통합 필터 변별도와 그래프 컬러링을 이용한 전술통신망 백본 무선 링크의 주파수 지정 방법 (Frequency Assignment Method using NFD and Graph Coloring for Backbone Wireless Links of Tactical Communications Network)

  • The tactical communications network has to be deployed rapidly at military operation area and support the communications between the military command systems and the weapon systems. For that, the frequency assignment is required for backbone wireless links of tactical communications network without frequency interferences. In this paper, we propose a frequency assignment method using net filter discrimination (NFD) and graph coloring to avoid frequency interferences. The proposed method presents frequency assignment problem of tactical communications network as vertex graph coloring problem of a weighted graph. And it makes frequency assignment sequences and assigns center frequencies to communication links according to the priority of communication links and graph coloring. The evaluation shows that this method can assign center frequencies to backbone communication links without frequency interferences. It also shows that the method can improve the frequency utilization in comparison with HTZ-warfare that is currently used by Korean Army.

배경 적응적 문턱치 맵(Threshold Map)을 이용한 클러터 제거 기법 (Clutter Rejection Method using Background Adaptive Threshold Map)

  • In this paper, we propose a robust clutter pre-thresholding method using background adaptive Threshold Map for the clutter rejection in the complex coastal environment. The proposed algorithm is composed of the use of Threshold Map's and method of its calculation. Additionally we also suggest an automatic decision method of Thresold Map's update. Experimental results on some sets of real infrared image sequence show that the proposed method could remove clutters effectively without any loss of detection rate for the aim target and reduce processing time dramatically.

  • 기업이 새로운 시스템을 개발하거나 기존의 시스템을 강화해야하는 경우에 IT프로젝트의 의사결정 자들은 자체 개발과 솔루션구매 방법 사이에서 가장 최선의 개발방법을 선택해야하는 상황에 직면하게 된다. 이러한 고민을 하고 있는 프로젝트 관련 의사결정 자들에게 본 연구는 프로젝트개발에 소요되는 시간, 노력, 비용 등을 측정하는데 중요한 척도가 되는 프로젝트의 기능점수에 초점을 맞추어, 내부에서의 자체개발 방식, 외부에서 개발된 솔루션구매방식, 그리고 이러한 두 개의 방식을 혼합한 복합방식으로 개발했을 때 각각 기능점수에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 ISBSG에서 제공하는 프로젝트 산출물들을 통하여 의미 있는 결과들을 제공한다.

  • 객체지향 모델은 구조적 모델에 비해 모듈성, 재사용성, 유지보수성, 확장성 등의 장점을 제공한다. 이러한 이유로 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법들을 정보 시스템 개발에 광범위하게 적용되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법들은 목적 소프트웨어 시스템의 객체지향 모델링을 지원할 뿐, 방법론 그 자체는 구조적 및 절차적 체계를 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법론을 객체지향적으로 모델링한 OMOS(Object-oriented software development Method for Object-oriented software System)를 제시한다. OMOS에서는 개발 산출물과 관련된 활동이 객체로써 모델링 되며, 개발 생명주기 프로세스가 객체간의 상호작용으로 모델링 된다. 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 객체지향적 모델링은 방법론 자체의 재사용성, 유연성, 확장성, 유지보수성의 용이성 등의 장점을 제공한다.

  • 최근 임베디드 시스템 개발시간을 단축시키고 고객들의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위하여 많은 방법론과 개발환경 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 특히. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 시스템 개발 시 사용되는 교차개발환경을 개선하여 개발시간을 단축시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 이러한 방법은 가상 프로토타이핑 개발도구와 임베디드 시스템 개발 보드를 이용하여 개발환경을 하는 경우에 제한적으로 적용된다. 구현 및 실험결과 분석을 통하여 한 번 이상의 수정이 요구되는 교차개발환경에서는 기존 개발 방법보다 본 논문에서 제시한 방법이 우수함을 증명하였다.

Analysis Method of Transmission Characterization for Multi-layered Composite Material Based on Homogenization Method

  • In this paper, the transmission characteristics of the multi-layered composite material with wire mesh and honeycomb core for aircraft applications have been analyzed with the proposed method. The proposed method converts the conductive wire mesh into effective layer, while for the dielectric honeycomb core, effective permittivity has been derived based on volume fraction with the proposed method. The proposed method has been verified through comparison with full-wave simulation and revealed excellent. In addition, the calculation time of the proposed method is a few order of magnitude faster in comparison with the full-wave simulation.

The success of new product development depends on customer satisfaction in the marketplace. Existing product development process, including the customer's interest was weak. In this paper, we propose development of new products which include Kano's attractive quality factor method and Timko's customer satisfaction index method. Also we verified new medical treatment of incontinence-nency which is applied to the proposed process.

  • Cities in Indonesia include diverse scattered industrial centers comprising industries that can sustain the existing economic pace. For industrial data collection, the city government still relies on census that consumes extensive time and money. The public are unfamiliar with industries owing to their lack of industry information; therefore, the market share is not optimal. In addition, the opportunity to procure investors for business development is limited. A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer system that can record, store, write, analyze, and display geographical data. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, GIS was developed on a website platform to provide information on industry profiles, types of production, investment values, industry maps, and industrial locations in each village and sub-district to a wider community. The RAD method was chosen compared to the waterfall method because it could accelerate website development process.
