This is an exploratory study to describe clinical demonstration patterns assessment and training-related problems(TRP) in Korea. A probability sample was drawn from Nation-Wide area by a multi-stage cluster sampling. This study in radiotechnological students of college over two years from 1997. Clinical demonstration patterns in this study involve a fundamental concept of radiotechnological students, a general notion of clinical demonstration, a rates of satisfaction in clinical demonstration, clinical demonstration patterns assessment, and training-related problems(TRP). High prevalence rates of clinical demonstration were found in male, students over twenty-four years old, those who perform at least hospital in college of medicine.

The purpose of this study is to review the appropriateness of deploying private security guards using SMS emotional language analysis at the current assembly and demonstration sites, which rely only on the police force, and to suggest a plan. Therefore, it is intended to contribute to suppressing the problems at the assembly and demonstration sites and present a new paradigm for responding to the assembly and demonstration sites based on the study's results. First, it is necessary to prepare a legal basis for the deployment of private security guards in the 'Security Services Industry Act' and 'Assembly and a Demonstration Act'. Second, there is a need for a 'security company selection criteria' for selecting security companies with a lot of experience, such as collective civil petition sites and security for national critical facilities (special security services). Third, it is necessary to prepare financial resources for the deployment of private security guards. This study is expected to serve as a new cornerstone for effective management of assembly and demonstration sites through mutual complementation of the police and private security.

This study examined the current conditions of the community facilities constructed by demonstration project for rural elderly that were promoted for the last two years by the ministry of agriculture, food and rural affairs. The type of community facilities are community living home, community food service facility and small bath house. And it was accomplished satisfaction survey for analyzing the effects of demonstration project focused on inhabitants and users of community facilities constructed by demonstration project. The results are as follows. First, The satisfaction index of community facilities was evaluated high level in generally. Second, Inhabitants and users of facilities were presented high level satisfaction in humanity sector, especially. Third, It should be to establish maintenance and management plan such as supporting of linkage program and operation cost for secure the sustainability. Consequently, the implementation of community facilities demonstration project to improve the living conditions of rural elderly is entirely appropriate. The results of this study were considered to promoting demonstration project for improving quality of the facilities and securing effectiveness of the project.

This study describes thermal performance of heating and cooling demonstration system using ETSC(Evacuated tubular solar collector) installed at Seo-gu art center of Kwangju. For demonstration study, a reading room with about $350m^2$ was heated and cooled using that system. The demonstration system was consisted of ETSCs, storage tank, hot water supply tank, subsidiary boiler, and subsidiary tank. From January to March in 2006, demonstration test were performed with 4 control mode to find the optimum control condition for solar thermal system. After experiments and analysis, this study found that solar thermal system of control mode IV was corresponded to 78% for the hot water supply and 49% for space heating.

과거 집시법이 예정하지 못했던 우발적 시위, 긴급집회, 해상시위, 자동차전용도로상의 시위 등 시간적, 장소적 특성을 지니는 새로운 유형의 집회시위가 사회적으로 문제되고 있다. 특히 이 중에서 해상시위에 대하여 집시법을 적용할 수 있는지, 있다면 어떠한 논리를 전개해야 한지 내지 적용할 수 없다면 어떠한 법을 적용해야 한지가 공법영역에서 문제되고 있다. 그 동안 학설은 소극적, 적극적 입장으로 대립하여 왔지만, 해상시위는 장소적 자가결정권에 입각한 헌법상 집회시위자유권의 하나로 보장되어야 한다, 이에 따라 집시법상 집회시위개념은 헌법에 합치되는 방향으로 해석되어야 하므로 해상시위와 같은 집시법상 비전형적 집회에 집시법을 유추적용 한다든지 아니면 경찰관직무집행법과 감은 일반경찰법을 적용하여야 한다간 견해간 설득력이 없다. 그리고 현대적 시위상황에 비추어 해상시위도 소수자보호를 위한 민주주의적 기능을 보유한다는 것을 그려할 때 집시법을 직접 적용하여 규율함이 정당하다.

Recently, the cross-model strategy of using male models in advertisements for women's cosmetics has been increasingly utilized. Academics have begun to discuss and study cross-model advertisements, but most of the studies have focused on the effects of the presence of a cross model. We investigated the effects of a crossmodel's product demonstration as an advertising creative strategy on consumer's attitudes toward the ad. We examined the effects of a male model demonstrating the advertised products for women's cosmetics on female consumers' attitudes toward the ad. As a result, we found that when a male model demonstrated a product in a women's product advertisement, consumers' attitudes toward the ad were more positive the higher their product involvement. Therefore, product involvement was found to be a moderating variable in the effect of cross-model product demonstration on attitudes toward the ad. This study contributes to the line of research on the effect of cross-model and product demonstration advertising, providing practical implications for advertising practitioners.

본 논문에서는 국내 원자력발전소 초음파검사자 기량검증시험 결과를 검토하였다. 원자력발전소 안전관련 설비에 대한 초음파검사 기량검증 요건은 ASME B&PV Code Section XI 1989 겨울 부록에서 최초로 언급되었다. 한국수력원자력(주)은 ASME Code Section XI, Appendix VIII의 요건 적용을 위해 국내 원자력발전소에 적합한 한국형 초음파검사 기량검증(KPD) 시스템을 개발, 규제기관의 승인을 받아 2004년 7월부터 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2004년부터 2013년까지 수행한 초음파검사자 기량검증시험 결과의 검토 내용으로 초음파검사 결함 검출 향상 및 기량훈련시스템 연구 개발에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare community residents' perceptions, participation, satisfaction, and behavioral changes between a health promotion demonstration health center and general health center. Method: The design of the study was ex-post facto that compared community residents in demonstration health centers and general health centers. The sample included 2,261 community residents who were conveniently selected from demonstration (792 participants) and general health centers (1,496 participants). Result: The results of the study were as follows: 1) Perception and participation rates of exercise, nutrition, and hypertension management programs were significantly higher in the participants of demonstration health centers than those of general health centers.; 2) Satisfaction rates of all programs except the smoking cessation program were significantly higher in the participants of demonstration health centers than those of general health centers. However, only the exercise rate among risk behaviors of participants was significantly higher in demonstration health centers than general health centers. Conclusion: Systematic efforts for health promotion were effective not only in improving the community's awareness, participation, and satisfaction of the program, but also in changing health behaviors. This evidence should be used to foster and disseminate health promotion programs toother health centers to improve community residents' health status and quality of life.

본 연구에서는 육상 및 수상 집회, 시위와 비교 상대적으로 보호 및 규율 받지 못하고 있는 해상 집회 및 시위에 대해 공공의 안녕질서를 저해하지 않도록 적절히 규제하면서 동시에 기본권으로서 보호하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 먼저, 육상집회 및 시위와 동일하게 보호하고 규율하기 위해 "집시법" 개정을 통하여 해양경비안전관서에서 해상집회 및 시위를 접수받고 이를 관리하는 방안을 제시하였다. 두 번째는 해상의 특수한 환경으로 인해 "집시법" 적용이 곤란할 경우 특별법에 관련 규정을 두고 있는 일본, 미국, 영국과 같이 "해양경비법" 에 해상집회 및 시위와 관련된 내용을 규율하여 국민의 기본권과 공공의 안녕질서 유지 이익이 상호충돌하지 않는 범위에서 해상 집회 및 시위를 관리하는 입법정책적 대안을 제시하였다.
