  • Given a number of training data, a traditional BPN is normally trained by minimizing the absolute difference between target outputs and approximate outputs. When BPN is used as a meta-model for inequality constraint function, approximate optimal solutions are sometimes actually infeasible in a case where they are active at the constraint boundary. The paper describes the development of the efficient BPN based meta-model that enhances the constraint feasibility of approximate optimal solution. The modified BPN based meta-model is obtained by including the decision condition between lower/upper bounds of a constraint and an approximate value. The proposed approach is verified through a simple mathematical function and a ten-bar planar truss problem.

  • Business Information Systems are strategic applications to achieve companies' goals and innovation. This idea make companies invest their time and budget in the Information Systems. However, it is difficult to forecast effects of the investment in Information Systems and it causes hesitation of making decision. Thus, I researched a case so that I could forecast the effect of the information systems using AHP(analytic hierarchical process). In this study, I approached this matter with three views such as intelligence(review of prior literature), design(methodology development), and application. This study is significant in terms of practicality rather than theoretical dimension. Particularly, I suggested a way of quantifying in monetary value the quality aspects through inverting qualitative facts to quantitative facts and calculated the investment feasibility with it.

  • The plenty of successful cases of Multi-national companies has been realized benefits of offshore outsourcing in particular "cost savings" from offshore IT outsourcing services, such as call center, software development, IT support and maintenance etc. A few Korean companies recently started to make the feasibility study of offshore IT outsourcing to catch up with the global trend. The objective of this study is to present the feasibility of offshore IT outsourcing of Korean companies through the analysis of pilot projects results between Indian and Chinese companies. The analysis include key elementsof cost, productivity, quality, practical issues as well as Gartner's framework, "AD Sourcing Cost Model", composed of 7 model factors. The findings of this study are not limited to understand offshore IT outsourcing but also provide useful guidelines covering wide range from the theoretical framework of selecting suitable offshore partner.

가공 배전선로 활선 정비 로봇 시스템의 기술 타당성 검토 (Technical Feasibility Study on Live-line Maintenance Robot System for Overhead Distribution Lines)

  • The distribution live-line work method is an operation method of working in a state in which electricity flows through overhead distribution lines to minimize inconvenience to electric customers due to power failure. In June 2016, to strengthen the safety of electrical workers, Korea Electric Power Corporation announced that it would in principle abolish the rubber glove method, in which workers wore protective equipment such as rubber gloves and performed their maintenance work. In addition, KEPCO announced that it would develop a short-range live working method using smart sticks and an advanced live-line maintenance robot system where workers work without touching wires directly. This paper is a preliminary study for the development of the live-line maintenance robot system, and deals with the results of analyzing the technical feasibility of whether the live works performed by workers can be replaced by robots or not.

COBie 기반 하수처리시설 유지관리시스템 구축 (A Study on the Feasibility of COBie to the Wastewater Treatment Plant)

  • BIM 기술의 하나인 COBie 포맷의 출현으로 설계와 시공단계에서 발생한 정보가 운영단계로 자동 전송이 가능해지면서 BIM을 중심으로 하는 유지관리시스템 개발 프로세스가 건축물을 중심으로 실험되고 있다. 하지만 BIM 시장 확대가 예상되는 현재 시점에서 건축물을 포함한 토목시설과 산업시설에서의 COBie 활용성에 대한 검토가 선행되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 "공공하수도시설 운영 관리 업무지침"과 현재 운영중인 하수처리시설을 대상으로 진행하였고 후자는 업무지침의 결과를 검증하고 보충하는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결론은 세 가지로 요약된다. (1) 자산 모델링 방법인 COBie는 시운전 정보를 포함하기에는 충분하지 않으며, (2) 하수처리시설 모델링에 필요한 IFC 개발과 패밀리 구축이 반드시 필요하다. 그리고 (3) 현재의 운영관리시스템에 적합하게 설계된 COBie 모델은 산업시설분야의 COBie 포맷 타당성을 높여 줄 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 산업시설에서의 COBie 적용을 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 것으로 기대된다.

