This study was carried out with the aim to provide basic data for efficient park management by analyzing satisfaction factors and estimated regression model through questionnaire survey method for the visitors to Bukhansan National Park in Korea. As a result of analysis, it was found that visitors are satisfied with such variables as 'illegal camping', 'cooking act' and 'padded bills' but extremely unsatisfied with 'waste problem', 'congestion', 'damage of visiting trails' and 'lack of cultural facilities'. In the result of satisfaction factors, it was revealed that 'facility management factor' was found to have the greatest effect on satisfaction degree. In the estimated model by Multiple Regression Analysis, 'damage of natural resources' and 'damage of cultural and historic resources', and 'lack of traffic facilities' were found to affect visitors' satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effective factors that influence subjective cognition, conflict degree of work-family balance, and cognition of family strength according to general characteristic factors, working environmental factors, and home environmental factors, as well as analyze the relationships among subjective cognition, conflict degree, and cognition of family strength. The main data source for analysis in this study is the Second National Survey of Korean Families by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2010. The survey includes the analysis of 419 respondents who have a dual income and live with their wife. The collected data are analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, subjective cognition of work-family balance is influenced by satisfaction of work, division of housework, and care of family. Second, the conflict degree of work-family balance is influenced by age, working week, and satisfaction with work. Third, the relationship between subjective cognition and conflict degree of work-family balance is a negative correlation. The relationship between subjective cognition of work-family balance and cognition of family strength is a positive correlation but the difference between conflict degree of work-family balance and cognition of family strength is not significant. Finally, for the married men, the working environmental factor is a significant factor for the work-family balance. And the higher the satisfaction of work and division of domestic work, the greater is the balance between work and family. This suggests that they also have a higher cognition of family strength.

This study was conducted to compare the level of RN-BSN students' job satisfaction and professional self-concept (PSCNI) prior to RN-BSN course and upon graduation The study was designed to investigate the degree of job satisfaction and PSCNI, and to test the correlation between job satisfaction and professional self-concept. The subjects were 68 students in Chunchon, who entered to H University (RN-BSN course) in March 1997. The data was gathered by self-reported questionnaire job satisfaction(48 items) and professional self-concept nurses instrument (PSCNI: 27 items) The instruments used for this study were the nurse Job satisfaction scale developed by Stamps et al., and Arthur's PSCNI. The reliability of two questionnaires were relatively high (Job satisfaction Cronbach's $\alpha$=0.88, 0.89, PSCNI Cronbach's $\alpha$=0.80, 0.96) The data was analyzed frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's corelation, and multiple regression analysis through SAS program. Research findings were as follows : 1. The average item score of job satisfaction was 119.50(prior to RN-BSN course) 124.16 (upon graduation). PSCNI' average item score was 75.37/77.21 at each. 2. The job satisfaction scores were significantly higher at the graduation than at the entrance(t=2,10, P=.040). But PSCNI's scores had no significant difference. 3. The relationship between job satisfaction and PSCNI of entering time was high R=.60, P=.000) The relationship of the two at graduation time was not high(R=.29, P=.018). 4. The factors contributing to the job satisfaction & PSCNI as follow: job satisfaction(prior to RB-BSN course), PSCNI(prior to RB-BSN course), The factors contributing to the job satisfaction & PSCNI were as follow: PSCNI(prior to RN-BSN course) In conclusion, we recognized that RN-BSN course influenced job satisfaction of students. Also this study Eave a information for necessity to develop curricula promoting PSCNI. Nurse-educator should explore further research to enlighten the nursing profession.
The purpose of this study was to explore the well-being attitude and use the expectation-disconfirmation model to assess consumer satisfaction with well-being products. The consumer expectations, performance and disconfirmation scales were composed of 7 items of 5-likert scales. Consumer satisfaction with well-being products was measured with one-item-measurement scale. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The well-being attitude consists of 4 factors. : consumption of the well-being products, pursuit of mental well-being, criticism of commercial fashion, and pursuit of harmony with natural life. 2. Well-being attitude influences the consumers' expectation, performance, and satisfaction with well-being products. 3. Consumer expectation for well-being products has no influence on satisfaction, but performance and disconfirmation have a high degree of influence on satisfaction.
This study is about the satisfaction and the usage of users' manual for mobile phones with multi-functions. The users' manual is redesigned by including ergonomic factors verified through survey. This paper is to propose a redesigned users' manual which is more readable and understandable than original users' manuals. The degree of improvement is measured by the usability evaluation. There are significant differences(p<0.05) in the number of functional description original users' manuals. And the degree of users' satisfaction with the description of Crystal Display) are significant diffenences among the original users' manuals. In the as of description, the significant differences are partially found. The users' manual is re arranging the explanations of functions compactly in a table form, and reducing the cl has also $3cm^*2cm$ LCD figures to facilitate the understanding. The usability evaluation users' satisfaction and understanding for the redesigned users' manual are higher than original users' manuals.

This study was conducted to figure out measures to improve abandoned mine area residents' life satisfaction from the viewpoint of ecosystems. The subjects of this study were 195 residents aged at least 30 years and structured survey were used collected from April, 3, 2014 to 20. The levels of abandoned mine area residents' mental health were measured using the general mental health scale and the residents' life satisfaction was examined using a life satisfaction scale. The abandoned mine area resident's life satisfaction was a little higher than the middle and their future life satisfaction was shown to be the lowest. Out of the microsystemic factors, mental health degree contributing to the quality of life and those with lower depression and anxiety showed higher life satisfaction. None of the mesosysystemic factors, were not found to influencing the quality of life. Out of the macrosystemic factors were found to be mine area special law in influencing the quality of life. In order to improve the life satisfaction of the mine locals seem to need practical strategies related for maintaining a healthy mind and continued implementation of the economic revitalization policy.

