This study aimed to identify its research trends using social network analysis(SNA). The results of the analysis showed that, for degree centrality, Busan Port(0.223) was the keyword that had the highest centrality, followed by DEA(0.060), AHP(0.056), and container terminal and port competitiveness(0.049). Busan Port(0.245) also had the highest betweenness centrality, followed by DEA(0.048), container terminal(0.044), AHP(0.039), and Busan New Port(0.032). The trend analysis inferred that efficiency analysis(DEA), strategy selection, and competition analysis(AHP) were the keywords with a high centrality for Busan Port to gain a competitive edge with global ports. However, research on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is emerging as a key issue, was insufficient. In the future, research using social data, such as mass media and social networks, is necessary.

Fabrication of the hull plate demands a lot of man-hour and a high degree of technology. In recent years, commercial shipping orders have been fallen because of intensifying competition with low price of order and labor cost. In order to solve this problem, a countermeasure such as a cost reduction is required. In this study, we are dealing with the method of supplying the forming information of the hull to the production site. We reviewed studies of hull forming that have been proposed so far to develop a method for providing hull forming information. On the basis of given production plans from the production site of shipyard, we discuss how to convert shell plate to production plan. Then, we will discuss the efficiency of the distribution method through the network about the method of hull forming. Thus, we have modified the distribution method which was proposed before. Finally, we will introduce the enhanced method for providing fabrication information of the hull plate to the small and medium-sized shipyards.

This study has been conducted to estimate the degree of cognition of military hospital services according to experience of military hospital services for serviceman, and to find out some factors affecting the medical services satisfaction. Questionnaires were given to 600 persons during October 5th though 24th 2009. All 600 questionnaires distributed affair, but 343 cases were collected. Statistical analysis methods used in this dissertation are t-test, Logistic Regression Analysis and other basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, and standard deviation using SPSS ver, 17.0. Results of the study are as follows: The satisfaction of the treat a patients' to compared military hospital and private hospital was providing free medical treatment for serviceman. The dissatisfaction of the treat a patients' to compared military hospital and private hospital was army doctors treated his very unfriendly. The level of medical treatment to providing military hospital was very low cognition for serviceman. In conclusion, to increase the preference of the military hospital is level of private hospital health care level of should be to developed. More support to financial should provide for medical workforce and setting of cutting edge medical equipment in the military hospital. Military hospital is should be competition with private hospital. Also should be improve the quality of military medical service.

A relation between the movement range of arms and arising moment has been studied to find out efficient movement range to minimize impact concerning arm landing in sports aerobics. Four male athletes who won top three in national-level sports aerobics competition were chosen for the experiment. They were allowed to jump in between two force platform so that the right hand and the right leg could land onto the front and rear force platform, respectively. The sampling frequency was 200 Hz. The main conclusions based on the analysis of the angle and joint moment parameters of wrist, elbow, and shoulder are as follows: 1. The wrist moment was small when its angle was small, indicating that the dorsi-flexion of the wrist joint offered a positive influence to reduce wrist moment. 2. The elbow angle increased as wrist angle decreased and vice versa. This means that the movement range of the wrist joint affects that of the elbow joint. The darsi-flexion of the wrist is the position to absorb the impact of the elbow effectively rather than to absorb the impact of the wrist itself. The impact is absorbed by the flexion of wrist joint rather than the wrist. 3. The degree of moment transfer of the shoulder joint, having absorbed the impact from the elbow and elbow joint, became dependent on the efficiency of the fore-joints impact absorption.

In this age of infinite competition, quality control plays a huge part in deciding whether companies survive or not. In order to successfully solve the fundamental questions of quality in corporate management under the given circumstances, I suggest that the followings are vital: 1) continuous training of employees and competence development; 2) advocating employees' voluntary involvements and their will to work; 3) revitalizing quality circle activities. Activities of quality circles, which are organized to work out fundamental problems within the corporation, are important in renovating the existing administration. Thus, the purpose of this study is to understand the degree of influence quality circle activities have on the management outcome of the corporation by analyses of actual proofs, and to raise the importance of these activities. Moreover, it purports to provide the foundation for domestic companies to move toward becoming competitive advantage organizations by endowing them with the motivation to activate quality circles.

