초등수학 서술형 수행평가 문항 및 평가기준 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Open-Ended Tasks and Assessment Rubrics for Elementary School Mathematics)

  • The purpose of this study was to design and develop the processes of tasks and assessment rubrics of open-ended tasks, and those for the 5th graders of elementary school mathematics. 7 tasks were finally developed, and 'problem understanding', 'problem solving process', 'communication' were selected as the criteria for assessment rubrics. The result was that the ability of mathematical power covering problem understanding ability, problem solving ability and mathematical communication ability was low. Specifically, problem understanding ability was the highest, problem solving ability was middle, and mathematical communication ability was the lowest.

OJT 특성요인과 OJT 성과 간 관계에서 훈련자-피훈련자 관계강도 조절효과 분석: 국내 여행서비스업 초기 경력자를 대상으로 (OJT Characteristics and OJT Outcomes in a Domestic Travel Industry: Moderating Effect of Tie Strength)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to substantiate the relationship between on-the-job training (OJT) characteristic factors and OJT outcomes and the moderating effect of the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee on the relationship. OJT characteristic factors were composed of a unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support. OJT outcomes included job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the research. The tie strength means a sense of intimacy with a trainer. All of the OJT characteristic factors, OJT outcomes, and the tie strength were defined operationally as the perceived ones by a trainee. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the data of 302 employees in a domestic travel agency as early career for seven years or less. The main methods for the analysis were multiple linear regression analysis and moderating effect analysis. The whole process of the data analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 for windows. Results - The results of the study are as follows: First, every five element of OJT, including unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support, showed positive influence on OJT outcomes - job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee was positively related with OJT outcomes. Finally, the strength of ties between the trainer and the trainee was found positively to moderate the relationship of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, or OJT support, with OJT outcomes. However, the moderating effect of the tie strength was not significant statistically between the trainee's motivation or the trainer's ability, and OJT outcomes. Conclusion - In the study, it was demonstrated that every OJT characteristic factors have a positive contribution to job satisfaction and organizational commitment for early career employees. In addition, the study showed the need to pay attention to improve the quality of relationships between trainers and trainees, in order to increase the impact of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, and OJT support. These findings suggest the implications in the three factors as external factors that constitute OJT. The three factors are made by HRD practitioners who are involved in design and operation of the program as well as their interventions to improve the quality of the relationship between trainers and trainees. On the other hand, it was demonstrated in the research that trainee's motivation and trainer's ability, regardless of their tie strength, have a direct impact on OJT outcomes by itself. Moreover, the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability are intrinsic characteristics, rather than external factors that constitute OJT. Therefore, they are unlikely to be changed by HRD practitioners' interventions. In conclusion, it was argued in the research that the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability should be a consideration in selecting and matching partners in OJT participants before starting OJT.

치차형 스크린의 선별 성능 향상을 위한 동적 해석과 설계 형상 변경 (Dynamic Analysis and Design of Star Screen in Recycling Construction Plant)

  • Recycling issue for the construction wastes is gradually important to future society. Recently, a star screen has been developed to use for this purpose, however some modifications were needed to enhance the separation accuracy. The objective of study is to evaluate and predict separation ability by verifying the effect for the modified shapes of the screen part. Two analysis models of the screen part were established using commercial software ADAMS to simulate the dynamic interaction of waste particles. Results showed that spacer and gear shapes directly affected separation ability. The modified spacer shapes were much higher screening rate with comparison to default shape. Screening ability for the half number of gear type was greater than other types. Therefore, modification of the design of screen part will be required to achieve better separation ability.

액션러닝을 활용한 수업운영의 효과 (The Effects of Lessons using Action Learning on Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of action learning on critical thinking disposition, communicative competence, and problem-solving ability in nursing students. Methods: The design for this was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used for identification of the effects of lessons using action learning. The consenting participants were 184 fourth-year nursing students in D-city (Experimental group=95, Control group=89). Data was collected and the program was conducted from May 2 to July 19, 2015. Data was analyzed with an ${\chi}^2-test$, a t-test, and a paired t-test and utilized the SPSS win 21.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in critical thinking ability (t=5.00, p<.001), problem-solving ability (t=4.52, p<.001), and communicative competence (t=4.97, p<.001) in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: The study findings suggest that action-learning programs have proven to be an effective educational program for improving the critical thinking ability, problem solving ability, and communicative competence of nursing students. Action learning can be an effective teaching strategy.

