공학 분야의 학문융합교육 가능성 분석 (A Study on The Possibility of The Convergence Education In Engineering)

  • This study aims to identify on the possibility of the convergence education in engineering. Delphi survey on a panel of experts was chosen to be the main methodology for this study, drawing the main factors of convergence education in engineering. From Oct. 10 to Nov. 25, 2013, a three-round Delphi survey was implemented to collect data. A panel of eighteen experts were involved in this survey. For statistical processing, descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were carried out along with internal reliability test on the survey instrument. First, the possible convergence of disciplines in engineering were found to Design, Industrial design, ICT, Health care services, Video media, Business and Administration, Organizational psychology, Sociology, Humanities and Aesthetics. Second, the convergence education factors to be most important demanded creativity, idea generation techniques such as the expression of thought communication skills, technical expertise in the field per line, understanding of basic knowledge, verification of common elements among different disciplines, understanding of other disciplines fusion in engineering, artistry and imagination, etc. Third, requirements for the talented person of convergence were the open mind and enthusiasm, creative imagination, accept the opinions of others, skills capacity as a creative expression, and challenges. Above-mentioned requirements are found to be the necessary elements for convergence education.

국가직무능력표준 개발 전문가들이 인식하는 NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차 모형의 타당화 (Validation of NCS based Vocational Curriculum Procedures Developing Models Recognized by National Competency Standards Experts)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국가직무능력표준 개발 전문가들이 인식하는 NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차의 모형을 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 데 있다. 이 연구를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 연구 방법은 NCS 국내 외 관련 선행 및 문헌 연구 고찰, 전문가의 심층 면담(검토 자문) 내용과 델파이 예비 조사를 거친 결과를 토대로 델파이 연구를 3회 실시하였다. 이와 같이 국가직무능력표준 개발 전문가들이 인식하는 NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차 모형의 타당화에 관한 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차의 개념적 모형(안)에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 델파이 예비 조사 도구 검증 위원 10명을 대상으로 검증한 결과, 전체 평균이 4.70 이상이고 내용 타당도는 모두 1.00으로 매우 타당하게 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 직업교육과정 개발 절차 모형(안)에 대한 타당성을 델파이 예비 조사 도구를 사용하여 검증하였다. 델파이 예비 조사 도구 검증 위원 10명을 대상으로 다음과 같이 순차적으로 검증한 결과, 개발 절차 모형(안)의 영역별 문항에 대한 내용 타당도가 모두 1.00이고 내용의 구성 요소에 대한 내용 타당도 또한 모두 1.00으로 매우 타당하였다. 그리고 개발 절차 모형(안)의 구성 요소 간 상호 연계성과 통합성에 대한 내용 타당도도 모두 1.00으로 조건을 만족하는 매우 타당한 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 델파이 패널 위원 26명을 대상으로 델파이 본 조사를 제1, 2, 3 라운드별로 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 개발 절차 모형(안)의 영역별 문항, 내용의 구성 요소, 구성 요소 간 상호 연계성과 통합성에 대한 제1, 2, 3 라운드의 합의도가 모두 .75 이상으로 전체적으로 타당하였다. 여기서 제3 라운드의 합의도가 전체 1.00이며 수렴도 역시 모두 .00으로 조건을 만족하는 매우 타당한 결과(29개 문항 중 1개 문항 제외)를 나타내었다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 제3 라운드 델파이 조사 연구에서 델파이 패널 위원들의 의견이 완전하게 합의가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 당초 델파이 패널 선정 기준을 엄격하게 강화한 결과이며, 동시에 델파이 패널 위원들의 적극적인 참여 의지가 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

대한정형도수물리치료학회 비대면 강의 체계 구축 연구: 포스트 코로나19 대비 델파이 기법 분석 적용 사례 (A Study on the Construction of Non-face-to-face Lecture of KAOMPT: Delphi Survey Research to Post COVID-19 Untact Era)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to identify the elements for the construction of the Korean academy of orthopedic manipulative physical therapy's (KAOMPT's) non-face-to-face lecture system using the Delphi method. Methods: The Delphi method was applied to 50 expert panel members of the Central Committee and the Provincial Branch of the KAOMPT. The Delphi survey was conducted in two rounds, and the first Delphi survey collected opinions on 40 questions on 12 topics. The second Delphi survey was collected into 25 questions on 4 topics. As a result of the survey, the content validity ratio (CVR), consensus and convergence were measured. Referring to the number of expert panels and previous studies were determine a CVR of at least 2.29, a consensus of at least .75 and a convergence of 0 to .5. Result: In the first Delphi result, out of the total 40 items, 20 items with high content validity ratio were found, and 10 items found double agreement. In the second Delphi result, 13 out of the total 25 items had a content validity ratio higher than 2.29, and 5 items found a double agreement. Conclusion: This study derived items on the role of central and municipal councils, lecture support and lecture room construction, non-face regular course and special lecture operation and personnel for the establishment of non-face-to-face lecture system. Based on this content, it is expected that it will help establish a non-face-to-face lecture system in 2021 through a pilot non-face-to-face lecture that will be implemented in the future.