제주지역 갈치 끌낚시 조업 자동화 시스템 개발의 경제성 분석 (An economic feasibility analysis of the automatic operation system development for hairtail trolling line in Jeju region, Korea)

  • This study aimed to analyze the profitability and economic feasibility of hairtail trolling line gear that was developed for the last 3 years (2015-2017). The new fishing gear technology development was accomplished to solve the current problem of fishermen shortage in hairtail targeting fisheries in Jeju region. Results indicated that the profitability of developed hairtail trolling line fishery was estimated to be 36.1 % which would be higher than that of other hairtail targeting fisheries in Jeju region. In addition, as an economic feasibility, the net present value and the internal rate of return of a 20-year cash inflow and outflow were evaluated to be 400.2 million won and 66.9 %, respectively. However, sensitivity analyses of main variables showed that the profitability and economic feasibility would be vulnerable to catch amount and market condition changes.

  • 도심재개발 사업은 도시의 쇠퇴해진 기능을 회복하고 토지이용을 높이기 위하여 시행되는 사업이나 다양한 참여주체와 이 주체들간의 상이한 기대목표, 도심지라는 지리적 위치로 인한 고지가, 고 밀도 개발요구, 장기간의 사업기간, 막대한 자금의 소요 등은 타당성 분석을 어렵고 복잡하게 만든다. 이러한 도심재개발사업의 특수성 때문에 타당성 분석에서 다루어야 한 요인들이 다양해지고 신뢰 있는 분석이 요구되나, 타당성분석의 어려움으로 인하여 도심재개발 사업의 미 착수, 사업중단, 사업지연의 상황을 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도심재개발 사업의 타당성 분석에서 반드시 다루어야 할 경제/재무 관련요인, 법적/제도적 관련요인, 시장관련요인, 기술적 관련요인, 갈등관계 관련요인 등5개 범주로 분류되는 총45개의 요인을 문헌고찰, 사례연구, 실무전문가 면담 등을 동하여 정립한 후 관련전문가의 설문조사 분석을 통하여 주요요인을 제시함으로써 도심재개발 사업의 타당성 분석에 도움을 주고자 한다.

안강망어업 작업 중 안전사고 저감의 경제적 효과 분석 (An economic feasibility analysis of the reduction of accident at fishing operation in stow net fishery)

  • This study aimed to analyze the economic feasibility of the reduction of working safety accidents in stow net fishery through the prevention education to fishing crews. The benefit was evaluated by estimating insurance payment amount that was reduced through prevention education. The decreasing rate of working safety accidents was presumed to follow the experience in Japan. The cost was assumed as the cost of textbook development. Results indicated that IRR was estimated to be 79.9% in case of scenario assuming no additional operating costs while IRR was 56.3% in case of scenario assuming 10% additional operating costs. In addition, the economic feasibility would be secured when annual operating costs increased to 274 million won according to the result of sensitivity analysis.

  • Korea classified into a development country when UNFCCC was concluded in 1995. So Korea doesn't have a GHG reduction duty until 2012. As the UNFCCC is strengthened, recently there is a growing interest in renewable energy and energy usage efficiency improvement for reducing GHG emission. It is associated with CES and renewable energy. CES is a total energy (heat, cooling and power)supplier in aggregated demand zone like a hotel, building, hospital and redevelopment district using CHP and it improves energy usage efficiency. At present, renewable energy is needed for GHG reduction duty but renewable energy doesn't have economic feasibility. So renewable energy is needed various support system to popularize which is a FIT and RPS. Especially RPS is carrying out instead of FIT in many advanced country and it will be inroduced in Korea. RPS is a duty which electricity service provider must guarantee renewable energy as much as specific ratio of total capacity. Therefore this study conducts an economic feasibility estimation of CES considering renewable energy when RPS will introduced in the future.

  • The purpose of this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency of new renewable energy. According as weather change is serious problem now days, every people make attention to the reduction of greenhouse gas. The revitalization of new renewable energy creates the variety of energy source, stability of energy supply and reduction of greenhouse gas. In this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency from new renewable energy of various photo voltaics, wind power, small hydro and biogas. Feasibility does in standard of technical characteristic, politic support, marketability, establishment present condition and development aim. Economical efficiency does in standard of developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost, interest ratio. The results of this study were as follows photo voltaics, wind, small hydropower, biogas in order feasibility is high. Developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost and analyzed the relationship of interest ratio fluctuation and economical efficiency. From all new renewable energy the utilization factor most is important in economical efficiency but necessary utilization factor is difficult because environmental problem.
