시간변수를 가진 건물에너지 절약 설계요소의 디자인 결정을 위한 확률분포 결정모델 (Random Distribution based Decision Model of Design Factor having Time Variable in Building Energy Conservation Design)

  • 최근 변화되고 있는 건축설계 기술들 가운데 설계자들의 경험에 의존하고 있는 설계요소들의 설계 값 결정과정들을 논리적으로 접근할 수 있는 방안을 개발하려는 연구들이 있다. 이러한 연구들 중의 한 부분인 본 연구는 건물에너지 절약설계와 관련된 설계요소들 중에서 시간적 변화에 따라 설계 값들이 변화하는 특성을 가진 설계요소들을 대상으로 논리적으로 설계 값을 결정할 수 있는 모델 개발을 목적으로 진행하였다. 그 결과, 현실세계를 확률분포로 해석하여 문제를 해결하는 시뮬레이션 기법을 토대로 논리적으로 설계 값을 결정할 수 있는 결정 모델의 구조를 본 연구를 통해서 설정하였다. 이러한 결정 모델의 적용 가능성과 검정을 위해서 시간변수를 가진 설계요소들의 대표라 할 수 있는 실외 기후요소들을 대상으로 사례분석을 실시하였다.

  • Two phase simulated annealing algorithm is presented as a structural optimization technique and applied to minimum weight design of space trusses subjected to stress and displacement constraints under multiple loading conditions. Univariate searching algorithm is adopted for automatic selection of initial values of design variables for SA algorithm. The proper values of cooling factors and reasonable stopping criteria for optimum design of space truss structures are proposed to enhance the performance of optimization process. Optimum weights and design solutions are presented for two well-blown example structures and compared with those reported in the literature.

  • This paper presents a design procedure using the moment magnifier method that is applicable to RC flat plates subjected to combined axial compressive and uniform or non-uniform floor load. Based on the numerical results, the design values of the buckling coefficient and the effective flexural rigidity, that define the buckling force, have been proposed. Using these design values, this paper provides the design procedure for the moment magnifier method.

한국 표준설계스펙트럼의 감쇠보정계수에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Damping Correction Factors for the Korean Standard Design Spectrum)

  • In this study, we develop and propose damping correction factors for the Korean standard design spectra. The newly proposed Korean standard design spectra has been given only for 5% damping ratio. But in practice, engineers need design spectra for damping values other than 5%. To obtain design spectra for various damping values from the standard spectra, damping correction factors are derived. These factors modify the shape of design spectra in accordance with the damping ratio. Response spectra for various damping values are calculated from the earthquake records that had been used to calculate standard design spectra. They consist of 55 records from 18 earthquakes occurred in overseas intraplate regions and Korea. The regressed spectra for the damping values ranging from 0.5% to 50 % are compared with standard spectra at three regions acceleration, velocity and displacement sensitive regions. The regression analysis of these data rendered formula for damping correction factors. Finally, a single formula for damping correction factors is recommended that is valid for both horizontal and vertical design spectra and that is applicable to the entire range of periods. One thing to note that recommended damping correction factors is valid for the design spectrum of the rock grounds because the design spectra was developed based on the earthquake records of the rock ground.

재활용 패션의 미적 특성 연구 (A Study on the Aesthetic Characteristics of Recycle Fashion)

  • Recycle fashion is suggested to the suitable alternative of the environmental problem and the exhaustion of natural resources. The purpose of this study is focused on trying to comprehend between design characteristics and aesthetic values of recycle fashion design and those from fashion brands, fashion designers, and the public. For such purpose, 1553 photos of recycle fashion design which appeared in web-site, newspaper, fashion magazines between 2002 and 2007 were analyzed. Method of analysis did content analysis. The results of the research can be summarized as follows. First, design characteristics of recycle fashion were expressed by Junk Recycle Look, Vintage Recycle Look, Contemporary Recycle Look, Artisanal Recycle Look. Second, the expression methods of recycle fashion were presented reuse, reform, and regeneration. Third, aesthetic values of recycle fashion can be explained by the promotion of environment, the variableness, and the deconstruction.

  • Design policy in Korea has been dealt as one of the industrial policies in economic policies, and it can be classified as government driven. A problem derived from this is that previous design policies have only pursued creating material values, and have overlooked the emotional values of design, such as creating cultural identity of Korea and cultural independence through it. Therefore, a new mindset of 'Cultural Era of Design' and a new role of 'Designers as Producers of Culture' must be in the strategy and system for supporting the design in Korea. This study can be divided into three major parts. First part compares and examines current design policies of Korea to seek more suitable design policies. Second part suggests a new direction for design policy by analyzing the ideas and cases of such policies. Third part surveys designers and people in related fields to collect opinions about design policies in Korea to propose directions for new design policies and ways to evaluate them. The object of this process is to find out how they, in the center of design and cultural industries, see and follow the policies. It will aid the narrowing of perceptual gap between them and the developers of policies.

