여행지에서 제공하고 있는 스탬프 투어링 서비스는 여행객들에게 특별한 기념이 되어주고 있지만, 스탬프를 받기 위한 장소를 찾기 어려운 점과 여행지의 주변 정보를 얻기 위해서는 여행자의 별도의 노력이 필요하다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 유명 관광지 및 추천 명소 등에 NFC 태그를 설치하고 간단한 태깅만으로 스탬프를 수집할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 또한 이 어플리케이션에 저장되는 정보와 평가를 이용해 사용자별 맞춤 여행 코스를 제공하고 사용자가 좀 더 편리하고 재미있는 여행을 즐길 수 있도록 돕고자 한다.

In the 1980s, even though Italy faced economic depression, Italy (she), now, internationally became a strong nation with its best design by national unity and the developmental leap of industry through design. In Italy, especially, small and medium enterprises are accumulated by the same business in each area on the structure of a Cluster system. Italy has some characteristics that being the Italians' elastic way of management, family management and development of a consortium of small and medium enterprises, which have flexibility, imagination and decisiveness. We have to bring these intensified factors of design competitiveness to our country so that we should form the union in order to have a monopoly of specific enterprises based on the specialized technology of small and medium enterprises innovating the structure of a small quantity production having developmental flexibility. We also heighten the sense of designer and publics by achieving social opinion and cult! ural revival. Moreover, the mind of managers has to be changed more aggressively. Finally, the actual policy of design will be established and peformed, and design-company (enterprises) and the industrial economy will generally develop when we activate the structure of the industry centered on small and medium enterprises and design-related association that is united and participates in the establishment of design policy.

Reinforcement Learning (RL) is a machine learning algorithm that repeat the closed-loop process that agents perform actions specified by the policy, the action is evaluated with a reward function, and the policy gets updated accordingly. The key benefit of RL is the ability to optimze the policy with action evaluation. Hence, it can effectively be applied to developing advanced intelligent systems and autonomous systems. Conventional RL incoporates a single policy, a reward function, and relatively simple policy update, and hence its utilization was limited. In this paper, we propose an extended RL model that considers multiple instances of RL elements. We define a formal model of the key elements and their computing model of the extended RL. Then, we propose design methods for applying to system development. As a case stud of applying the proposed formal model and the design methods, we present the design and implementation of an advanced car navigator system that guides multiple cars to reaching their destinations efficiently.

The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics, outcomes and successes associated with newly established rural villages founded by the Rural Village Development Policy in Korea. For this study, four operatives associated with development companies who successfully implemented rural villages with strong community function structures answered a semi-structured questionnaire on the developmental theme, location, preoperational resident meetings, and success factors of seven projects. The Questionnaire dealt with content analysis. The results of the study were as the follows. The operatives of the development companies identified locations, environments for economic activities, project themes and regular resident meetings as success factors. Barriers for successful rural village development policy were identified as inadequate regulation and lengthy administrative procedures. In particular, preoperational resident meetings were seen as an important success factor, requiring an organized and well-funded professional program.

The elderly in South Korea in 2012 to 11.8% now aging fast-paced world, which is older than most countries. That is, as long as the elderly people lack the time to respond on the issue could cause many problems. According to the principle of social solidarity, long-term care insurance was introduced for the elderly since July 2008 and facility and sanction salaries were supported for the level 1 (the most serious illness) - level 3 (serious illness) elderly. On the other hand, in the fields of architecture, it is difficult to receive the contents of the unified related articles when the design and construction of the elderly welfare facilities take propel commissioned. This paper not only presents the elderly welfare facilities operated according to the institution and policy of elderly welfare facilities in terms of architecture, but also provides the criteria summarized by building facilities in the field of construction of elderly welfare facilities planning, planning, design is intended to provide basic information. This study addresses are as follows: First, the aging population of South Korea and welfare facilities for the elderly are addressed. Second, in terms of architecture, the institution and policy of elderly welfare facilities in South Korea, are addressed. Third, the construction criteria of elderly welfare facilities is summarized to help architectural practitioners understand. Fourth, the future direction of the architectural design of welfare facilities for the elderly is presented.

