  • In this paper, we design and implement a surveillance robot to detect an intruder in an empty office. We use a TMO-Linux kernel for a real-time surveillance and use a X-Bot platform for a robot. We design and implement an image server to process images and to detect an intruder. And we design and implement a client to communicate with a image server and TMO server and control a camera on a surveillance robot.

  • Call Control eXtensible Markup (CCXML) is a standard language that supports a call control of voice dialog systems such as VoiceXML based systems. CCXML allows developers to handle telephony calls in an easy way without deep knowledge about telephony networks and their switching systems.We design and implement a call control markup interpreter. At the implementation, we use a Dialogic JCT-LS board, but, by designing a wrapping class for CTI (computer telephony board) features, the interpreter can easily adopt other CTI boards. We also design and implement event-based interaction scheme between the interpreter and voice dialog systems. For verifying the interaction scheme, we implement a simple voice dialog system.

  • This paper aims to present how to design and implement a multimedia tutorial system for the self-learning French language using Director with additional tools. To implement a multimedia tutorial system we need to design several steps. First, we should choose the level of the users and design tutorial. Second, we should prepare all materials such as sounds, graphics, text and video. Finally, we should implement the selected elements and control the educational software. Due to the nature of the paper, it must emphasize French basic conversation to make environment that be used in each scene and the scene of the context dialog. In view of the fact that the fitness of each content utilization field of multimedia authoring tool is high, it is possible as part of the system sizing process of the manufacturing process, to impart its meaning. This learning-contents are composed of 10 units each situation, and we anticipate there are the several effects of this system on basic French students. This system helps lecturer get French students interested in lessons, and enables learner to learn French of the role of iterative practice by linking image and sound. Also this system helps learners to prepare and review French studying after a lesson and allows leaners to maximize their efficiency. The future of this work is to implement this system on the app.

  • As there are few documents about how to design and implement a sensor network with Z-Stack, developers can get information from developer's community on Internet. That takes longer time to develop the network. This paper presents how to design and implement a range measuring sensor network with Z-Stack's Generic application and ultrasonic sensors based on CC2530, and then show experimental results through the implemented network. This work will make less time for a developer to implement a sensor network with Z-Stack.

  • Using the design variables and conditions reported in the rut part of this paper, an analysis and optimum design of the tractor-rotary power driveline were carried out. The optimum design method involved 1 variable, 2 variable and multiple variable analysis performed as requested in the design process. In order to evaluate the effects of the design variables on the power transmission performance a sensitivity analysis were also conducted. the results indicated that the length and link point of the upper link, the upper hitch point of the implement master and the location of the implement input connection affect most significantly the driveline performance. The optimum design improved the performance of an exampled tractor-rotary driveline by 93% in terms of cosine ratio.

  • If the undo/redo function is not reflected in the initial design of an application, it makes it difficult to implement the undo/redo function additionally, in this paper, we examined some examples to design the sodoku game and analyzed problems of the design to implement the undo/redo functions. For an efficient design of the undo/redo functions without using swing.undo package, we propose a class design using the Command, Memento, and Observer pattern these are used as organic. The proposed method is more efficient for distributed work than other method. We implemented a sudoku game using proposed design. In the undo/redo function testing, we could see that it works well.

  • In this work, we design and implement a prototype of the mobile UX that works with blockchain-based smart contract systems so that artists and buyers who trade artworks through social media can find reliable trading partners and make secure transactions with each other. The developed prototype has the following characteristics. Utilizing prototypes, we cost-effectively validate the design of mobile UX(User Experience). First, we implement familiar UXs that social media users can use without additional explanation. Second, it is possible to check the reputation of the counterpart and encourage users to make fair deals that can increase their own reputation. Third, it implement the UX for common use by users around the world. Fourth, we design and implement to operate independently of the social media system.

  • We have implement indoor positioning system to supply orientation information, We have used ultrasound in indoor positioning system for distance and orientation measurements, then propose a set of methods to calculate orientation from an array of well placed ultrasonic sensors operating in the indoor positioning system, We have design and implement a indoor positioning system using a combination of hardware and software and demonstrate end-to-end functionality of the system, We have implement ZigBee based home automation system using location-aware System.

  • Tractor implements are mainly utilized for the tillage operation. The proposed hydraulic system control was implemented to experimental apparatus. An implement control system for tractor using proportional valve was fabricated to improve the working efficiency. Hydraulic circuit included the proportional solenoid valve and on/off solenoid valve and so on. This paper shows results of a specification and design of an implement control system for tractor using proportional valve for automation. It was conducted to evaluate response characteristics of the designed implement control system under experimental conditions of various input flow rates. The results of experiments showd that the response characteristics was sufficient to be used as the implement control system.

  • Recently, ubiquitous sensor network forms the self-organization network, and transfers the information among sensor nodes that have computing technology ability. In this paper, we design and implement U-IT system for monitoring the safety of metro railway and underground shopping malls. For this, we implement sensor nodes to support IEEE 802.15.4 wireless communication standard using low power. Also we implement USN gateway node system to transmit the collected data from sensor nodes to database server over CDMA cellular network.
