Design discipline requires more specialized and sophisticated information literacy competencies necessary to effectively find and apply the information that students need for their teaming and the future independent designer than are outlined in general information literacy competencies. Therefore, The goals of this study is to identify specific information literacy competencies within the Design Discipline. This research analyzed design-specific core information literacy competencies through the literature analysis on the design goals & curriculum of four domestic universities and the NASAD standards & guidelines and verified those by Delphi Survey. The result showed that design discipline requires commonly 26 specific core competencies in seven broad categories and the these competencies are related to the time for information literacy Instruction. Also, The result analyzed that such majors in design as product design, visual design, need additionally more specialized and detailed competencies with specific focus and that design discipline requires commonly the information literacy competencies about general studies & fundamental ability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods and contents of information literacy instruction before the developing of Information Literacy Program Model that can improve information literacy competencies of undergraduate students in design discipline. After the literature review on the comparative analysis of national standards & program for higher education and the NASAD standards & guidelines. This research analyzed the methods and contents of the information literacy instruction by the Delphi Survey. As a result of Delphi Survey, the research found out that design discipline preferred Hands-on design-specific instruction by professional librarian at the request of a department and required design-specific information literacy instruction based on the structure of knowledge and information-seeking practices within the design discipline, and providing design-specific tools, resources to helping students apply in learning and actual situation.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the concept of data literacy and its detailed competencies based on humanities focused on LIS. To do this, we define the concept of data literacy by comparing and analyzing researches related data literacy, data information literacy, and digital literacy in domestic and foreign. And we design the basic 11 elements of data literacy based on digital humanities concepts. The result of this study is expected to be used as a basic data when design henceforward data literacy framework.

As data becomes more important, data literacy has recently emerged as an significant term. The purpose of this study is to design data literacy model based on digital humanities. To attain this end, data literacy model was designed by combining the main contents derived from the digital humanities education program with specific capabilities extracted from research related to data literacy. By applying the data literacy model, which is the result of this study, it will be applicable to the data literacy courses in universities, and I would like to propose a follow-up study to evaluate the effectiveness of data literacy in the future.

In this paper, we studied a design-based learning for Computational Thinking in Computational Literacy. The design-based learning for computational thinking in computational literacy education started from a MIT media laboratory in 2011. We revised the design-based learning and applied it to educational field. We considered educational strategies and derived the implications, after teaching fourth grade gifted students. Moreover we conducted and analyzed a questionnaire survey, observations and interviews. As the result, the design-based learning in computational literacy is effective for creative computational thinking that students create their ideas and make a meaningful artifacts from it. We expect that this study provides the basic data to apply a design-based learning for computational thinking to Computer education.

This research reviews the concept of Visual Literacy which is the critical base for performing convergence-style educational program of fine arts. The Visual Literacy means the ability to understand and properly deal with the visual information given to the agent such as the literacy to the written language. It is beyond doubt that the necessity of the Visual Literacy is raised because there is different visual information through new media for the entire life of young generation. Therefore, the Visual Literacy is the base for performing convergence-style education when it comes to performing convergence-style educational programs. It covers the communication abilities to utilize new media and exchange visual information one another.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the demographic similarities and differences in objectives, methodology, and findings of previous studies in the context of gaining financial literacy using videos. This study employs a systematic review design. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the content analysis method, 15 articles were chosen from Scopus and Science Direct during 2015-2020. After formulating the research questions, the paper identification process, screening, eligibility, and quality appraisal are discussed in the methodology. The keywords for the advanced search included "Financial literacy," "Financial Education," and "Video". Results: The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of learning financial literacy using videos. Significant results were obtained when students interacted with the video content distribution. The findings of this study provide an overview and lead to a better understanding of the use of video in financial literacy. Conclusions: This study is important as a guide for educators in future research and practice planning. A systematic review on this topic is the research gap. Video learning was active learning that involved student-centered activities that help students engage with financial literacy. By conducting a systematic review, researchers and readers may also understand how extending an individual's financial literacy may change after financial education.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of interest in science and STEAM Literacy through the use of the design based STEAM program utilizing Smart Device for elementary students. For the purpose of this study, a teaching plan and worksheet for students using STEAM Programs was developed and applied. The results of this study are as follows: First, the improvement in the interest in science score has statistically meaningful difference(p<.05). Second, the change in students^{\backprime} STEAM Literacy by applying the design based STEAM program utilizing Smart Device has statistically meaningful difference (p<.05). Third, according to the analysis of a questionnaire used to evaluate the program, students had a positive perception of the STEAM program and gained higher level of satisfaction about the lesson. Therefore, design based STEAM Program utilizing Smart Device applied in this study might be useful to improve STEAM Literacy, and can be expected to improve interest in science and should be widely applied to Science education.

Purpose: The purposes of the study were to identify level of health literacy and factors influencing health literacy of migrant workers. Methods: Data were collected using a cross sectional correlational design. Participants were 128 migrant workers in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The health literacy level of migrant worker was low and they had difficulty in understanding patient education materials and medical forms. Factors influencing health literacy were residential areas (city or rural), education level, length of stay in Korea, and ability to understand spoken Korean. Regression model accounted for 14.2% of the variance in health literacy. Conclusion: Lower levels of health literacy make it difficult for migrant works to visit medical facilities and perform health behaviors appropriately. Therefore, diverse strategies should be developed by nurses to enhance the health literacy level of migrant workers.
