fluctuation in the d-axis flux linkage affects the rotor circuit, which causes ripple of the field current and torque. In this paper, we propose the field current ripple compensation method by injecting the feedforward voltage. the proposed compensating method was demonstrated by simulation and experiments.

  • Developed in this research is a CAM system for 5-axis NC Machining of sculptured surfaces. We identify problems in generating 5-axis NC data and propose methods of overcoming them. Issues discussed in this paper are: kinematic modelling of NC machines; determination of cutter position (location and orientation); check of machine work-range; linear trajectory plann- ing ; calculation of feedrate number. The proposed system has been implemented in FORTRAN77 on the Personal IRIS EWS, and it also constitutes a module of the CAD/CAM system 'CASSET' developed in KIST CAD/CAM lab.

Marine Tourism Development Strategy of the South Sea through Sustainable Management of Coastal Environment

  • This study is to integratedly examine coastal management policy and marine tourism development project for Korean coasts, especially for the South Sea of high development pressure, presenting sustainable tourism development policies for the future. To do so, it is examined central government-level coastal development projects set up by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and the Ministry cf Construction and Transportation, setting the direction of south coastal management and tourism development at a level of national territory planning. The problems of coastal management first and then the problems of the South Coast Tourism Belt Project are analyzed in order to present political and administrative alternatives. To overcome such problems and make Korea a marine tourism base in East Asia, there is a need for re-recognition of the value of the project and its continuous push through cooperation between central and local governments. Also, under the presupposition of consensus building among local people and the sustainable development of environments, there should be are-recognition that the future cf Korean marine tourism in the 21st-century and the success of an inverted $\pi-axis$ national development depend on the South coastal Tourism Belt Development Project.

  • In this paper, we propose a 3D automated measuring system which measures the mandibular movements and the reference plane of the jaw movements. In diagnosis and treatment of the malocclusions, it is necessary to estimate the mandibular movements and the reference plane of the jaw movements. The proposed system is configured with double stereo-cameras, PC, two moving pattern plates(MPPs), two fixed pattern plates(FPPs) and one orbital marker. The virtual pattern plate is applied to calculate the homogeneous transformation matrices which describe the coordinates systems of the FPP and MPP with respect to the world coordinates system. To estimate the parameters of the hinge axis, the Euler's theorem is applied. The hinge axis points are intersections between the FPPs and the hinge axis. The coordinates of a hinge axis point with respect to the MPP coordinates system are set up to fixed value. And then, the paths of the jaw movement can be calculated by applying the homogeneous transformation matrix to fixed hinge axis point. To examine the accuracy of the measurements, experiments of measuring the hinge axis points and floating paths of them are performed using the jaw motion simulator. As results, the measurement errors of the hinge axis points are within reasonable boundary, and the floating paths are very similar to the simulator's moving path.

  • 철골 기둥-보 강축 접합부에 대한 연구는 그 동안 국내외에서 오랜 기간 연구가 진행되어 내진성능 및 접합부의 강도를 개선시킬 수 있는 많은 접합 형식이 개발되어 사용 중에 있으나, 약축 접합 형식에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 또한 현재 국내에서는 시공성을 고려하여 기존의 브라켓형식 용접 접합부를 선호하고 있으나, 용접량이 많아 취성적인 거동이 우려되며 과대 설계된 경향이 있다. 본 연구의 실험 결과에서 기존 브라켓 형식 용접접합은 용접량이 과도한 것으로 나타났으며, 기둥 웨브와 보의 웨브의 용접은 불필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안한 새로운 기둥-보 약축 접합형식들에 대한 실험 결과에서 기존 브라켓형식 용접접합보다 우수한 내력 및 연성을 보유하여 구조적으로 안전함을 확인할 수 있었다.

자기변형잉크젯헤드에서 토출된 액적의 정적 착지정확도 모델링 및 실험적 검증 (Modeling and Experimental Verification on Static Landing Accuracy of Droplets from Magnetostrictive Inkjet Head)

  • Most research on the inkjet printing technology has focused on the development of inkjet head itself, and of process, not on the landing accuracy of the droplets to a target. Thus, this paper presents the modeling and experimental verification on the static landing accuracy and precision of the droplets from the magnetostrictive inkjet head. A simple model based on the angle deviation of a nozzle tip and on a distance to a substrate is considered, assuming that there is no ambient effect. The angle deviation of the nozzle tip is determined by using its digital image with the aid of a pixel calculation program, and the distance to the substrate is set to 1 mm. Three experiments have planned and preformed. The first experiment is to collect the initial data for the landing distribution of the droplets. The second experiment is to collect the repeatability data of the stage used. Then, these data are used to rederive the equation for the final landing position of the droplet. The final experiment is to verify the equation and to show the calibration results. The respective landing accuracy of the droplet after calibration on the x-axis and on y axis has improved from $338.51{\mu}m$ and $-133.63{\mu}m$ to $7.06{\mu}m$ and $13.11{\mu}m$. The respective percent improvement on the x-axis and on y axis reaches about 98 and about 90. The respective landing precision of the droplet after calibration on the x-axis and on y axis has improved from ${\pm}182.6{\mu}m$ and ${\pm}182.88{\mu}m$ to ${\pm}24.64{\mu}m$ and ${\pm}42.76{\mu}m$. The respective percent improvement on the x-axis and on y axis reaches about 87 and about 77.

