1인 가구 연령별 외식 비용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of factors influencing dine-out expenditure among single-person household by age)

  • This study was conducted to analyse the dine out behaviors for single-person households using the Consumer Behavior Survey for Food in 2019. The results showed that the respondents had different dine out behaviors according to their age. 20s~30s and 40s~50s single-person household tend to dine out more frequently than 60s~70s. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the most important selection criteria when choosing a restaurant (p=0.063), but 39.7% of 20s~30s 43.1% of 40s~50s, and the 38.3% of 60s~70s respondents selected 'the taste of food', and the young people (20s~30s) who chose 'cleanliness of the restaurant' were second with 39 people (15.5%), but in the opinion of 40s~50s and 60s~70s, 'price level' was the second most important selection criteria. Besides, frequency of buying food at home was the influencing factor for 20s~30s' monthly expenditure of dinning out, while frequency of buying food at home, monthly expenditure of buying delivery or take-out food were the factors for 40s~50s. Lastly, gender, occupation as well as monthly expenditure of buying delivery or take-out food were the factors for 60s~70s' monthly expenditure of dinning out. As many studies have shown that the expenditures single-person households play an important role in the restaurant business, the results of this study are necessary for food service industry to generate different business strategy to single-person household by age.

의류 봉제업 경영인의 봉제산업 현황과 정부 지원에 관한 의견 조사 (A survey of the opinions of sewing company managers on the present conditions of the sewing industry and the government's policy on support)

  • With signs of the redevelopment of the domestic sewing industry, national support agencies were established. This study aims to assess the present conditions of the domestic sewing industry and investigate the effectiveness of national sewing industry support policies. According to the results of a survey of 30 sewing companies managers, the biggest factor causing product defects was work being rushed because of tight delivery dates, and the reduction in sales was caused by a lack of orders. Moreover, sewing technicians are aging, and the biggest reason for their decrease in number is that people do not pursue the job because of the common understanding that it is difficult. Managers perceived that the government's sewing technician training program was not a practical help. They were well aware of the support program to improve the work environment and the sewing equipment support program and showed high satisfaction with these programs, but they complained that the period for equipment rental was fixed. A majority of them thought that the Korean sewing industry environment had still not improved, and were skeptical about its future outlook. They identified its most urgent needs as the expansion of orders and the securing of manpower. The support programs that they wanted urgently included support for employees' four major public insurances and the enactment of the increase of toll processing fees.

  • Most of all manufacturing industries are pursuing the manufacturing process innovation through the production process automation but the printing industry still does not get out of the analog ways of the entire process compared the entire manufacturing industry. Today, many printing enterprises have the difficulties by the short for delivery, multi-item small amount printing, high quality, rise in raw material cost, drop in receiving order cost, and etc. The printing industry can get over these difficulties and issues by implementing the compact workflow line, merge with the others, automatization and networking, minimization of the repetitive operation, efficiency of the working process, optimization of the operators' value creation, minimization of cost and materials and fast make-ready. The object of this thesis establishes the experimental data and study cases applicable in the printing industry by having high labor productivity and work in line with printing industry processes through "lean printing system".

  • SCM(Supply Chain Management) is a new approach to satisfy customers via an integrated management for the whole business processes of the manufacturing from the raw material procurement to the product or service delivery to customers. Typically the semiconductor industry is the one whose supply chain network is distributed all over the world, and its manufacturing process has the particular characteristics which has to be considered in the modeling of supply chain. In this paper we suggest the push and pull type supply chain models based on the manufacturing characteristics and their mathematical formulation for the semiconductor industry. Push supply chain model pursuits the high throughput and the balance of the WIP flow, and pull supply chain model does to minimize the total cost of order-based manufacturing, distribution and transportation process in order to meet customer's request appropriately.

  • The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry.   • The relationship between the subcontractor and the subcontractor in current industries, especially in the machine manufacturing industry, should be developed to the "Efficient Q-C-D System" in which the three elements of consideration-Quality, Cost and Delivery condition, are in a state of equillibrium. From this point of view the two parts of a subcontract must cooperate in the whole activity: ranging from the initial products planning, through the manufacturing process, to the final usage by customers. In this report, we tried to present Korean machine manufacturing industry with the model of management system of subcontracts in order that machine manufacturers may assure the quality, reduce the production cost and enhance the productivity with the model.

국내 완성차 물류 네트워크 합리화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Outbound Logistics Network Rationalization of Domestic Automobile Industry)

  • Many of logistics-related research in automobile industry has focused on inbound logistics and procurement. Research into outbound logistics is relatively few. As a starting research into outbound logistics in automobile industry, this paper examined its logistics network problems with three aspects - location strategy, inventory strategy and transportation strategy. We proposed alternatives of logistics network design resolution, and presented three practical scenarios based on those alternatives. Based on interview, on-site visit and internal data collection processes, we identified major domestic outbound logistics problems such as redundant logistics bases, inefficient delivery policy, insufficient inventory capacity, inventory stock quality deterioration, inefficient transportation system, and etc. In order to cope with those problems, we proposed such strategic alternatives as introduction of hub-and-spoke system, integration of logistics bases, introduction of (automatic) parking building, diversification of transportation mode, and etc. At the same time, we constructed three practically executable scenarios based on those ideas. The first is "Center Hub" scenario, the second is "Metropolitan Hub" scenario. The third and last scenario is "Regional Consolidation of Warehouses (distribution centers)".

  • Price quotations for SOR / RFQ from OEM clients is a very important process in the automotive parts industry. However, OEM clients are demanding a price quote on short duration but it takes long delivery time due to sales, research and development, purchasing, production and cost management departments role and jobs focused on detail and responsibility. And to provide a reasonable alternative with eliminating the waste of non-value processes is to achieve OEM clients satisfaction through standardized and parallel processing, IT system based on the systems and processes of global benchmark companies.

  • 정부 3.0의 패러다임에 맞추어 사회복지서비스의 복지정책과 수요는 폭발적으로 증가할 것이다. 이에 반해 현장에서 정책을 실질적으로 집행 할 수 있는 인력인 사회복지사 등의 부족으로 실제 국민들에게 혜택이 제대로 돌아가지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 최소화하기 위해서 복지정책의 수정과 함께 사회복지전달체계의 시스템화는 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 민 관의 복지서비스 지원 시스템과 흩어져 있던 복지자원을 통합하고 시민과 이웃이 모두 참여 할 수 있는 복지서비스 지워 시스템의 구축은 미래 복지서비스의 새로운 방향을 제시할 것이다. 본 논문은 사각지대에 놓인 복지수요자의 발굴이 용이하고 민 관 복지서비스를 통합해서 제공할 수 있는 새로운 사회복지전달체계 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.
