기후변화 시나리오를 이용한 미래 읍면동단위 기준증발산량 데이터베이스 설계 및 구축 (Design and Implementation of Reference Evapotranspiration Database for Future Climate Scenarios)

  • Meanwhile, reference evapotranspiration(ET0) is important information for agricultural management including irrigation planning and drought assessment, the database of reference evapotranspiration for future periods was rarely constructed especially at districts unit over the country. The Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) provides several meteorological data such as precipitation, average temperature, humidity, wind speed, and radiation for long-term future period at daily time-scale. This study aimed to build a database for reference evapotranspiration using the climate forecasts at high resolution (the outputs of HadGEM3-RA provided by Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA)). To estimate reference evapotranspiration, we implemented four different models such as FAO Modified Penman, FAO Penman-Monteith, FAO Blaney-Criddle, and Thornthwaite. The suggested database system has an open architecture so that user could add other models into the database. The database contains 5,050 regions' data for each four models and four Representative Concentration Pathways (RCP) climate change scenarios. The developed database system provides selecting features by which the database users could extract specific region and period data.

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 도시내 친자연공간의 조성시 방향성을 제시하기 위한 연구로서 일본 관동지방을 대상으로 하였다. 대상지는 6개의 사업유형으로 분류되었으며 이들 사업의 입안 배경을 파악하였다. 각 대상지의 기본구상, 환경조건 및 생태적 조건조사, 계획 및 설계(zoning)과 이용계획, 목표설정 및 관리계획), 자연환경의 정비, 관리, 모니터링에 대한 내용 및 기법을 분석하였다. 도시내에 자연과의 접촉공간 창출을 위해 계획이 수립되었으며 비오톱조성기법에 의해 환경이설형, 환경창출형, 환경개량형을 기본으로 하였다. 또한 현 환경과 생태계를 보전하면서 새로운 비오톱을 창출하는 형태가 가장 많았으며 조성계획시 목표종의 설정은 조성방향성을 명확히 하는데 핵심적인 사항으로 판단되었다.

  • The concept of smart city is understood as an indispensable component of urban regeneration projects in small cities in terms of providing a better urban environment and efficient living systems with a limited budget. Recently, the Korean government revised the law that related to the construction of the smart city and started to implement the smart city concept not only to new-large urban development but also to small-existed regeneration projects. However, it is difficult for small and medium-sized cities that are suffering from the insufficient professional workforce; knowledge supports for high-tech and lack of professional networks to proceed smart city planning and project that containing regional characteristics. This paper aims to examine the effective way of urban regeneration for small and medium-sized cities through smart city planning and strategy. As an important case, this paper looks at the 'Smart City Challenge' competition that was hosted by the US Department of Transportation in 2015. It examines the background and operation process of the smart city challenge competition, and then analyses each city's strategy and characteristics of seven finalists. This paper highlights the several key lessons to Korean cities: 1) the importance of national government's support in financial and professional resources; 2) the cooperation with local governments and IT corporations which provides realistic and detailed technical solutions; 3) the holistic and integrated approach to urban regeneration starting from transportation issues; 4) the necessity of the government's clear visions and guidelines toward the smart city.

전통시장 아케이드 공간의 리모델링을 위한 이용자 태도에 관한 연구 - 대구서문시장 이용자 설문을 바탕으로 - (User Preference for Improved Remodeling of Arcade in Traditional Market - Based on user surveys in Daegu Seomun Market -)