한우태자의 축추골 몸통과 첫째 척추사이 원반의 발달 (Development of the body of axis and 1st cervical intervertebral disc in the korean native cattle fetus)

  • The histological and histochemical study of the body of axis and 1st intervertebral disc in the Korean native cattle fetus was attempted to early developmental process. The experimental animals used in this study were collected from fetus of the Korean native cattle ranging from 50mm to 180mm in Crown-Rump length(CR-length). The results were summerized as follows: 1. The ossification centers appeared centrum 1 and centrum 2 of the axis in 110mm CR-length fetus of the Korean native cattle. The centrum 2 was formed little earlier than the centrum 1. 2. The histochemical reactions for collagenous fibers in the axis revealed negative in 50mm CR-length, mild positive in 90mm CR-length, and strong positive in 110mm CR-length, respectively. 3. Dense collagenous fibers were observed in the notochord through the centrum 2, and intervertebral disc developed into cuneiform dorsoventrally, It's contour looks like an annual ring. These fiber bundle arranged lamellar formation. 4. The intervertabral disc of 50mm CR-length fetus was composed mainly mesenchymal cells, and these cell showed aggregation in the central portion. The intervertebral disc of 110mm CR-length fetus was consisted of pricipally fibroblast, and notochordal sheath formed with two layers in the center.

  • 해상용 Multi Sensor Surveillance System은 다양한 기술의 복합체로서 본 과제에서 개발하고자하는 Gyro Sensor based Servo Motion Control 알고리즘은 선박의 6자유도운동을 분석하여 그에 대응할 수 있는 Motion Control 동요안정화제어장치를 개발하는 것이며, Nano Driving Precision Pan-Tilt/Gimbal System은 초정밀 초고속으로 감시용 디바이스를 적시에 정확한 동작을 수행하게 해주는 필수적인 장비이다. 최종적으로 개발하고자 하는 분야는 해상용 Nano Driving Multi Sensor Surveillance System 중 Nano Driving Precision Pan-Tilt/Gimbal의 최적설계 및 제작, 3-axis Gyro Sensor based Servo Motion Control 알고리즘 개발, 영상추적 Video Tracking Software 및 Hardware의 개발 및 각 세부주관에서 개발한 각각의 장비를 하나의 시스템으로 통합하는 시스템 Integration 및 시험인증으로 하나의 시스템을 완성 하였다.

무인항공기 탑재 가시선 데이터링크 방향성 안테나 위치 최적화 (Placement Optimization of Airborne Line-Of-Sight Datalink Directional Antenna in UAV)

  • 본 논문에서는 무인항공기의 운용 범위 내에서 데이터링크 두절을 최소화할 수 있는 탑재 가시선 데이터링크 방향성 안테나의 최적 위치를 EM(Electromagnetic) 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. 무인항공기의 급격한 거동 시 동체 Blockage로 인한 전자파 왜곡 및 손실로 데이터링크 두절이 발생할 수 있다. 이와 같은 데이터링크 두절을 방지하기 위하여 무인항공기의 거동범위를 제한하면 선회 반경이 커지게 되고, 이로 인하여 임무 수행에 많은 제약이 발생할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 1축 방향성 안테나의 동체 상/하부 장착을 고려한 최적위치에 대하여 EM시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 장착된 방향성 안테나는 수직빔폭이 넓은 1축 안테나를 적용하여 수직 빔폭 만큼 무인항공기가 데이터링크 두절 없이 거동할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한, 2축이 아닌 1축 안테나 탑재로 인하여 탑재 중량도 크게 줄일 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다.

비대칭 손상 선박의 잔류 종강도 평가를 위한 간이 해석 알고리즘 개발 (Development of a New Simplified Algorithm for Residual Longitudinal Strength Prediction of Asymmetrically Damaged Ships)

  • This paper explains the basic theory and a new development of for the residual strength prediction program of the asymmetrically damaged ships, being capable of searching moment-curvature relations considering neutral axis mobility. It is noted that moment plane and neutral axis plane should be separately defined for asymmetric sections. The validity of the new program is verified by comparing moment-curvature curves of 1/3 scaled frigate model where the results from new algorithm well coincide with experimental and nonlinear FEA results for intact condition and with nonlinear FEA results for damaged condition. Applicability of new algorithm is also verified by applying VLCC model to the newly developed program. It is proved that reduction of residual strengths is visually presented using the new algorithm when damage specifications of ABS, DNV and IMO are applied. It is concluded that the new algorithm shows very good performance to produce moment-curvature relations with neutral axis mobility on the asymmetrically damaged ships. It is expected that the new program based on the developed algorithm can largely reduce design period of FE modeling and increase user conveniences.
