  • 이 논문에서는 정부의 청년창업지원정책과 관련한 각종 정보를 분석하여 스포츠전공 대학생의 맞춤형 창업촉진 전략을 제안하여, 창업효능감을 증대시키는 데 목적을 두었다. 1차적으로 문헌연구를 수행하였으며, 2차적으로 전문가 인터뷰를 토대로 스포츠전공 대학생의 창업촉진을 위한 대안을 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 제안을 하였다. 첫째, 창업정책에서 스포츠 분야의 부가가치성 및 개별성을 인정해야 한다. 둘째, 스포츠전공자의 창업네트워크 및 플랫폼 구성이 필요하다. 셋째, 스포츠창업을 위한 공간 구성(Startup Co-Space)을 해야 한다. 넷째, 창업동아리 구성과 지원이 필요하다. 다섯째, 캡스톤디자인 및 취창업진로세미나 교과목에서 창업경진대회를 활성화시킨다. 여섯째, 창업멘토링을 통한 스포츠전공학생들의 창업효능감을 증대시켜야 한다.

패션제품 쇼핑을 통한 리테일 테라피 효과에 대한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Research on Fashion Product Shopping and Retail Therapy)

  • This study is to understand the inner psychological state of consumers who pursue a retail therapy effect through fashion product shopping. Qualitative research on the whole process from the point of time of occurrence of shopping motivation to the end of shopping motivation was performed. The researcher became a virtual shopping partner during shopping and conducted a natural conversation interview using a mobile instant messenger program (Kakao Talk). After shopping, participants were asked to write a diary on that day. Collected data were analyzed by applying the grounded theory approach suggested by Strauss and Corbin (1998). Casual Condition, represented everyday stress and Contextual Condition indicated the self-healing consumption trend. Main Phenomena showed a mood change during the fashion shopping process. The sense of emancipation from the place, the satisfaction from the maintenance of social relations, and the sense of accomplishment through purchases were revealed. Intervening Condition showed the consideration in the process of shopping for fashion products, such as providing a try-on experience, price promotion, and involvement of a companion. Action Interaction Strategy was the shopping behavior for the positive emotion increase and negative emotion decrease. Consequence represented a retail therapy in shopping for fashion products.

중소기업의 BSC를 통한 전략체계 구축 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Establishment of a Strategy System through the BSC of SMEs)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업이 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 BSC 구축을 위한 실무 가이드를 제공하는 것이며, 이를 위해 사례분석으로 텐트 폴대 제조회사인 J사의 현장요구형 균형성과표(BSC)를 통한 성과평가시스템를 구축하고 경영전략체계도를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사방법으로 1단계 BSC관련 제안요구서 비교를 통해 발주기관의 요구사항을 정리하였으며, 2단계 결과보고서 정리를 통해 BSC 구축방법을 정리하고, 3단계 BSC 4가지 관점별 중소기업 요구형 KPI 지표를 도출하고, 4단계 SWOT 분석을 통한 기업비전을 도출하고, 5단계 현장 요구형 KPI, 가중치 설정, BSC를 통한 전략맵 개발, 6단계 최종 전략체계도 작성하였다. 연구결과 BSC 4가지 관점을 부서별로 재구성하였다. 즉 재원(재무)관점은 임원관점, 고객관점은 영업부관점, 내부프로세스 관점은 설계부·생산품질부 관점, 학습·혁신관점은 관리부관점으로 간주할 수 있었다. 또한 J기업의 요구형 CSF는 총11개, KPI는 총49개 도출하였다. 연구의 한계는 해당 기업의 BSC를 통한 최종 전략체계도 까지만 진행되었으며, 향후 회사의 보상제도와 연계할 필요가 있다.

러번 디자인과 도시환경 개선 (Rurban Design and Improvement of Urban Environment)

  • 러번 계획은 자연지형, 농촌적 자원을 적극적으로 보전하고 수용하여 도시를 지속적으로 향상시키고, 산업화 기간 동안 훼손된 커뮤니티를 회복시킬 수 있는 디자인적 개념이다. 한국의 서울 일극 집중과 대도시 스프롤에 의한 도시 주변지역의 농촌요소 감퇴 및 지역성 파괴는 산업화 이후 도시 개발의 난제가 되어 왔지만, 여전히 국토 불균형 개발과 환경 훼손이 과제로 남아있다. 20세기 후반 제시된 뉴어바니즘의 전통과 다양성 회복이라는 계획 사조는 일찍이 산업화와 도시화를 경험한 대도시의 계획의 패러다임이 되고 있다. 그러나 뉴어바니즘의 유럽식 혹은 미국식 계획을 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 러번 디자인의 철학적 개념은 농촌적 요소의 활용을 보다 직접적으로 적용하고, 자원 순환적인 환경보전과 적정한 소비 및 적합한 규모를 중심으로 한 계획, 지역의 특성을 최대 활용한 경관디자인 계획이라는 점에서 뉴어바니즘의 한계를 보완하는 실천적 전략이 될 것이다.

