The purpose of this research focuses mainly on the establishment of: the image of the police that can be adopted to meet the demands of reality through the development of the design of policewomen's uniform in the times that require reestablishment of the image of the police; the image of the police that is appropriate for the organic structure of the society; and the image of the police that cooperate with the citizens. For background research I have considered the police and their uniforms from a theoretical point of view and have examined the process by which Korean policewomen's uniforms have changed. Actual research was carried out policewomen of Seoul Regional Police Station, was conducted and the results were utilized to figure out what the problem was. This research suggests an improvement measure by making four suits of summer and spring-and-autumn work-uniforms, and six suits of spring-andautumn and winter full-dress uniform. First the colors of work-uniforms and full-dress uniforms are not blue, which incites a feeling of coldness and stiffness, but are colors that are feminine and emit warmth---red, ivory, khaki, black, and beige. second pure, natural fiber is difficult to wash and is not an appropriate material for policewomen's uniforms when considering its cost and etc., fabrics that are a mix of synthetic fiber and natural fiber were chosen. Because mixed fabrics are cheaper and their ability to maintain shape is superior to that of natural fiber, mixed fabric is an appropriate material for policewomen's uniforms. third the feminine image of policewomen was considered; therefore, masculine image, which is rigid and strong, was avoided and the image was expressed in a serene and beautiful way. Also slim line was added to the current uniforms to emphasize feminine beauty. The conclusion of this study is that police officers in the 21st century want to be seen as the citizens cane and benevolent volunteers that live together with the citizens, not as suppressive and powerful people.

The leisure demands and the interests for the quality of urban residents have been increased, but the leisure space is absolutely deficient. In the leisure site planning, the concrete understanding about people's leisure site choice is the most important thing, not only for the aspect of the leisure demands reception and the improvement of the life quality but also the aspect of the efficiency of land use. The purposes of this study are firstly, to find out prefered leisure sites, secondly, to establish the choice models of the each prefered leisure site to be substituted for existing indiscriminating leisure space planning. And for the choice model establishment, we used Logit Model, which has been used in the Traffic, the Toursim, the Economics fields. We extract people's perfered leisure sites in Seoul through 1st and 2nd survey, those are a park, a pocket park, a play hall, a recreation center(sport center), a hobby facility, a library. The established choice model for each prefered site can predict people's choice about 70 percents correctly. It indicates that the Logit model is useful for the explanation about the choice of residents in the urban area. Specially, the main affect factors to the choice of each prefered leisure site are different. It means that different consideration factors or different standards are needed for each leisure site planning.

통계청에 따르면 2017년 기준으로 국내 65세 이상 노인 인구는 700만명을 돌파하였고 이중 독거노인의 수는 130만 명을 넘어섰다고 하였다. 독거노인들은 대부분 절대적 빈곤(68.5%가 월 소득 50만원 미만)으로 우리사회의 사각지대에 놓여져 있는 상황에서 기본적인 생활에 곤란을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 특히 겨울철 취약계층의 독거노인들의 난방은 심각하며 그나마 전기난로나 전기장판 등 전기 안전용품 취급 부주의로 화재사고도 빈번하게 일어나고 있는 실정이다. 실내용 텐트제품들이 독거노인들에게서 이용되어지고 있는 가장 큰 이유로는 에너지 절감과 따뜻한 수면, 화재 안전 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 실내용 텐트의 시장 확대에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 저소득 독거노인에게 적합한 실내용 텐트가 필요하다고 판단하였고, 그에 따른 이용성, 휴식, 보관 등의 효율성을 개선시키는데 목표를 두었다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 브랜드의 제품들에서 기초 조사를 하여 장·단점을 분석하여 기존 판매 되고 있는 제품에서 소비자들이 원하는 요구를 파악할 수 있었다. 이어 디자인모델을 통한 소비자선호도 조사를 실시하여 설치편리성, 공간 활용성, 외관디자인 측면에서 가장 우수한 Zabara type을 선정하였다. 선정 결과를 토대로 제품디자인 제작 및 최종 프로토타입을 완성하였다. 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실 사용자의 사용성 조사와 인터뷰를 통해 제품 개발 시 미처 인지하지 못했던 요소를 파악할 수 있었다. 둘째, 프로토타입의 효과적인 부분에서는 기대 이상으로 고령자들이 쉽게 그리고 빠르게 설치 및 접을 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로써 향후 독거노인 뿐만 아니라 다양한 사용자가 실내에서 또 하나의 편안한 개인공간으로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Demand of new suburban residential development and a variety of new types for housing have intensified by urban Citizens overused of poor urban residential environment. Income growth and improvement of living standards for the quality of the living environment are increasing demands of creating a more comfortable living environment. Thus, according to changes in social conditions, the development of urban area while accommodating additional development pressure adequately, particularly residential development in order to promote the efficient development of suburban areas are planned for the rational development direction. This study suggests the following improvement measures by analyzing the characteristics of the Suburban Housing Complexes built recently. In order to create a more pleasant Suburban Housing Complexes First, the accessibility of the traffic conditions, education and public facilities is good Second, the construction plans reflected needs of the consumers should be made Third, necessary facilities for activation of the urban-rural exchanges must be equipped.