정보통신분야의 델파이 기술예측 국제비교분석-한국.일본.프랑스.독일 (International Comparative Analysis for Korean, Japanese, German and French Delphi Forecasting in Information and Communication)

  • In this study the comparative analysis of four nations' Delphi technological forecasts in information and communication industry was carried out. The nations were Korea, Japan, Germany and France. The reliability test of realization time forecast was also conducted. There were some technologies of which four nations forecast almost same realization time whereas other technologies which four nations showed large variance in forecasting realization time. This means that experts from different nations had different views and prospects on the same technology. It is expected that prospecting international technological trend from this study will contribute to formulating long-range plan for technological development in information and communication in Korea. The result of the comparative analysis of four nations' forecasts in information and communication technology can be summarized as follows. a)As for the realization time, most of the technologies were forecast by four nations to be similar, the differences ranging from one to three years. It was found that on the whole, the longer the time of the forecast, the bigger the variance. The German forecast showed the biggest variance. b)In reliability test Korean was found to be the most reliable and Japan, France and Germany were in descending order. The response of all panel members was found to be more reliable than that of the panel members with high expertise, which means that there were substantially different views among panel members with high expertise on the realization time of the same technology.

산후풍 진단 기준 개정 위한 델파이조사 결과 (A Delphi Survey for the Revision of the Diagnostic Criteria for Sanhupung (Puerperal Wind Disorder, U32.7))

  • Objectives: The definition of Sanhupung (Puerperal wind disorder) has been varied and there has been a prior study to establish the definition, but no clear conclusion has been reached on diagnostic criteria. Therefore, the aim of this study was to clearly redefine the definition of Sanhupung using the Delphi method. Methods: This study used the Delphi technique. A panel consisting of 13 experts of Korean medicine, particularly in Obstetrics & Gynecology, participated in the Delphi survey that included answering the 3rd round survey. The Delphi survey was conducted by evaluating and correcting the questionnaire using e-mail. Results: Through the Delphi survey, we have reached an agreement regarding the diagnostic criteria of Sanhupung. They are as follows: 1) Sanhupung can be diagnosed based on basic symptoms. If one or more symptoms are expressed in the basic symptom group, it can be diagnosed as Sanhupung. It is diagnosed in detail as a pain type or a sensory impairment type according to the category of basic symptoms. 2) Incidental symptoms are not essential for diagnosis, and are referred to for checking general weakness and autonomic nervous system conditions. 3) In order to meet the diagnostic criteria, the symptoms should occur within 6 months after childbirth or miscarriage, and the cause of the symptoms should not be classified as other diseases. Conclusions: The diagnostic criteria of Sanhupung were suggested based on the Delphi survey among experts in the field. Further research is necessary to improve the reliability and validity of the criteria.

산후풍의 진단적 정의 확립을 위한 전문가 델파이 조사 연구 (A Study for the Establishment of the Diagnostic Definition of Sanhupung (U32.7) using the Delphi Method)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to establish a clear diagnostic definition of Sanhupung using the Delphi method. Methods: This study used the Delphi technique. A panel consisting of 21 experts of Korean medicine, particularly in of gynecologic medicine, participated in the Delphi examination that included answering the 4th round survey. The Delphi examination was carried out through evaluating and correcting the questionnaire by e-mail. Results: Through the Delphi survey, we have reached on an agreement regarding the basic concepts, time, cause, essential symptoms, and accessory symptoms of Sanhupung. They are as follows: 1) Sanhupung is a culture bound syndrome reflecting Korea's cultural specificity. 2) Sanhupung can be diagnosed even after the miscarriage. 3) For the diagnosis of Sanhupung, the main cause of symptoms should not be classified as other disease. 4) Sanhupung can be diagnosed based on essential symptoms and accessory symptoms. 5) Essential symptoms include local symptoms such as joint pain at specific areas, partial sensory impairment and general symptoms including pain of all the joints, whole body sensory impairment, increased sweating, feeling of wind coming into the body, worsened symptoms with the cold, intolerance to cold, and pain of all the muscles. Conclusions: The basic concepts and diagnostic definition of Sanhupung were suggested based on the Delphi survey among experts in the field. Further research is necessary to improve reliability and validity of diagnostic definition of Sanhupung in clinical trials.

