FPD 공정용 Glass 이송 시스템을 위한 자기부상 EMS의 개발 (Magnetic Levitated Electric Monorail System for Flat Panel Display Glass Delivery Applications)

  • In recent semiconductor and FPD (Flat Panel Display) manufacturing processes, high clean-class delivery operation is required more and more for short working time and better product quality. Traditionally SLIM (Single-sided Linear Induction Motor) is widely used in the liner drive applications because of its simplicity in the rail structure. A magnetically levitated (Maglev) unmanned vehicle with SLIM traction, which is powered by a CPS (Contactless Power Supply) can be a high precision delivery solution for this industry. In this paper unmanned FPD-carrying vehicle, which can levitate without contacting the rail structure, is suggested for high clean-class FPD delivery applications. It can be more acceptable for the complex facilities composed with many processes which require longer rails, because of simple rail structure. The test setup consists of a test vehicle and a rounded rail, in which the vehicle can load and unload products at arbitrary position commanded through wireless communications of host computer. The experimental results show that the suggested vehicle and rail have reasonable traction servo and robust electromagnetic suspensions without any contact. The resolution of point servo errors in the SLIM traction system is accomplished under 1mm. The maximum gap error is ${\pm}0.25mm$ with nominal air gap length of 4.0mm in the electromagnetic suspensions. This type of automated delivery vehicle is expected to have significant role in the clean delivery like FPD glass delivery.

  • New biological treatments were being developed at a record place, but their potential could be compromised by a significant obstacle: the delivery of these drugs into a body. Pharmaceutical delivery is now nearly as important as product. New systems are being developed, and Drug Delivery Markets Series cover these new systems. Transdermal Delivery System(TDS) is often used as a method of drug dosage into the epidermic skin. An approach used to delivery drugs through the skin for therapeutic use as an alternative to oral, intravascular, subcutaneous and transmucosal routes. Various transdermal drug delivery technologies are described including the use of suitable formulations, carriers and penetration enhancers. The most commonly used transdermal system is the skin patch using various types of technologies. Compared with other methods of dosage, it is possible to use for a long term. It is also possible to stop the drug dosage are stopped if the drug dosage lead to side effect. Polysaccharides, such as karaya gum and glucomannan, were selected as base materials of TDS. Also, these polymers were characterized in terms of enhancers, drug contents. Among these polysaccharide, the permeation rate of karaya gum matrix was fastest in fibric acid(ciprofibrate) such as lipophilic drug in vitro. We used glycerin, PEG400 and PEG800 as enhancers. Since dermis has more water content(hydration) than the stratum corneum, skin permeation rate at steady state was highly influenced when PEG400 was more effective for lipophilic drug. Proper selection of the polymeric materials which resemble and enhance properties of the delivering drug was found to be important in controlling the skin permeation rate. Especially, this result suggests a possible use of polysaccharide gel ointment matrix as a transdermal delivery system of anti-hyperlipoproteinemic agent.

  • This study has utilized the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique in order to plan the tangible (menu) and intangible (service) product of dumpling restaurant. The engineering characteristics of tangible products were classified into product planning, purchase management, production management, and information management based on the production system of foodservice. The engineering characteristics of intangible products were also classified into physical evidence, human interaction, and pre-communication based on the service operation and delivery system. As a result of analyzing the QFD, it was found that the customer hope the hygiene factor and response factor to be improved. It is analyzed that product planning, information management, and production management should be improved first in terms of engineering characteristics considering consumer needs. In the future, by utilizing the systematic product development process that the requirements of tangible and intangible product consumers are converted to the engineering characteristics, the development of competitive product within the market will be possible, and furthermore it is expected to be useful for reducing the unnecessary time and design costs due to failure of product development.

납품시간창과 다종의 컨테이너를 고려한 동적 로트크기결정 및 아웃바운드 디스패칭 문제 (A Dynamic Lot-Sizing and Outbound Dispatching Problem with Delivery Time Windows and Heterogeneous Container Types)

  • This paper considers a single-product problem for inbound lot-sizing and outbound dispatching at a third-party warehouse, where the demand is dynamic over the discrete time horizon. Each demand must be delivered into the corresponding delivery time window which is the time interval characterized by the earliest and latest delivery dates of the demand. Ordered products are shipped by heterogeneous container types. Each container type has type-dependent carrying capacity and the unit freight cost depends on each container type. Total freight cost is proportional to the number of each container type used. Also it is assumed that related cost functions are concave and backlogging is not allowed. The objective of the paper is to simultaneously determine the optimal inbound lot-sizing and outbound dispatching plans that minimize total costs which include ordering, shipping, and inventory holding costs. The optimal solution properties are characterized for the problem and then a dynamic programming algorithm is presented to find the optimal solution.

  • Currently, various companies are actively participating in research and development of drone delivery services. Existing studies do not comprehensively provide integrated functions for future drone delivery services such as mission automation, customer verification, and overcoming performance limitations, which can lead to high manpower demand, reduced user service trust, and potentially overloading low-end devices. Therefore, this study proposes a drone mission automation system (DMAS) using EdgeCPS technology to provide the three aforementioned functions in an integrated manner. Real-world experiments were conducted to evaluate the proposed system, demonstrating that the DMAS components operate according to the specified roles in the delivery scenario. In addition, the system achieved user verification with a similarity of more than 90% in the process of receiving the product, and verified a faster inference speed and a lower resource share than the existing method.