일상생활동작 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 자가간호 수행능력과 가족의 부담감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Activity of Daily Living Exercise for Self-care Ability and Family Burden in Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ADL exercise in stroke patients and to define to strategy to promote their self-care ability, decrease to their family burden. Method: The experimental design was designed nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The study method had been done by investigating the experimental group and control group through the questionaire on 33 patients. ADL exercise was conducted by the researcher and was carried out experimental group once per day for 20 minutes for daily 28 days. Results: For the ADL exercise, self-care ability score was increased and family burden score was decreased significantly. Conclusion: The exercise increased the self-care ability and effect of family burden of stroke patients. Based upon these results, it is recommended that the nurses who take care of stroke patient carry out them the ADL exercise continuously.

임상중심 실무능력향상 교육모델(FO-CUP)의 융합적 효과성 연구: H대학 작업치료실습을 중심으로 (The Effects of Field-Oriented Capacity Upgrade Model(FO-CUP): H University Occupational Therapy Practice)

  • 본 연구는 작업치료의 임상중심 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육모델인 Field Oriented Capacity Upgrade Program을 제안하였다. 제시한 교육모델과 전통적인 강의식 교육방식을 비교하여 학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구방법은 제시한 모델교육에 참여한 실험집단과 강의식 수업에 참여한 대조 집단으로 나누어 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계(nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design)를 이용한 유사 실험연구로 진행하였다. 또한 연구 대상은 3학기에 걸쳐 교육에 참여한 총135명의 학생을 대상으로 사전조사와 사후조사를 진행하였다. 제시한 학습방식을 적용하여 교육한 결과 실험군이 대조군에 비해 자기주도 학습능력과 문제해결능력이 각각 22%, 18%향상된 결과를 얻었다. 이번 연구는 작업치료 임상실무능력을 향상하기 위한 새로운 교수-학습방법을 개발하여 제안하였고, 다양한 직무에서 요구하는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수-학습방법의 기초 자료로 의미가 있겠다.

LPLi 연료펌프 적용을 위한 저어널 베어링의 설계 적합성 해석 (A Design Fitness Analysis of Journal Bearings for LPLi Fuel Pump Application)

  • In this study a complex design fitness analysis of journal bearings is carried out for the LPLi rotary-vane fuel pump application, as an external and horizontal installation, in LPG vehicles. Bearings considered in the analyses are plain and 3-axial groove journal bearings. Upon reflecting the fact that the primary failure mode of bearings in the application is a premature friction and wear failure of bearing metal due to a very low viscosity of liquid fuel LPG as a bearing lubricant, the performance factors of bearings used in an evaluation process of design fitness are a load carrying capacity and vibration suppression ability relative to a rated speed. At this time the design variables of bearings are a radial clearance and length. Results show that, in terms of both of the load carrying capacity and vibration suppression ability, the plain journal bearings are superior to the 3-axial groove journal bearings and among the plain bearings the smaller the bearing clearance (5>10>$15\;{\mu}m$) is and the longer the bearing length (6<8<10<12<14 mm) is, the better the bearing performance is.

실습능력 향상을 위한 전자 설계교육에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Improving Practical Education for Electronic Design Ability)

  • 본 논문에서는 학과 교과과정의 이론을 바탕으로 하여, 개선된 트레이닝 키트를 기반으로 한 전자 설계 실습능력 향상교육에 대하여 다룬다. 학생들은 개선된 전자 설계 프로젝트 실습교육을 통하여 회로의 이해력 및 분석력을 키우고, 전자부품의 조립 및 측정 등으로 실무와 밀접한 프로세스를 익히게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 실습교육 방안은 회로의 분석력과 이해력 증대 및 회로 제작의 성취감과 자신감을 증대시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 학생들의 창의적 전자 설계 프로젝트 실습교육에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

공과대학생의 종합설계에 대한 창의융합 인식 비교 (The Awareness Comparison about Creative Converged Competence for the Capstone Design among Engineering Students)

  • 졸업 연구작품 제작에 참여한 학생들과 참여하지 않은 학생들에게서 인식되는 창의적 능력, 창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십 및 융합적 사고와 관련된 역량을 파악하였다. 창의적 능력에서는 참여 학과 학생들에게서 다양한 전공 분야의 이해를 통한 아이디어 창출에 대한 부분의 교육에 더 많은 교육과정과 비교과 활동의 운영이 필요하나 전체적으로는 비참여 학생보다는 높은 긍정적 결과를 얻었다. 창의적 리더십 및 융합적 사고에서는 종합설계와 졸업작품을 진행한 학생이 더 긍정적인 면을 보여주었으며 미참여 학과 학생들은 고등사고, 복잡한 현상의 논리적 분석 및 전체적 파악 등에서 창의적 역량이 부족함을 나타내었다.