패션 명품 소비가치가 획득가치 지각에 미치는 영향과 유보가격의 역할 (The Effects of Fashion Luxury Consumption Values on the Perceived Acquisition Value and the Role of Reservation Price)

  • This research is to understand luxury consumption values for luxury consumers. The aims of this study is to identify their luxury consumption values and the effects of the values on the perceived acquisition value. This study also divided data into two groups according to the difference between reservation price and actual price; positive reservation price group, negative reservation price group, and analyzed the effects of the values on the perceived acquisition value between two groups. In this study, we used structural models equation and results presented that the conceptual model was a good fit to the data. The empirical results suggested four dimensions of luxury consumption values; symbolic value, innovative design value, quality value and origin value. There were positively significant effects of symbolic value and quality value on the perceived acquisition value. The effects of innovative design value on the acquisition value was significantly negative. Two groups categorized by reservation price depicted the differences on effect levels of symbolic value, innovative design value, and quality value on the acquisition value perception.

  • 21세기 지식정보화 시대를 살고있는 지금 Digital 시대가 심화되어감에 따라 기존 시장형태와 사회구조에 큰 변화가 가시화되고 있다. 소비시장의 특징은 힘의 균형이 기업에서 소비자로의 이동이다. 생활수준의 향상에 따른 소비자의 욕구가 다양해지면서 인간의 경험과 감성, 가치에 기반을 둔 다양한 상품들이 히트상품의 양 축을 이루고 있다. 상품의 규격화된 기능과 서비스로는 더 이상 소비자를 사로잡기 어렵다. 소비자가 원하는 것은 감동적인 경험을 제공하는 상품이나 서비스라는 사실에 주목해야 한다. 미래의 상품은 이성이 아니라 소비자의 감성에 호소해야한다. 이제 소비자는 상품자체가 아니라 상품에 담겨있는 스타일과 경험과 이야기를 구매한다. 즉 구매결정의 관건은 감성 가치의 만족인 것이다. 산업디자인의 발전으로 다양해진 사용자의 감성은 사용자들의 새로운 취향을 대변해줄 수 있는 새로운 디자인의 개발이 요구되어지고있다. 사용자중심의 가치관으로의 전환은 자동차에 대한 의식의 변화로 가격, 기능의 물리적 관점에서 개인지 감성과 개성중심으로 변화하여 기능적 형태의 디자인에서 새로운 감성가치를 추구하는 디자인 개념으로 연구되어야한다. 변화의 시대를 맞이하여 디자이너가 주체적이고 합리적인 변화의 방향을 제시해야 할 시점이다.

객관적 수법에 의한 모직물의 태의 평가와 설계에의 응용 (Objective Hand Evaluation of Wool Fabrics and Application to Fabric Design)

  • In this study, we attempted to expect the mechanical characteristics of the wool fabrics by knowing the yarns. Moreover, we believe that we could apply these results to fabric design. We investigated the relationship between the mechanical characteristics of yarns and fabrics. As results, we have found that bending rigidity, bending hysteresis, compressional energy and compressional linearity between yarns and fabrics had correlated more than r=0.5. Also, the correlation between regression and experimental values is r=0.5 in stiffness while it is r=0.67 in fullness. And regression values were larger than experimental ones in stiffness, but were not in fullness. The correlation between regressional and experimental values had 0.63 in THV. According to the study, it is possible to apply it to fabric design when our predicting the primary hand and the total hand values of the fabrics from the mechanical characteristics of the yarns.

일 최고, 최저 및 평균값을 이용한 시간단위 온도의 평가 (Evaluation of hourly temperature values using daily maximum, minimum and average values)

  • Computer simulation of buildings and solar energy systems is being used increasingly in energy assessments and design.. Building designers often now predict the performance of buildings simulation programmes that require hourly weather data. However, not all weather stations provide hourly data. Climate prediction models such as HadCM3 also provide the daily average dry bulb temperature as well as the maximum and minimum. Hourly temperature values are available for building thermal simulations that accounts for future changes to climate. In order to make full use of these predicted future weather data in building simulation programmes, algorithms for downscaling daily values to hourly values are required. This paper describes a more accurate method for generating hourly temperature values in the South Korea that uses all three temperature parameters from climate model. All methods were evaluated for accuracy and stability in terms of coefficient of determination and cumulative error. They were compared with hourly data collected in Seoul and Ulsan, South Korea.
