The objective of this research is to explore the attitude on the transfer of duty post and job satisfaction of nurses. The subjects of this study were 512 nurses who have engages in the K-university hospital. The measurement tool consisted of attitude on the transfer of duty post, job satisfaction. The collected data have been processed using SPSS/PC 12.0 program: The results of this study were as follows: 1. The age the subjects was from 21 to 56 and average 32, blow 3 years experience in current duty post occupied most by 37.1%. The experience of the transfer of duty post showed 50.2%. 51.4% of the nurses wanted $3{\sim}5$ years as the suitable periods for the transfer of duty post showing the highest degree of frequency. 2. The positive degree of the attitude on the transfer of duty post of the nurses appeared average (3.36) to maximum evaluation point 5, and when asked about 4 factors the nurses wanted individual development most by (3.72) while administration management was lowest by (2.65). The satisfaction degree on their job appeared to be average (3.06) to the maximum point 5, and when asked about 7 factors, interaction appeared to be the highest by (3.63), here we saw that interaction was the most important elevating factor of the job satisfaction degree. 3. In the relation of the attitude on the transfer of duty post according to general characteristics, there were the significant difference according to whether it is necessary for the current duty post and periodical duty post to be transferred. In the relation between general characteristics and job satisfaction degree there were the significant differences according to age, marital status, education, position of nurse, hospital clinical nursing experiences, satisfaction degree with current post and the hope of the transfer of duty post from current post. 4. The correlation between attitude on the transfer of duty post and job satisfaction degree was positive relation(r=0.137, p=.002), that the higher the degree of positive attitude on the transfer of duty post the higher the degree of job satisfaction.
Purpose. This study was to identify the relationship between self-directed learning and nursing student's satisfaction of clinical practice. Methods. This study was designed to measure the level of satisfaction according to the contents, guidance, environment, time, and the evaluation of clinical practice. Two hundred thirty-one nursing student from baccalaureate program in H-gun was sampled. A scale consisting of 75 questions, developed by the researcher, was used to gather data from September 14 through 27, 2012. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test, pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results. The results were summarized : Self-directed learning didn't show a significant different by grade(t=0.83, p=.934). Nursing student's satisfaction of clinical practice didn't show a significant different by grade(t=0.26, p=.798). The relationship between self-directed learning correlated with the degree of nursing student's satisfaction in clinical practice(r=.44, p<.001). The factors of self-directed learning described nursing student's satisfaction of clinical practice as $R^2$=.215(F=9.858, p<.001). Conclusions. It was found that a higher degree of satisfaction in clinical practice depends on a higher degree of self-directed learning. Therefore, nursing faculty should plan intervention to improve satisfaction level of clinical practice by fostering self-directed learning.
The purposes of this study are to identify quality factors of knitwears, to find out important attributes of knitwears quality, and to find attributes of knitwears quality which improvement are required. College students in the Seoul district participated in the study, a convenience sampling method was used. A questionnaires was arranged with three separates subject sections, importance degree of knitwears quality, satisfaction degree of purchased knitwears, and demographic factors. Data from 280 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. For data analysis, factor analysis, paired-samples t-test and multiple response frequency were conducted. The results were as follows. Knitwears quality factors were classified into six subdivisions by factor analysis; physical functions, yarn and fabric properties, fit, symbol, aesthetic, and usefulness. Quality attributes in purchasing knitwears were considered importantly in order of design, textures, color, price, size, and shape stability, etc. Among quality attributes on knitwears, there were significant differences in importance degree and satisfaction degree; important degree was higher than satisfaction degree to six factors on knitwears quality. Especially, in graph according to gap analysis, physical function and symbol were included in IV area, attributes that attention, required of quality improvement. In contrast, yarn and fabric properties, fit, aesthetic, and usefulness were included in I area, strengths, maintained presently quality levels.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of adaptation of dental hygiene department students to campus life, and to provide basic data to prepare management strategies for effective campus life adaptation. Methods: Three hundred students in the department of dental hygiene in Busan Metropolitan City and Gyeonggi Province were surveyed from October 1 to October 30, 2020 and 291 questionnaires were used in the final data analysis. Results: Better adaptation to campus life was observed in subjects who participated in club activities, possessed an extrovert personality, were well adapted to the dental hygiene department, and had no conflict in interpersonal relationships, thereby showing a significant difference. Regarding the factors affecting the degree of satisfaction with the department, the higher the degree of satisfaction in the major, excellence in major, and coping ability, the higher was the degree of satisfaction with the department. Conclusions: For effective campus life adaptation of the university students as a way to increase the degree of satisfaction with the department, increasing the ability to adapt to campus life through achievement of pride in the major and participation in various interpersonal activities is a possibility. It is necessary to develop a program to create an environment for good adaptation to campus life.