노인 건강지도자 양성 전략을 적용한 경로당 노인 건강증진 프로그램 효과검증 (Effects of an Elder Health Promotion Program using the Strategy of Elder Health Leader Training in Senior Citizen Halls)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and test the effects of an elder health promotion program and apply strategies for elder health leader training sessions with elders at senior citizen halls. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretestposttest design was used. Participants were 49 elders at a senior citizen hall (intervention: 27, control: 22). The elder health promotion program consisted of health education and exercise. A professional leader led the program for 4 weeks, and then an elder health leader and research assistant led for 8 weeks (total 12 weeks). Scales for elder health promoting behaviors, perceived health status, life satisfaction and senior citizen hall capability were used and physical fitness levels were measured. Data were collected between April 21 and July 28, 2010 and analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: Health promoting behaviors, physical fitness, perceived health status, and senior citizen hall capacity were significantly better in the experimental group after the intervention compared to the control group. Conclusion: Study findings indicate that elder health promotion programs applying strategies of elder health leader training are effective and can be recommended as nursing interventions for health promotion of these elders.

프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 간 목표불일치가 가맹점의 조절초점, 성과, 그리고 기회주의에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Goal Incongruity between Franchisor and Franchisee on Regulatory Focus, Performance, and Opportunism of Franchisee)

  • Purpose - The ultimate goal of a franchise system comes from its win-win strategy. Agency theory uses goal incongruity to examine complex contracting problems between buyers and suppliers. Goal incongruity within a contractual relationship can be defined as the agent's desire not to cooperate. It is the degree to which the contractual terms do not satisfy the agent's goals. The greater the goal incongruity between the agent and the contract, the more likely it is that the agent will meet the terms of the contract. Thus, goal incongruity between buyers and suppliers has close relationships with both behavioral and financial performance. This study tries to examine these relationships in the franchise context using a model including related variables, such as regulatory foci, financial performance, and opportunism, to explain the reasons that not all franchisees perform their best. In particular, the study examines the effects of goal incongruity on regulatory focus, and the effects of regulatory focus on performance and opportunism. In short, the objective is to determine goal incongruity's effect on regulatory foci, and the effect of regulatory focus on performance and opportunism. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used data collected from the franchisee managers of 104 franchisors in South Korea. The franchisors include more than 10 franchisees, the majority of whom have been in business for more than five years. The study also surveyed 104 franchisees, matched with their franchisors for the sake of a dyadic approach. The study used regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Results - H1 and H2 predicted that goal incongruity would decrease promotion focus and increase prevention focus. Supporting H1, the result indicates goal incongruity had a positive effect on promotion focus. However, H2 was not supported. Goal incongruity had no significant effect on prevention focus (β = -.375, t = -4.331 and β = -.145, t = -1.950, respectively). H3 and H4 predicted that promotion focus would increase financial performance and decrease opportunism. Supporting these hypotheses, the results indicate that promotion focus had a positive effect on financial performance and a negative effect on opportunism (β = .771, t = 7.899 and β = -.765, t = -6.778, respectively). H5 and H6 predicted that prevention focus would decrease financial performance and increase opportunism. However, the results do not support these hypotheses. The results indicate that prevention focus had no effects on opportunism or financial performance (β = -.130, t = -1.070 and β = .090, t = .641, respectively). Overall, the evidence generally supported the hypotheses. Conclusion - Goal incongruity between a franchisor and a franchisee increases the franchisee's financial performance and opportunism, and the relationship is mediated by promotion focus. Interestingly, however, prevention focus has no mediating effect between goal incongruity and performance. Even though no significant relation exists between goal incongruity and prevention focus, the results have two implications. First, decreasing goal incongruity can improve financial performance and suppress franchisee opportunism. Second, the relationship between goal incongruity and performance affects promotion-focused franchisees.

나이키, 퓨마, 구호 팝업 스토어 방문자들의 팝업 체험감성 및 구매행동 비교 연구 (Comparison of Feel/Sense and Purchase Behavior among NIKE, PUMA, and KUHO POP-UP Store Visitors)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe a case study of pop-up stores in an apparel company in Korea in order to evaluate different feel and to determine the purchase behavior of pop-up visitors of three major fashion brands. This research was conducted through secondary data collection and primary data collection. A survey was conducted among NIKE, KUHO, and PUMA pop-up store visitors who were 20 to 40 years old, via questionnaires. Data were collected on-line and off line at the pop-up store. Data were analyzed using SPSS program. Through data analysis, we learned that most of the study participants were captivated by the digital elements in the environment of the NIKE pop-up store. Puma, the second most favorably ranked, was favored for its interior design. Meanwhile, KUHO stimulated its customers with its limited edition fashion products at a good price. Several feels of visitors about the pop-up stores were significantly different among the 3 different brands. There was a significant difference in purchase criteria, such as brand recognition, size, and design among visitors of the three different brands. Visitors who preferred KUHO considered design of products more than NIKE-preferred visitors. In conclusion, the clothing pop-up stores have the possibility of satisfying consumers' desires. Each brand can achieve a good performance in promotion with a differentiated strategy.

