  • 앞으로 국제경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 성능중심의 건설기술기준 적용이 필요하다. 성능중심의 건설기준을 개발하고, 성능계약제도 도입방안을 구축함으로써 시설물의 성능을 향상시키고, 생애주기비용 (LCC)을 절감하며, 설계 및 시공자의 기술개발을 유도하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 건축전기설비분야를 중심으로 에너지절약 요소기술을 발굴하고, 설계기준에 기술하기 곤란한 사항, 기술자가 효율적인 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 사항들을 도출하여 실무에 쉽게 활용하도록 설계편람을 작성하는데 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the architectural value in Dom-Ino system. Dom-Ino system by Le Corbusier is a structural system for effective production in terms of physical reproductivity and a modeling system from the view of formal composition. It creates planar grid with a fixed ratio, manipulates the user group, and becomes the basic construction method. Form comes out of geometrical proportion system, and grid-based plan provides regularity and order to elevation planning. Production requires standardization. Indoor space is maintained by uniformed and integrated service facilities. Dom-Ino system was a transitional step of the Modulor system which was created by Le Corbusier in 1945 and composes of and equivalent proportional system. The fact that the numerical proportion system is the one of appropriate design methods implys a progressive concept that architectural configurations are controlled by the technology of that time. And also the system is one of the object type of Corbusier's housing architecture.

  • In this study, BIEM(Boundary Integral Equation Method) using Green's function is applied in order to analyze 3D electric field precisely. The algorithm is developed with equivalent electric surface charge as a variable, which promises less unknown variables and higher accuracy of electric field analysis. The validity of the developed program is varified by applying it to a coaxial cylinder mode and 3-phase GIS model.

  • We consider the irrational part of the basic pattern drafting of the Geo-Ko-ri so that we want to design it more scientically. So there are problems which is found after we considered with comparison about the existingly basic pattern drafting of Geo-go-ri. (1) there is a difference between the practical and Calculation. (2) The part of the curved line was mad indistinctly There is a difference betweence the calculating expression and calculating value. (4) There are some parts which lack objectivity about the reference size. (5) The calculating method of Collar-width and Neck-Nidth are not formative and rational. These are items that we must consider and study further. Especially if we can make up of the scientific form in consideration of the formativeness focused on "git" I think it will make a great contribution to not only the standardization of the basic pattern of Geo-go-ri and the use of the use of education but also the manufacture of individual clothing the production by Auto CAD.   • This Paper provides perceptual metrics for video quality based on properties of human visual system, and audio quality based on human audition. All metrics work without reference signals, allowing non-intrusive, in-service measurements. A simple and easy-to-learn user interface displays the metrics and saves them in popular file formats like CSV. In this paper, proposed method was able to various and corrective measurement for the multimedia service video quality. As that it was able to application to set up service guide line and the methode of measurement and system for the set up standardization of the high quality video service.

  • Bangpoong (防風) is a popular crude drug used to expel wind from the body surface (祛風解表) to remove dampness (勝濕). And to relieve pain (正痛) and spasm (正痙). In China and Japan, roots of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. Is used as Bangpoong. However, the roots of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. Or Glehnia littoralis (A. Gray) Fr. Schmidt ex Miquel, being called Sikbangpoong (植防風) and Wonbangpoong (元防風) respectively are used instead of Bangpoong in Korea. The ITS regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA were analyzed to determine original plants and to design a molecular identification method for the crude drugs used as Bangpoong in Korea and China. It is demonstrated that RFLP analysis via PCR has the great potential as a novel tool to test crude drugs for the quality control and standardization.

  • The study seeks to cooperate with the investigation of a fire investigation based on public-private partnership. Fire protection systems provide a wide variety of viewpoints from the perspectives of design, construction, management, maintenance, maintenance and maintenance systems at a particular point in time, construction, management, and maintenance systems.   • In this article, we present some derived subjects from the concept of ICT-based DPD concept for the safety of folk villages in both Korea and Japan. First, our deduced topic would rather be a monitoring system design of structures in folk villages. We, therefore, offer an integrated model of maintenance and management monitoring scheme. As another research subject, we submit safety sign or sign system installed in traditional towns and their standardization. We have draw up a plan to make signs upgrade applied to folk villages in Korea and Japan. According to our investigations, we should suggest and focus on flood in the area of traditional town in Korea. We present a water-level expectation model using deep learning simulation. We have applied this method to the area of 'Andong Hahoe' village which had been registered on World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. The final goal of our research is to propose and realize an integrated disaster prevention and/or safety system based on big data concepts for both Korea and Japan.

  • Most power plants have operated many independent computerize systems for maintenance. Independence of systems have caused complexity of business process and inconvenience of computer system management. Because the equipment and material master data is not standardize and structurize, it is difficult to manage equipment maintenance history and material delivery. Especially equipment classification criterion is important for standardization of every maintenance information. It is necessary to integrate function of independent systems for business process simplification and rapid work flow. this paper provides equipment classification criterion design and system integration method with the case of live system development.
