정책분석 이론의 틀 속에서 철도물류자원개발정책을 연계시켜 향후 철도물류자원개발의 타당성 있는 대안을 정립하고자 하는데 연구 목적을 두고 있으며, 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 정책분석의 이론 및 철도물류자원개발정책을 감안하여, 철도물류자원개발정책분석의 이념과 목표를 체계화 한다. 둘째, 철도물류자원개발정책분석의 이론을 체계화하여 향후 철도물류자원개발정책분석의 준거를 활용하고자 한다.

Recently, the interest in the mixed-use development of various urban planning facilities has been increased, but the interest in the Mixed-use development of bus depots that is closely related to our daily life is insufficient circumstance so far. Accordingly, this study aims to realize the necessity for the mixed-use development of bus depots as methods to improve the living environment and use efficiently the land, and to suggest reasonable development directions by analyzing their physical character after classifying bus depots according to their position in the residential area. As the results of study, bus depots have different properties according to their position in residential area and have the problem of space shortage. Also, many things such as location of entrances, the finish method of edge of bus depot's area are affected by the surrounding environment. So development plan to consider the each condition is required.

Air-Damping Mount is proposed to compromise between performance and weight & cost. The design of Air-Damping Mount was based on the specification from the engine mounting system analysis of a small car. To verify it's feasibility, R&H test was done on the small car and it is proven that Air-Damping Mount shows the performance between hydraulic mount and rubber mount.

In a turbopump cryogenic ball bearings are used to carry static and hydraulic loads, and these ball bearings must stand up to high load and speed in cryogenic circumstance. Verification of bearing performance is crucial to successful development of a turbopump. In this paper, focusing on the turbopump under developing by KARI, the performances of 203 and 207 bearings are verified through the series of tests simulating the real operating condition of turbopump.

The feasibility of using AE for monitoring mechanical failure in concrete structures has been tested. Specifically, the relationship between the fracture and the characteristics of AE signal is theoretically and experimentally investigated. The experimental results manifest that the high sensitivity of AE signal to the fracture of concrete structure makes it a good choice as sensor for monitoring concrete structure.

The use of network planning models and tools is essential for effective KII (Korea Information Infrastructure) planning and analysis in that it will significantly reduce the risk and uncertainty embeded in the development and the provision of future broadband services. The purpose of this study is to develop a theoretical framework and a computer tool for modeling the various aspects of the KII topology and architecture and evaluating the techno-economic feasibility of the KII implementation strategy.

In this paper, I propose an intelligent credit rating system using a bankruptcy prediction model based on support vector machines (SVMs). SVMs are promising methods because they use a risk function consisting of the empirical error and a regularized term which is derived from the structural risk minimization principle. This study examines the feasibility of applying SVM in Predicting corporate bankruptcies by comparing it with other data mining techniques. In addition. this study presents architecture and prototype of intelligeht credit rating systems based on SVM models.

In this paper, we proposed the program module that expand output points when increased of the output machine for the design of process control system with PLC. In order to incense output points we need the decoding. There is a hardware decoding and a software decoding. In this paper, we proposed the decoding program module which is a software decoding and confirmed feasibility through a simulation.

Adobe사의 Connect 서버의 XML 웹서비스를 사용하여 콘텐츠를 검색할 수 있는 플래시 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 개발된 어플리케이션을 통하여 서버주소를 알 수 있는 기관의 공개 콘텐츠를 검색할 수 있었다.
