This study is intended to estimate the demand for the green health industry market, to seek for the strategies to develop human resources and to provide fundamental data for development of local green health industry specialization programs in the manner of investigating the intentions to participate in and opinions about the green health industry. Data were collected from 190 and surveyed from 5 to 19 in November 2010. Based upon the priority survey and factor analyses of educational contents for development of human resources specializing in the green health industry, there is some difference in the classification of all domains between the two groups, however the results concerning the cognition of the language education of educational contents and the priority of medical tourism marketing are similar between the two groups. As one of the biggest problems with medical tourism is the difficulty of communication during medical examination and treatment, it is desirable to develop professional human resources with global competitiveness based on customized education as well as excellent language skills by the specialized fields of green health industry.

Smart phones become popular all over the world recently. At the same time, demand of various additional services, such as SNS by utilizing low-cost reliable Wi-Fi network and position information, is expected to keep growing. In this paper, Implementation of SNS based on an Open Wi-Fi & Position Information was proposed. This service is achieved by constructing an Open Wi-Fi network based on a built AP access information database. And in order to provide durable connection in mobile environment, RSS detect AP switching module and mobile IP are utilized in the proposed service. Furthermore, with the utilization of GPS information of AP, AP providers could delivery various information such as advertisements, promotion events. In addition, it is possible for AP users to communicate with each other, thus a position information based SNS was also proposed in this paper.

Recently, there is increasing demand for image processing technology while activated the use of equipments such as camera, camcorder and CCTV. In particular, research and development related to 3D image technology using the depth camera such as Kinect sensor has been more activated. Kinect sensor is a high-performance camera that can acquire a 3D human skeleton structure via a RGB, skeleton and depth image in real-time frame-by-frame. In this paper, we develop a system. This system captures the motion of a 3D human skeleton structure using the Kinect sensor. And this system can be stored by selecting the motion file format as trc and bvh that is used for general purposes. The system also has a function that converts TRC motion captured format file into BVH format. Finally, this paper confirms visually through the motion capture data viewer that motion data captured using the Kinect sensor is captured correctly.

This study compares and analyzes the national competitiveness in IP finance using the diamond model. The main findings of our analysis are as follows. First, assuming Korea's competitiveness in IP finance to be 1, USA with 1.63 has the highest competitiveness of all countries compared, and Israel is 1.49 followed by Japan with 1.37. Second, Korea and other countries compared show large differences in the areas of demand conditions, strategic structure, and competition. Third, Korea is inferior compared to other countries considered in terms of the factors including the protection of investors and IPR, and government policies. Since most of the factors in which Korea shows inferiority can be managed by public policies, to strengthen the competitiveness of IP finance, the government's active support to build industrial foundation are required.

The demand and production for mobile music increases as the number of smart phone users increase. Thus, the standard of selection of a user's preferred music has gotten more diverse and complicated as the range of popular music has gotten wider. Research to find intelligent techniques to ingeniously recommend music on user preferences under mobile environment is actively being conducted. However, existing music recommendation systems do not consider and reflect users' preferences due to recommendations simply employing users' listening log. This paper suggests a personalized music-recommending system that well reflects users' preferences. Using AHP, it is possible to identify the musical preferences of every user. The user feedback based on the Bayesian network was applied to reflect continuous user's preference. The experiment was carried out among 12 participants (four groups with three persons for each group), resulting in a 87.5% satisfaction level.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the content of job stress experienced by call center consultants. For that purpose, the investigator interviewed 11 call center consultants one-on-one in D City, conducting qualitative analysis of content of job stress they experienced according to Giorgi's phenomenological analysis procedure. As a result, there were classifications of job characteristics and individual characteristics. They were further classified into 8 categories and 24 subcategories. As for job characteristics, there were "limitations of work performance," "work burden," "inflexible work style," "uncontrolled customers," and "controlled demand." As for individual characteristics, there were "psychological instability," "personality vulnerabilities," and "poor coping resources." The categories of job characteristics and personal characteristics were classified into limit and control levels, respectively. It is found that poor coping resources mediate between job stress and personal characteristics. Based on these results, we discussed not only the existing organizational responses but also the combined interventions that mitigate the psychological stress after the unstable psychological state of the individual.

The aim of the study is to combine software reuse with agile methods through reuse in the early stage of agile development. Although agile methods and software reuse have different practices and principles, these methods have common goals, such as reducing development time and costs and improving productivity. Both approaches are expected to serve as viable solutions to the demand for fast development or embracing requirement changes in the rapidly changing environments. In the present paper, we identify economical agile reuse and its type and study a reuse technique for input queue in Kanban board at the early stage of hybrid agile methods. Based on our results, we can integrate software reuse with agile methods by backlog factoring for input queue item in the hybrid Scrum and Kanban method. The proposed technique can be effectively applied to e-class applications and can reuse the input queue items, showing the combination of the two approaches. With this study, we intend to contribute to reuse in the early stage of agile development. In the future, we plan to develop a software tool for economical agile reuse.

Big Data is now seen as a major asset in the company's competitiveness, its influence in the future is expected to grow. Companies that recognize the importance are already actively engaged with Big Data in product development and marketing, which are increasingly applied across sectors of society, including politics, sports. However, lack of knowledge of the system implementation and high costs are still a big obstacles to the introduction of Big Data and systems. It is an objective in this study to build a Big Data system, which is based on open source Hadoop and Hive among Big Data systems, utilizing POS sales data of small and medium-sized offline markets. This approach of convergence is expected to improve existing sales systems that have been simply focusing on profit and loss analysis. It will also be able to use it as the basis for the decisions of the executive to enable prediction of the consumption patterns of customer preference and demand in advance.

Today, as a daily routine such as administration/finance is operated under information system and various cyber crime against national, public, and private institutions happen, demand for information security manpower is increasing. Hence, Ministry of Education has formed an Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted to early discover talent in the field of information security and train professional personnel with specialty and ethics in 4 universities of country in 2014. But the nascent Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted lack systematic analyses compared to Institute of Mathematics and Science Education for the Gifted that has existed from a long time ago. In this paper, we analyze the state of the Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted in three parts: operation, selection, education and suggest an improvement to build a practical program for effective operations and education.