국내 패션브랜드의 명품화를 위한 '3.1 필립 림'의 브랜드 특성 분석 (Characteristics Analysis of '3.1 Phillip Lim' Brand in order to Create Korean Luxury Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary data on strategies to create a domestic prestige brand based on Korean traditional designs. This study also deals with how to promote this brand around the world. The two points mentioned above will be accomplished by examining the characteristics of the brand '3.1 Phillip Lim' which succeeded in both design and marketing during a short period of time. The method of the study will be followed. Firstly, the basic design and philosophical background of Phillip Lim was investigated, after reviewing the global luxury market and current status of overseas expansion of Korean designers through paper study and antecedent workups. Secondly, for the practical stage, design characteristics and marketing strategies were reviewed with the collections of '3.1 Phillip Lim'. Three factors found in '3.1 Phillip Lim's design success are as follows: First, practical and simple designs using fabrics of high quality. Second, handcraft elements and interesting details that differentiates his design identity. Third, femininity expressed in the feminine silhouette and color. The marketing elements that made '3.1 Phillip Lim' as a successful brand are: First, differentiated positioning as a luxurious contemporary brand. Second, brand promotion through various collaborations. Third, the gradual expansion of women's, men's, kids' apparel to accessory, lingerie and the stable flagship stores. Thus, '3.1 Phillip Lim' has combined modern and classic styles using high quality fabrics and practical designs with unique details. Through it's differentiated marketing strategy targeting New York's market, which prefers popular 'luxury contemporary brand's rather than high-end luxury brands, this brand's creativity and commercial aspects contributed to make '3.1 Phillip Lim' into a luxury brand that represents New York fashion. Korean designers who seek to enter the global fashion industry should consider applying Korean traditional designs on global designs to make favorable products and localize these products according to regional characteristics.

Healing Function Evaluation of Color Samples from the Healthcare Environmental Color Index - A Cross-cultural Comparison Study on Korean and Romanian users

  • The present study is following a series of research investigations on design resources coming from collected data referring to users' awareness and preferences. The aim of this research is to test the Healthcare Environmental Color Index as a basis for practitioners in the field of healthcare design. An array of color samples selected from previous research, have been presented to the respondents via an online survey, in order to identify the preferences of the two groups on the relation between environmental color and health. As a result of the first experiment and through the comparison of processed data, the maximum percentage of respondents from each group is validating the relation between environmental color and health. For the second experiment we intend to highlight the patterns of color preferences for each group, and thus to test the color samples healing function. The compared data also showed a higher awareness of Koreans than Romanians on the potential of color applied to healing environment. Last but not least in the third experiment we show the top five color samples preferred by each group. It is significant that the comparison of the results validated once more some of our previous findings related to the healthcare environment, such as: the general preference for the green hue (associated to fatigue relax according to color psychology) and the blue hue (sedation release effect) but also the yellow hue - associated to bright energy. Three out of the top five preferred color samples have been identical to both groups while the other two samples have shown characteristic variations. These results show that similarities are strong and can be used in a glocal design strategy as an accessible tool for any practitioner. Based on the Healthcare Environmental Color Index and users' preferences analysis, a new design culture for healthcare can be established and developed.

아동 Jewelry 제품에 대한 가치, 디자인, 가격, 추천이 소비자 구매의 심리적 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Value, Design, Price, and Recommendation on Children's Jewelry Products on the Psychological Characteristics of Consumer Purchasing)

  • 본 연구는 브랜드 가치, Jewelry 디자인, 추천, Jewelry 가격, 인지, 만족이 구매의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고 이를 통해 아동 Jewelry 시장에 대한 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위한 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업체에서는 브랜드 가치를 소비자가 인지할 수 있도록 언론홍보 등을 통해서 소비자에게 브랜드 가치에 대한 인식을 심어줘야 할 것이다. 둘째, 업체에서는 한정판 제품 생산 등을 통해 브랜드 가치를 더욱 높이는 마케팅 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 또한 브랜드 가치를 인정받은 제품과 함께 프로모션을 진행함으로써 제품의 종류를 확장하는 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 셋째, 업체에서는 디자인 전문가와 일반인, 주부 등을 대상으로 세부적인 디자인 공모전을 통해 제품 디자인의 다변화와 함께 소비자의 디자인 선택의 폭을 넓혀야 할 것이다. 넷째, 제품을 지인에게 추천할 때는 가정의 구성원, 개성, 취향 등을 고려해서 추천을 해야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 업체에서는 제품의 다양화와 함께 가격의 다양화도 함께 추진해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 업체에서는 상품에 대한 포인트 적립 확대, 프로모션 진행, 친구와 함께 원플러스 원 행사 등 소비자의 니즈에 충족하는 마케팅 전략을 세워야 할 것이다.