This Study aims to evaluate teacher policy in the Park Administration and to suggest tasks based on the results. To attain the aim, it describes overall teacher policy process in Park Administration and evaluates teacher policy based on the criteria which was driven from the CIPP model. The conclusions are summarized as follows. First, the environmental suitability of the situation assessment was met in general. The reason for this was that the teacher policy of the Park Geun-hye government was introduced reflecting changes in the environment and demands of policy stakeholders. The validity and feasibility of the policy objective of the input evaluation were not satisfied. There were deficiencies in the objectives of the policy measures. The objectives of the measures were not linked to the policy objectives. The budget necessary for policy enforcement were not secured. In future policy design, efforts should be made to examine whether the policy goals are valid, to secure resources necessary for policy implementation and to increase the feasibility of policies. The procedural rationality of the process evaluation and the suitability of the means were not met. Discussion with the interest group was omitted, it was not clear whether the implementation of the policy was linked to the policy goal. In the future, it will be necessary to focus on procedures such as communication and collaboration with stakeholders, to make immediate revisions in case of problems. The effectiveness and satisfaction of the output evaluation were low. Because the validity of the policy objectives, the suitability of the means, and procedural rationality were not satisfied. In the future, it will be necessary to systematically design policies and communicate with stakeholders in the execution process to prevent policy failures and actively.

This research was examined to evaluate whether the websites of 6 policy research institutes provide web resources which were collected and provided as information resources, and that they were sure that the web resources had value as policy information by content analysis method. Web resources provided as policy information in policy research institutes were classified into and evaluated by 4 categories. Evaluation had been conducted on 10 items in the 4 categories of content, design, accessibility and meta data. From the result, the information content have been found to be reliable and up-to-date although more thorough description is required. Navigation and the search function in the design category were found to be excellent, but dead links were present in all of the institutions. The accessibility was proven to be great as it was able to access information with only three clicks. However, it has been found that a comprehensive review of the meta data is required in order to improve the accuracy of search functions. In conclusion, improvements to the dead link problems, quality control of the meta data, systematic and professional management plan of policy research information, and the establishment of a comprehensive policy research information portal system have been proposed.

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) introduced the Adaptation Policy Framework (APF) to support the developing countries in order to help to make adaptation policy and strategy to climate change. This study provides the summary of the APF and will help for preparing policy regarding the impact of climate change and its adaptation. APF consists of five basic and two cross-cutting steps. Five basic steps are made of (a) defining project scope and design, (b) assessing current vulnerability and adaptation, (c) assessing future climate-related risks, (d) developing an adaptation strategy, and (e) continuing the adaptation process. Cross-cutting steps consist of engaging stakeholder and enhancing adaptive capacity. The project scope and design process includes four major tasks: scope the project and define its objectives, establish the project team, review and synthesize existing information on vulnerability and adaptation, and design the APF project. The main purpose of assessing current vulnerability and adaptation is to understand the characteristics of current climate-related vulnerability in priority systems and the scope of adaptive responses. Future climate-related risks are assessed in order to characterize future climate-related risks, so that adaptation policies and measures can be designed to reduce the system's exposure to future climate hazard. In developing an adaptation strategy, all of the preceding APF-related work is synthesized into a well-considered strategy that can direct real adaptation action. Continuing the adaptation process is in order to implement and sustain the APF-strategy, polices, and measure. The purpose of involvement of stakeholders is to communicate between individuals and groups about projects. Finally, enhancing adaptive capacity provides guidance on how adaptive capacity can be assessed and enhanced.

The social-democratic ideas which define the modern national Swedish idea have had an important influence on Swedish modern design during this century. Swedish designers found humanistic and democratic values in the traditional design style and they tried to create a modem style that was based on handcraft traditions as well as modern industrial aesthetics. Issues raised by Swedish designers of that time induded how Sweden was achieving a national identity through design and how design retlected changes within society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the social reformation policy of the Swedish government during the 1930-1970 period and its influence on Swedish modern design. This paper, it is hoped, will provide an opportunity to place contemporary Swedish design in a social and aesthetic context.