In this paper an attempt is tried to answer the following questions : What does ergonomics have to do with work satisfaction\ulcorner Is there more satisfaction when ergonomics have applied in the design of work\ulcorner Is ergonomics important for work satisfaction\ulcorner This paper is started by defining the concept of satisfaction and ergonomics which is still at a comparatively early stage of development, and the effect of this in practice is that the majority of ergonomics assignments involve research. And then there discussions difficult theories of motivation and satisfaction such as Maslow' theory and Horzberg's theory. And in this paper I'll try to formulate the logical consequences of those theories for the relation between ergonomics and satisfaction. Finally I'll conclude with some ideas about the significance of ergonomics satisfaction. The level of satisfaction experienced with one's work is a complete function of the degree to which different values connected with work and with its concomitant results are attained, the opportunities perceived for the attainment of these values, the relative advantages and disadvantages of the work situation compared with that of other people, and personality and cultural determinants. As for ergonomics, the ergonomist's comprehension will need in future to encompass more of the emotional, attitudinal and motivational facts of working people. Ergonomically - designed work will not produce high degrees of satisfaction, but absence of ergonomics in design will be connected with some dissatisfaction. So this paper suggest s that ergonomics has some significance for work satisfaction and that social Psychological efforts to enhance work satisfaction cannot easily succeed without taking into account human-factors principles.
This study is about understanding the single elderly's view on remarriage and finding factors that affect the remarriage which should provide basic data for the future research on the single elderly's view on remarriage. 251 single elderly men and women (divorced or widowed) were asked to answer the survey questionnaire which also involved individual interviews. A brief summary of the results of this study is as following. The elderly's view on remarriage significantly varies according to the factors like sex age and the number of children of the elderly cause of being single degree of loneliness need for remarriage degree of satisfaction out previous marriage prior remarriage experience. The degree of satisfaction out of previous marriage is high when they maintain cordial relationship with their children and the cause of breakup of marriage is death and the degree of loneliness is high and the period of the previous marriage is long while the period of being single afterward is short. Women's expectation level of remarriage is significantly different in most variables. But that of men's is not different significantly different in most variables. But that of men's is not different significantly in most variables. The satisfaction of the first marriage and the expectation level of remarriage are in positive correlation.
The residential environment of old and deteriorated public rental housing has been improved for preventing house deterioration through the facility improvement projects during the recent three years. The purpose of this study is to check the effect of applied facility improvement projects through a survey to residents on the significance degree of improving the residential environment and the satisfaction degree of current residential environment. Moreover, this study aims to draw out the direction of the residential environment improvement. At first, for this purpose, a survey to the residents of old and deteriorated public rental housing in the country was conducted. In addition, the mean value analysis on the satisfaction degree and significance degree was done, and the factor analysis was conducted for the distinction between types of items. As a result, 29 items of residential public space for residential environment improvement were divided into six factors and 28 items for generation of each units were divided into four factors. The mean value of the satisfaction degree and significance degree was compared. In conclusion, the design direction of environment improvement projects in the future was suggested with the result of the survey.
This study selected emergency medical technicians at 24 fire police boxes in Jeonnam in order to examine the relationship between job stress, fatigue and job satisfaction of 119 emergency medical technicians. Data were collected from Apr. 10 to May 9, 2004, questionnaires were mailed and returned by mail. Total 109 questionnaires were distributed and 89 questionnaires were collected and 80 except 9 omitting answers and showing inappropriate answers were used for final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. A. The total mean of areas composing job stress in the degree of job stress of 119 emergency medical technicians was over the average as 2.54 (SD .44) of 4 full marks. According to the degree of job stress by each area, the highest area of job stress was crisis situation (2.98), followed by role conflict as professional job (2.58), social factors (2.57), involvement in organization (2.55). To the contrary, the areas of the lowest job stress were professional knowledge and technique (2.35), psychological burden of medical limitation (2.38), conflicts in personal relationship and services (2.45) and improper treatment (2.53). B. The degree of fatigue of 119 emergency medical technicians by areas was over mean as 2.09(SD .49) of 4 full scores and physical fatigue was highest (2.18), followed by mental fatigue (2.11) and neurosensory fatigue (1.99). C. The degree of job satisfaction of 119 emergency medical technicians was 2.71 of 5 full scores and working condition area (3.70) showed the highest job satisfaction, followed by requirement of organization (2.85) and the lowest job satisfaction area was job itself (2.18), followed by desire for job (2.49). D. According to differences in demographical characteristics of 119 emergency medical technicians, there was no variable of statistical difference at job stress and job satisfaction in significance level .05, but fatigue showed statistical difference at final education (F=2.393, p=.046). E. According to differences related to job characteristics of 119 emergency medical technicians, job stress showed statistical differences at motif of current services (F=4.935, p=.003), fatigue showed those at health conditions (F=2.732, p=.008), job satisfaction at overtime (F=3.038, p.034) and the greatest reason of having job (F=3.217, p=.017), F. As a result of analyzing correlations between job stress. fatigue and job satisfaction of the subject, job stress showed positive correlations (r=.411, p=.000) with fatigue and negative correlation (r=-.267, p=.008) with job satisfaction. Fatigue showed negative correlation (r=-.287, p=.005) with job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothesis of this study. "There will be relationship between degree of stress, fatigue and job satisfaction of subjects." was supported.