직업훈련기관의 발전전략과 CEO의 역량 탐색을 위한 델파이 조사 (Search for Strategies of Vocational Training Institutes and their Competencies of CEO based on Delphi Method)

  • 이 연구는 '직훈기관 경영실태 분석 및 교육모델개발'의 일환으로 수행되었으며 그 목적은 직훈 기관의 발전전략을 탐색하고 CEO의 역량을 규범적으로 추출한 후 이를 바탕으로 기관장의 실용적이고 전문인 교육모델과 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 조사는 민간 직훈기관, 공공 직훈기관, 학원을 대상으로 하였다. 주요 조사내용은 유형별 발전전략, CEO의 역량, 그리고 교육영역 및 교육프로그램이다. 조사 방법은 직업능력개발 분야의 전문가 30명을 패널로 구성하여 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 적용하였으며 조사는 2회 실시하였다. 주요 조사결과로 직훈기관별로 차별화 된 전략이 제시되었다. 공공 직훈기관은 국가적 과제나 민간 직훈기관과 학원을 지원해야 하며, 민간 직훈기관은 전문성과 교육프로그램의 지역수요 특화가 강조되었다. 학원은 단기 서비스 교육을 강화해야 한다는 것이었다. 전문가들이 강조하는 직훈기 관장의 역량으로는 직업훈련제도 및 정책변화, 비전제시 능력, 윤리의식 및 사명감으로 조사되었다.

델파이기법을 이용한 급성심근경색증 질 평가지표 가중치 부여 (Weighting of Acute Myocardial Infarction Quality Indicators using Delphi Method)

  • Purpose: Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) launched an Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI) assessment for the Payment For Performance(Quality Incentives) Pilot Project from July 2007. Assessment measures of AMI were composed of five process measures and one outcome measure, and each measure was incorporated into one composite quality score to Pay for Performance. Method: For calculation of composite quality score, we considered weighting for the measures using the Delphi method. The questionnaire was composed of three measure groups, 'Reperfusion rate'(Fibrolytic therapy received within 60 minutes of hospital arrival, Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention within 120 minutes of hospital arrival), 'Medication prescription rate'(Aspirin at arrival, Aspirin prescribed at discharge, Beta-blocker prescribed at discharge) and 'Survival Index'(30-day mortality rate). Result: A panel composed of 18 and completed a questionnaire by allocation of 10 scores to the three above mentioned measure groups. The Delphi was carried out until three rounds of surveys. In conclusion, each measure group was weighted differently and the 10 scores were allocated as 4.5 to 'Reperfusion rate', 2.5 to 'Medication prescription rate', and 3.0 to 'Survival Index'. Conclusion: The results of this study proposed the calculation method for weighting of Acute Myocardial Infarction quality indicators.

Benefit-Based Management 모델을 위한 산림(山林) 휴양(休養) 경험(經驗) 인자(因子)의 규명(糾明) (The Identification of Indicators to Monitor Recreational Experiences for Benefit-Based Management : A Delphi Study)

  • 본 연구(硏究)는 최근 산림(山林) 휴양(休養) 관리(管理) 분야에서 부상(浮上)되고 있는 Benefit-Based 관리 모델을 위한 휴양객(休養客) 경험(經驗) 지표(指標) 인자(因子)를 구명(究明)하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 전문가(專門家) 의견(意見) 수렴 조사인 델파이 기법(技法)을 이용하여 3차에 결친 설문 조사에 의해 자료가 수집(收集)되었다. 수집(收集)된 자료의 분석 결과 최종 38개의 생물(生物)/물리적(物理的) 인자(因子), 관리적(管理的) 인자(因子) 그리고 사회적(社會的) 인자(因子)가 도출되었다. 38개의 인자에 대한 가중치(加重値) 합(合)에 의한 중요도(重要度) 분석 결과 '아름다운 숲'과 '깨끗한 물과 계곡' 등 생물/물리적 인자들이 상위(上位) 집단(集團)에 속해 있었다. 이는 이용객의 휴양 경험에 있어 생물/물리적 인자가 매우 중요한 고려(考慮) 대상(對象)임을 알 수 있었다.

보건교사의 역량모형 개발을 위한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study of Developing Competency Model for Korean Health Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.
