In this paper, we proposed the program module that expand output points when increased of the output machine for the design of process control system with PLC. In order to incense output points we need the decoding. There is a hardware decoding and a software decoding. In this paper, we proposed the decoding program module which is a software decoding and confirmed feasibility through a simulation.

Adobe사의 Connect 서버의 XML 웹서비스를 사용하여 콘텐츠를 검색할 수 있는 플래시 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 개발된 어플리케이션을 통하여 서버주소를 알 수 있는 기관의 공개 콘텐츠를 검색할 수 있었다.

This paper presents the initial results of development of a inertial navigation grade silicon pendulous accelerometer. This effort focused on developing a bulk-micromachined silicon pendulum and designing a PI-servo controller. Performance data presented in this paper includes threshold, bias short term stability and nonlinearity of scale factor. This accelerometer developed is demonstrated the feasibility of meeting one-nautical-mile-per-hour accuracy.

Recently, the life cycle of products is rapidly shortened and then the W s a l of the used mold applied in development of a product is a difficult things. In this study, we proposed a feasibility of the recycling mold base by analyzing of the existing standard mold base. And we developed a D/B program to promote the mold design capability with CAD. Also, we confirmed the possibility of recycling mold base by testing of a used automobile lamp mold.

It is necessary to develop graphic MMI (Man-Machine Interface) for the maximum utilization of our installed ADS (Automated Distribution System) for which an operator types and executes string commands. Considering the restrictions and characteristics of the installed ADS and the data for modelled distribution lines, we calculated the time of periodic data acquisition for large number of points. And we presented the performance and characteristics of the graphic MMI system which will be developed and which will facilitate SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) functions.

The main objectives in the first year include selection of the MEMS bonding methods and feasibility study of selected methods. The ultrasonic bonding method is chosen for MEMS packaging, and the processes to provide localized heating are proposed. The ultrasonic bonding process is analyzed using a lumped model. Preliminary experiments using the eutectic solder and copper pin were performed to verify possibility to MEMS packaging. The preliminary results show possibility of the ultrasonic bonding method for MEMS packaging.

The task, development of the exemplary patterns for the application of passive solar systems in residential buildings, is very crucial regarding government policies toward energy conservation. So various measurements, evaluation, and feasibility studies are performed in addition to their architectural design and detailed drawings. In conclusion, passive solar systems are effective and economical when they are applied to residential buildings for heating systems.

The ultrasonic bonding method and its feasibility are investigated in this work for joining the micro components and MEMS packaging. The ultrasonic bonding process is analyzed using a lumped mode, and preliminary experiments using the eutectic solder and copper pin were carried out to verify possibility to MEMS packaging. The ultrasonic bonding process appears to be adequate for MEMS packaging by providing localized heating at the selected area. Microscopic behavior of the bond joint through ultrasonic vibration needs further investigation.

Nowadays, environmental protection is increasingly concerned more than ever before. Therefore, it is prerequisite both to monitor some data and control them on-line for reducing the environmental pollution. In this paper, internet-based 3-dimensional monitoring system which utilizes PCS phones for wireless data communication with server computer is presented and its feasibility is tested by physical installation.