  • Fifteen years after the modernization of traditional markets, commercial facilities and some 1,000 markets across the country contacted arcade operators, there are no specific guidelines on installation standards, exact guidelines for public facilities, and guidelines on law, maintenance and management yet. Therefore, it is necessary to derive a plan that reflects the mindset of the market project and the users as basic planning data for making arcade remodeling of traditional markets more advanced. As a research method, case studies and surveys were conducted and the details are as follows. Through the case study, this study drew suggestions that were available and needed in Korea on the planning plan of arcade space in the developed traditional market and conducted user preference. The survey participants are 150 users of Daegu seomun market. In addition, the survey contents are approached with the concept of remodeling remuneration, so the total number of questions is 47 including 'accessibility', 'comfort', 'openness', 'safety' and 'integrity', which are five elements of the arcade plan. The survey method assessed the importance and satisfaction of each questionnaire on a 5-point scale, and the survey results were compared with technical statistics and means using the SPSS statistics package. The results of user awareness and image survey, in which the installation and remodeling of the ventilation system of the crosshairs are mentioned in the event of fire or in the case of daily ventilation, are important factors in safety. The user-conscious survey, analyzed in 'integrity', indicates that the use of multi-purpose space is required, and that the layout of street stalls and parking and user movements should be integrated. Mac of this study is going to present direction of remodeling plan and behavior analysis by analyzing user preference data for advanced remodeling of arcade in traditional markets.

가양 모듈러 실증단지의 MC설계표준화 기준 적용 및 실태조사 연구 (A Study on Application of MC Design Standardization Standard and Current Status in Ga-Yang Modular Housing)

  • The modular apartment has been completed for the first time in Korea through the national research and development (R&D) project in December 2017, and 30 households moved in. Although conditions such as technicality and constructability have to be satisfied to adopt and spread the modular apartments in the future, economic feasibility is the most important factor among the conditions. The economic feasibility of modular apartments can be compared with that of existing reinforced concrete (RC) structure apartments. It is highly important to reduce the construction cost through standardization above all. The standardization refers to establishment of national design standards and principles, and it is important for manufacturers and building companies to comply with those standards and principles. The modular construction (MC) skill in Korea is at an early adoption stage and the MC market is not widely expanded yet. Thus, the application of the MC design, which is the basis of the standardization, has not been widely accepted. However, related R&D projects are now performing mainly by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport to promote modular apartments in recent years and the design standardization standard (draft) is now prepared to be notified as a result of the steady research. Furthermore, pilot complexes for demonstration purpose are under construction, starting from public rental apartments. Thus, MC method-applied public rental houses will be spread in near future. This study aims to investigate the current design status in the Ga-Yang Housing as a pilot modular complex to produce and supply more economical and efficient modular houses, and analyze the problems by comparing the design standardization standards with pre-notified design standardization standards and summarize the modifications between them thereby presenting foundational data for establishment of the design standardization in the modular business industry.

Rock cavern stadium. A research program related to public use of Underground caverns

  • Norwegian technology related to preinvestigations, planning, design and construction of large underground caverns is wellknown worldwide. However, so far this technology is only slightly verified through scientiffic reports and documentation. The "Rock cavern stadium" research program is an interdisciplinary program related to the ongoing building and future use of Gjovik Olympic Subsite which is the largest cavern in the world for public purposes with a span of 61 meters and a height of 25 meters. The estimated budget for this program is about USD 4 million which is made possible through grants from The Royal Norwegian Council for Scientific and Industrial Research as well as through contributions from Norwegian and Swedish companies that are participating. The program is carried out in collaboration with The Foundation for Scientific and Industrial Research at the Norwegian Institute of Technology. The Norwegian Geotechnical Institute and The Eastern Norway Research Center. The research program will continue until the end of 1994 to ensure that input comes from a full period of use in this stadium with different activities like exhibitions, conferences, concerts etc being included as verification through full-scale measurements and observations. The research program has five subtasks. Three of these are related to subjects like Energy consumption. HVAC installations. Fire safety design, Engineering geology and Rock mechanics, Environmental aspects. The fourth subtask is concerned with the collection of basic data, results and experience from these three subtasks to provide a basis for national Norwegian guidelines related to this interdisciplinary subject area. The guidelines will first be presented as a manual for planning and engineering purposes. The realization of this research program is a unique opportunity to enhance the expertise that has been acquired from this cavern stadium. By involving research in this extraordinary project from the excavation and building phase to its subsequent use. this will give the participants know-how and expertise which is very much in demand internationally. The coordination of the international activities between the participants as well as preparation of participations and presentations in international conferences and symposium are included in the fifth task of this national research program.