지방자치단체 농산물 쇼핑몰 운영 개선 방안 연구 (Improvements of Local Government Shopping Mall)

  • 최근 농산물 전자상거래의 거래액은 지속적으로 상승하고 있으나 농산물을 취급하는 전문몰의 거래액은 감소하고 있는 실정이다. 농산물의 다양한 유통구조에 따라 판매 가격의 차이가 발생하고 있고, 이러한 차이가 소비자들의 구매결정에 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체 농산물 쇼핑몰의 운영 개선 방안을 도출하고자, 영향요인을 품질, 배송, 가격으로 하여 만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 검증하고자 하였다. 검증 결과 품질, 배송, 가격이 만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 가격과 만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 품질과 배송은 재구매의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 영향요인으로 제시한 변수 중 가격에 가장 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타나다. 지자체 쇼핑몰의 운영 개선 방안으로 (1) 정확한 제품 정보의 전달, (2) 지속적인 운영 관리, (3) 다양한 이벤트 실시, (4) 소비자에게 다양한 혜택 제공, (5) 다양한 제품 구성, (6) 적절한 판매 방법의 선택, (7) 삼품 검색의 용이성 제공이 필요하며, 상대적으로 다양한 혜택 제공과 검색 용이성이 중요한 것으로 사료된다.

소셜커머스 웹사이트의 정보구성요소 -상품, 가격, 서비스, 판매원 정보를 중심으로- (Information Components of Social Commerce Websites -Focusing on Product, Price, Service, and Seller Information-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 소셜커머스의 정보구성요소를 상품정보, 가격정보, 서비스정보, 판매원정보로 나누고 각 요소를 체계화하여 분석하는데 있다. 연구방법으로 내용분석법을 활용하였고, 소셜커머스 웹사이트에서 100개 페이지를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 상품정보에서 정면사진 제시, 소재구성정보, 원산지, 관리, 색상, 사이즈 등 기본정보는 대부분 제시되었으나, 후면/옆면사진, 스와치, 스타일이나 소재 설명에 대한 보완이 요구된다. 가격정보에서는 소셜커머스의 제약조건과 관련된 할인율, 할인판매마감시간, 제한된 상품보유량, 판매제품개수 등은 강조되어 제시되었다. 서비스정보는 배송예정일, 배송사, 상품문의서비스, 교환/반품서비스가 대부분 제시되었다. 판매원정보는 브랜드로고나 브랜드네임은 다수 제시되었으나 구체적인 브랜드 컨셉, 역사, 규모에 대한 정보의 보완이 요구된다. 본 연구는 소셜커머스 정보에 대한 다양한 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제안하였다.

The Effect of Product Knowledge and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction

  • Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of several activators that drives the economy of Indonesia because SMEs provide jobs, increase Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and assure the delivery of products and services. However, Indonesian SMEs are not very competitive in the industrial world, and one of the causes is the low quality of products that undermine customer satisfaction. There are several factors presumed as influencing customer satisfaction, which among others include product knowledge, service quality, and competitive advantage. The objective of this research is to reveal the contribution of product knowledge and service quality to customer satisfaction with competitive advantage as the mediation variable. This research used a quantitative approach. The causal relationship across variables was examined with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample of this research involved 140 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire and the items in the questionnaire were processed with a software called SmartPLS version 3.3.2. Results of this research indicate (1) product knowledge and service quality can increase competitive advantage and customer satisfaction in East Java SMEs; (2) competitive advantage can act as a mediator in the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (3) product knowledge can increase customer satisfaction but the increase is not significant statistically.

Enhanced Aqueous Stability of Hirsutenone with Antioxidant

  • The instability of hirsutenone (HST), a potential therapeutic candidate for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) and ovarian carcinoma, is one of the main concerns for the development of drug product. In the present study, aqueous stability of HST was investigated by kinetic analysis, and the effect of several factors covering temperature, nitrogen gas ($N_2$) flushing, and selection of proper antioxidant was compared. Cosolvent system composed of distilled water and methanol (9:1 v/v) was used as a vehicle to dissolve HST at the concentration of $200{\mu}g/mL$. Samples of aqueous solution were prepared under the absence or presence of antioxidants, such as ascorbic acid (AA), sodium edetate (EDTA), and ascorbyl palmitate (AP), and subjected for stability test. The degradation of HST in aqueous solution was followed by the first order kinetics with an extremely short half life of less than a week at room temperature, and was accelerated as the temperature increased. $N_2$ flushing brought a little enhancement in stability compared to control solution, but the effect was insufficient. The addition of AA and EDTA (0.1%) significantly enhanced the stability of HST at $40^{\circ}C$, but the addition of AP (0.01%) was limited due to its water insolubility and revealed no promising result. The stability of HST was increased proportionally by the amount of AA added, showing the difference in degree of stabilization as an order of magnitude. Finally, we conclude that HST was stabilized by the addition of a suitable antioxidant, suggesting AA as the most effective stabilizer.
