In this paper, we propose a new educational approach to help learners form concepts by identifying the properties of programming concepts targeting a group of experts in programming education. Therefore, we confirmed the typical properties of concepts by programming education experts for programming learning elements through conceptual metaphor analysis, which is a qualitative research method, and confirmed the validity through the delphi method. As a result of this study, we identified 17 typical properties of programming concepts that learners should form in programming education. The conclusions of this study are that need to compose the educational content more specifically for the conceptualization of learners' programming as follows: 1)the concept of a variable is to understand how to store data, how to set a name, what an address has, how to change a value, various types of variables, and the meaning of the size of a variable, 2)the concept of operator is to understand how to operate the four rules, how to deal with it logically, how to connect according to priority, meaning of operation symbols, and how to compare, 3)the concept of the control structure is to understand how to control the execution flow, how to make a logical judgment, how to set an execution rule, meaning of sequential execution, and how to repeat executing.

In the current era of Corona, the positive potential of board games is emerging as the 'untact' is accelerating. This situation can be seen as an opportunity to have a positive impact on the development of the board game industry depending on how to develop board games in a more interesting, high-quality and educational way than before. To this end, this study intends to present a methodology for deriving the relative importance of important factors in board game development among the preceding studies and methodologies for more advanced board game development by board game developers and experts. This study is to derive the relative importance of important factors in board game development. To this end, important factors in board game development for board game developers and experts were derived through the Delphi method, and the Delphi method in the ranking format was used to rank the relative importance of the derived factors. This study focused on the development model of playing cards among board games. Priority analysis result, development and planning composition, prior research analysis, draft production, production, validation, application, and review in order of importance were derived(were derived in the order of importance). The results of this study are expected to provide practical guidelines for companies to prioritize and utilize development according to their importance when developing board games.

The objective of this study was not only to evaluate different academic library homepages but to hit upon and suggest a reformation plan for their future improvement. For this purpose. academic library web pages of Korea were divided into three major groups -- those of national universities, private ones, and junior colleges. Their web pages were evaluated using a number of criteria. Also, their circumstances and problems were tried to grasp and the methods to be corrected were suggested in this thesis. Literature review were performed for this study and suggestions and advices from professional groups that is called Delphi method were used as a tool to achieve the objective of this study. For a basic analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were used for analysing data. Also, t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square analysis were used to examine whether there are any significant differences in each groups or not. and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients were used to find out the correlation among several variables.

Risk management activity for successful defense R&D project should be done anticipatorily and consistently over the entire project period and there should be a priority for management depending on importance of the risk factors. In this study, we verified the reliability and validity through factor analysis for the risk factors selected by the Delphi technique. We also obtained the relative importance of risk factors with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and decided to prioritize for comparison of domestic and overseas research. According to the study, we found that it is important to settle the requirements and to classify the scope of R&D. It is also considered significant to have reasonable schedule for completion and secure the necessary resources in the early stage of project. Unlike previous studies, it appeared the technical factors are critical elements as well for defense R&D project.

According to the Laboratory Safety Act, each laboratory in the field of science and technology must conduct safety inspections and diagnosis every year or every two years. At present, the relevant guidelines are not clear, so there is a high possibility that inspection and diagnosis will become ineffective. In the laboratory, there is a pre-risk factor analysis system for hazardous factors, but there are many difficulties in implementation due to lack of education and understanding of the researchers, excessive work, etc. For the analysis of the opinions of experts in the safety field using the Delphi technique, we analyzed the following items: 1. Consideration in applying the Lab Safety Act, 2. Consideration in Lab Safety inspection and diagnosis, and 3. Government policy necessary for Lab. safety. Through the investigation and analysis of the detailed items, we extracted for problems and alternatives in current laboratory safety diagnosis and current law.

This study conducted a comparative analysis on domestic and foreign computer science curriculum, in order to introduce the data structure education as a core foundation of computer science. The findings show that the scope and level of data structure contents included in elementary school software education are poorer than those in U.S.A and England. To resolve such a problem, it selected some data structure education factors and a Delphi survey about the importance of contents and the fitness of education periods were administered to experts. Although they responded that 'text information', 'array', 'stack' and 'queue' for linear structures', and 'tree' for non-linear structures are important, their opinions were different in education periods by its factors. The generalization of the findings may be limited, given that the analysis was based on the survey of some experts, but this study has an implication, in that it provides important information for improving elementary school software curriculum for the introduction of data structures.

The FIDIC Red Book is an international standard contract condition in which the Employer designs and the Contractor performs the construction. The Engineer of FIDIC Red Book shall agree or determine any matter or Claim in accordance with Sub-Clause 3.7 neutrally, not as an agent of the Employer. This study aimed to derive Key Risk Sub-Clauses out of 49 Sub-Clauses that the Engineer of FIDIC Red Book recently revised in 18 years shall agree or determine according to Sub-Clause 3.7 using the Delphi method. A panel of 35 experts with more than 10 years of experience and expertise in international construction contracts was formed, and through total three Delphi surveys, errors and biases were prevented in the judgment process to improve reliability. As for the research method, 49 Sub-Clauses that engineers shall agree on or determine according to Sub-Clause 3.7 of the FIDIC Red Book were investigated through the analysis of contract conditions. In order to evaluate the probability and impact of contractual risk for each 49 Sub-Clause, the Delphi survey conducted repeatedly a closed-type survey three times on a Likert 10-point scale. The results of the first Delphi survey were delivered during the second survey, and the results of the second survey were delivered to the third survey, which was re-evaluated in the direction of increasing the consensus of experts' opinions. The reliability of the Delphi 3rd survey results was verified with the COV value of the coefficient of variation. The PI Risk Matrix was applied to the average value of risk probability and impact of each of the 49 Sub-Clauses and finally, 9 Key Risk Sub-Clauses that fell within the extreme risk range were derived.

And in addition, we propose the cultivating planning through the value chain method and AHP method. Finally, this study presents the various implication and policy planning.

There is a controversy over the necessity of information intermediaries in virtual market. This study tried to suggest several reasons why they would still flourish in virtual market. It also tried to find out their roles and to forecast their role changes in the future on the basis of Delphi analysis. Though an exploratory study, this can shed some lights on the future studies related to information intermediaries and virtual market.

The purpose of this study was to extract and validate the educational goals and the subjects for developing a music gifted curriculum. Based on literature review and analysis of music gifted curricula in foreign countries, 19 educational goals and 18 subjects were derived from literature review and analysis of music gifted curricula in foreign countries. To validate the educational goals and the subjects, delphi survey was carried out twice with 26 expert panelists in the field of music, music education and music gifted education. Delphi survey was analyzed using the mean, content validity ratio, and the degree of consensus. The final set of educational goals for music gifted education included 6 skills related goals, 4 creative expression related goals, 4 knowledge related goals, and 2 attitude related goals. The final set of subjects included 4 major-specific subjects, 5 foundational subjects, 4 theory-related subjects, 3 integration and social participation related subjects. The results of this study can be used as baseline data to develop a music gifted curriculum by providing ideas for deciding what to teach and why to teach in music gifted education.