Purpose: This study examined the effect of perceived health status, depression and job stress on job satisfaction among child care providers. Methods: Data were from a convenient sample of 154 child care providers with a self-administered questionnaires from July 6th to September 26th, 2013. Collected data were analysed on SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: Child care providers had above medium degree of perceived health status, low degree of depression, low degree of job stress and above medium degree of job satisfaction. Predictive factors of job satisfaction among child care providers included job stress(Adj.$R^2$=.216, ${\beta}$=-.425, p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that educational program development needs to increase the job satisfaction among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to reduce the job stress will be necessary in order to increase of the job satisfaction.

Purpose: The study aims to improve the quality of emergency medical services by surveying the user's satisfaction of 119 emergency medical services nationwide. Methods: From December 21 to December 27 each year from 2015 to 2017 a total of 5,889 people were surveyed by phone call in fire station. Results: The average degree of satisfaction with the emergency medical services was 4.17±0.70, with 85.1% respondents reporting being 'satisfied'. Factors like being a patient, injuries, residential area, and scene arrival time affected satisfaction. From 2015 to 2017, the satisfaction degree decreased every year, with factors affecting this results including "first aid guidance of phone call" and "rapidity of emergency medical services." The highest satisfaction factors were 'friendly acting of emergency medical services' and 'appropriate offer of emergency medical services', while the lowest satisfaction factors were 'first aid guidance of phone call' and 'adequacy of emergency medical team'. Conclusion: The quality of emergency medical services needs to be improved by managing the quality of phone call first aid guidance and the assignment of adequate emergency medical teams to increase user satisfaction.
This study investigated the degree of expectation and satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies, and suggested improvements in satisfaction for training programs. Differences between expectation and satisfaction were significant in all 21 items including pay for internship program, rest spaces, and break time during working. Expectation questions were extracted to five factors. Factor 1 circumstances of kitchen Factor 2 staff's ability and attitude Factor 3 working environment Factor 4 working hours and pay and Factor 5 rotation, period, and placement of jobs. Five factors were also obtained from factor analysis of satisfaction. Factor 1 working hours and rest Factor 2 staff's attitude and pay Factor 3 facilities and sanitation Factor 4 circumstances of kitchen and Factor 5 period and placement of jobs. Overall satisfaction values showed significant differences depending on gender, school-year system, grade, age, and school. The working hours and rest factor had the most significant influence on the overall satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the degree of preparation for old age and the sense of crisis on the marital satisfaction of married mid-life women. The participants in this study were 300 women ranging in age from 40 to 59 years residing in Gyeonggi-do. Two hundred and forty-nine self-reported questionnaires were used for final analysis by SPSS PASW 18.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the mean score on the sense of crisis scale was $2.56{\pm}0.65$, representing a medium level. The mean scores for degree of preparation for later life and marital satisfaction were $3.54{\pm}0.57$ and $3.67{\pm}0.88$, which were somewhat high. Second, socio-demographic characteristics have a significant influence on married, middle-aged women. There were primarily differences in the sense of crisis by age cohort(such as women in their 50s) and level of education. Moreover, there were differences in the degree of preparation for later life by marriage duration and differences in marital satisfaction by level of education, monthly average income, and employment status. Third, in multiple regression analysis, the variables significantly influencing the marital satisfaction of married, middle-aged women included health status and monthly average income as control variables. Mid-life crisis also had a significant effect. The degree of preparation for emotional later life had a significant effect as an independent variable. These findings suggest that the level of sense of crisis and the degree of preparation for emotional later life affected the women's marital satisfaction. Other factors did not have a significant affect. Based on the above results, intervention alternatives are needed to improve the marital satisfaction of married, middle-aged women.
This study analyzed the difference of selection criteria when buying socks and wearing satisfaction related to socks according to demographic characteristics and fashion interest degree for the adults in their from 20s to 40s. Factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan multiple range test were used for data analysis. The result of factor analysis for selection criteria when buying socks showed that the drawn factors were design and coordination, hygiene and wearing comfort and practicality. The difference analysis results about selection criteria when buying socks showed that design and coordination, hygiene and wearing comfort, and practicality were significantly different according to gender, age, and occupation, and that design and coordination and practicality were significantly different according to marital status. The result of difference analysis for selection criteria when buying socks according to fashion interest degree showed that design, coordination, hygiene, wearing comfort and practicality were significantly different. The result of factor analysis for wearing satisfaction of socks showed that the drawn factors were wearing comfort, hygiene, durability, and design. The difference analysis results about wearing satisfaction of socks showed that design was significantly different according to gender and marital status, wearing comfort and design significantly different according to age, wearing comfort, hygiene, and design were significantly different according to occupation. According to fashion interest degree, wearing comfort and design showed the significant difference.