  • A study examined visitors' satisfaction to urban arboretum in Daejeon metropolitan city, and analyzed utilization status. Also, the study was based on POE. POE is a last phase in the environmental planning and design process that follows the sequence of planning, programing, design construction, and use of a project. Urban arboretum contribute to improvement in the quality of living by providing urban citizens with places for refreshment, natural have important values on urban environment and to promote the quality of life for urbanite. So, the study aims to present data on the human activities responding to the physical environment of 'the Daejeon Hanbat Arboretum' by evaluating visitor's behavior and activity, visiting motivations, preference patterns, and the degree of visitor's satisfaction. This study is conducted by multi-method such as interviews and questionnaires surveys. On-site questionnaire surveys were conducted in the Hanbat arboretum on October 25-31 of 2009. Total of 265 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. The analysis of data was used SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis program. Data from visitors was analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, and Anova. Then, the outcome will be compared and evaluated to install urban arboretum that reflect the desires of users in the future.

항공 LiDAR 데이터를 활용한 CFD 모델 입력자료 품질 향상에 대한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on Enhancement of Input data Quality for the CFD Model Using Airborne LiDAR data)

  • 최근 CFD 기술 발전과 보편화를 통해 소규모 지역에서의 수치기상모의 영향평가와 설계반영 기법이 단지계획과 엔지니어링 설계에 반영되는 추세이지만 수치지도에서의 건물이나 지물 높이정보 부재와 그에 따른 입력방법의 부정확성 등으로 인해 수치기상모의 결과의 신뢰성이 저하되어, 산업 현장에서 실험적 연구로만 진행될 뿐 일반 업무로는 확대되고 있지 않는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 대도시를 중심으로 구축되고 있는 항공 LiDAR 기술을 통해 수집된 데이터들로부터 수치기상모의에 필요한 기본 입력 자료를 자동 추출 및 구축하여 수치기상모의에 활용하고자 기존의 수치지도 및 현장조사 자료를 기반으로 하는 수치모의와 비교한 결과, 모의 범위 및 해상도가 증가할수록 초기입력자료(.in)의 생상효율성이 증가하였으며, 자료의 품질 및 해상도 또한 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이를 통해 향후, 도시 재개발로 인해 발생하는 입체적인 도시의 물리적 구조 변화를 항공 LiDAR 데이터를 이용함으로써 환경변화예측을 위한 수치모의에 빠르게 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 정부의 주택보급정책 강화에 따라 공공아파트 건설공사의 건축공사비에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 현재 공공아파트 공사비내역 구성은 공종별 분류체계로 구성되어 있어, 공공아파트의 건축공사비를 체계적으로 예측하는 것은 현실적으로 많은 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공아파트 프로젝트 기획 및 설계단계에서 좀 더 합리적인 공사비 예측을 위해, 델파이분석(Delphi)기법을 이용하여 공공아파트 공간별 공사비분류체계를 개발하였다. 공공아파트 공간별 공사비분류체계는 공공아파트의 공간별 특성을 반영하여 주택부문, 주택외부문, 가산부문 등으로 구분하였으며, 각각의 부문을 공간별 해당 부위와 각 세부공종으로 세분화하였다. 또한 구축된 공간별 공사비분류체계에 공공아파트 공사비 내역서를 분석하여 공간별 분류체계의 실용성 및 유효성을 검증하였다.

학교시설 수선주기 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of School Repair Cycle)

  • 본 연구는 안전성, 노후도, 경제성 등 시설 여건을 종합적으로 고려하여 개선이 필요한 중장기적인 사업물량 및 사업예산 규모를 추정할 수 있도록 하기 위해 국가수준의 시설개선 기준(수선주기)을 설정하여 체계적인 시설개선계획 수립을 통한 적정수준의 교육환경 확보에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 것을 주목적으로 한다. 적정 수선주기는 기본적으로 최근 2년간 교육청에서 실제 집행한 교육환경개선사업의 실적자료를 분석하여 직전 보수년도와 사업시행연도를 근거로 수선주기 기초자료를 산출하였다. 이를 근거로 17개 시도교육청 실무자를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하여 시도교육청의 의견을 수렴하였으며 최종 적정 수선주기는 관련규정과 실적자료, 델파이조사 결과를 종합적으로 검토하여 설정하였다.