The idyllic housing is dreamed by citizens today. The government has promoted the rural activation and satisfied citizen's needs about idyllic housing through the advanced rural village development project. Jecheon city aims to develop idyllic housing area in Baegun. This study investigated the resident' consciousness and actual conditions of idyllic housing in Baegun by field study. The aim of this study is to suggest data of idyllic housing policy by analysis idyllic housing of actual condition and resident' consciousness of demands. The idyllic housing of resident is aged sixty five or more from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Second, they want to be maintenance of life convenience facilities, improvement of traffic, necessity of medical institution. Third, it is necessity of variety program to solve conflicts between residents and immigrants and to make community of residents.

According to the reports by the OECD and UN in 2012, Korea is evaluated highly of its enthusiasm and level of education compared to other evaluation indices. This result implies that Korea has much more interest in education than other countries. In reality however, the nation does not provide an adequate condition in other aspects such as the quality of life of citizens and its educational environment. For this reason, our country currently promotes and operates various policies and environmental improvements in an effort to coincide with the timely demands and to cope up with the advanced educational system. Researches in particular are being implemented on Korea's current educational policies by specialists related to their specific fields. This study is to understand the periodic trends of the educational facilities according to the specialist-oriented articles and apply it as a basic resource to the future researches on the corresponding field.

Assessing local government performance has become a crucial issue in recent years. This paper addresses the satisfaction level of local government public service, which is defined as a degree of the results or the impacts of the local government public service delivery on the citizen's needs, demands and expectations. The satisfaction level of local government public service can improve decisions made by local government managers, and enhance accountability of local government to the citizens they serve. This study focuses especially on the various aspects of administrative systems in a local government and developed a systematic survey for their performance. Explanations for the evaluation items and the analysis of survey are discussed throughout the paper.

It is rare that the dwelling buildings designated as cultural assets owing to the demands of the rapid-changing times and their residences are conserved as their original shapes, though the extent varies. Meanwhile, there has been a continuous effort to preserve and take over our traditional dwelling culture. Yet, the effects were not tangible because the viewpoints are different between the conservation promoters and related residents-officials-experts and because the conservation method is not decided in advance. Thus, in conserving the traditional dwelling culture containing the history of human life, this study tries to find out the reasonable ways for conserving traditional residence based on the consciousness research of citizens on conserving and utilizing the cultural assets. Furthermore this study also tries to suggest to contemporaries - who should live side by side with the historic cultural assets - what attitude they should have. On the basis of above survey, the objective of this study is said to consist in presenting the directions - what efforts are needed - for the more active and participant conservation.

Due to criminal aspects spreading nation wide, their intelligence level increasing and becoming digitalized, the citizens' interest in and desire for crime security have increased. Until now, the preceding researches have been focused on finding the specific variables that have direct effects on the demand for police manpower through regression analysis and attempted to predict number of needs. However, there have never been any researches producing the accurate number of demands for crimes and human resources needed for each work load. Therefore, this research have analyzed each police station functions by interviewing the persons in charge and selected the main duty for each functions. From this, by using the method of system dynamics, this research was able to predict the standard number of manpower needed for each police station functions. Also, by making a model for each 235 police stations, the best efficient employment plan for police stations and district agencies have been further discussed based on the computer simulation results.