Fisheries and shipping industry as national basic industry need continuous growth and basic human resource development for international competition. This study was carried out through investigating of the related literature and reports. The purpose of study for developing direction and subject matter of curriculum in the fisheries marine science high school was as follows. Recently, reforms of vocational high school will expand professionalization and specialization. Therefore systematic curriculum of basic knowledge, basic skill and technical is required more and more in field work of fishery and merchant marine. The other important factors of curriculum improvement were cooperative role between school and local industry, adaptation of basic ability, job analysis, various curriculum opening. Above all, teachers of fisheries and merchant marine high school require advanced consciousness and must participate in revising curriculum. And the textbook of fisheries and merchant marine high school is useful to improve the level of learning ability degree and must be written by the related teacher, and the textbook contents must be studied by the expert group under professors leading to advanced discipline and skill of field work.

Service importance has been growing increasingly as competition element of enterprises according to going on rapid softness, information and knowledge of industrial infrastructure recently. Quality management system that implemented in manufacturing sector have been spreading rapidly to service company, but the company performing pure engineering service only in construction fields performed mainly the evaluation on the operational aspect such as degree of implementation of the established system because it is difficult to objective evaluation on the activity of the established quality management system or quality assurance system. This study would like to make on offer the improvement points based on the evaluation of service quality and the itself evaluation result through the questionnaire on the service offerers and customers using the pre-qualified SERVQUAL model in establishment of the improvement goal of the company. According to the result of this study, it is analyzed a gap and required to establish a counter-plan to correct many gaps discovered between the real offered level and the expect level of custom.

In this paper, It is purpose to find which is success factors affecting to a finance and the other part of results in B2C Internet shopping mall companies. In order to achieve a study purpose, we make a model by literature study and inquiries and analysis the result data. Consequently for successful B2C Internet shopping mall operation, it needs a assistance of a company fully. But the company which shall get a maximum effect with resources limited is difficult to assistance fully. This study will be used to establish strategies of distribution of resources appropriately for the company which is not fully assist B2C Internet shopping mall operation because of restrictions of manpower, material and finance.

Loyalty programs are used by many fashion firms as marketing tools for reducing customer switching and increasing customer loyalty in keen market competition conditions. The purpose of this study is to explore and propose an effective implementation of a loyalty program for a targeted fashion firm's customers by grasping their perceived value of and satisfaction with the loyalty program. Questionnaires were administered to 329 college students in Gwangju. For data analysis, factor analysis, Chronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and a Structural Equation Model using the LISREL 8.30 program were applied. The results were as follows. First, the degree of perceived value of the loyalty program was classified according to cash value, convenience of use, aspirational value, and suitability of use. The aspirational value and cash value significantly affected the students' satisfaction with the loyalty program, but the convenience of use and suitability of use were not significant. Second, higher satisfaction with the loyalty program was related to higher overall customer satisfaction but did not affect customer trust and loyalty. Finally, higher overall satisfaction was related to customer trust but did not affect customer loyalty, and higher trust affected customer loyalty.

In this study we report on the estrogen activity of silkworm pupa and herb extracts in vitro. The estrogenic activity of these resources was investigated by competition binding assays with estrogen receptor $\alpha(ER{\alpha})\;or\;ER{\beta}$, and viability of MCF-7 cells, a human breast cancer cell line. Saturation ligand-binding analysis of $ER{\alpha}\;and\;ER{\beta}$ revealed that all plant extracts competed with estrogen ligand for binding to both ER subtypes with a similar preference and degree and competed stronger with ligand for binding to $ER{\beta}\;than\;to\;ER{\alpha}$. The highest $ER{\alpha}-binding$ sample was silkworm pupa aqueous extract The highest $ER{\beta}-binding$ sample was silkworm pupa oil. These samples were further tested for bioactivity based on their ability to regulate cell growth rate in ER(+) breast cancer cell line, MCF-7 cells. Our studies showed that silkworm pupa, soritae, sesame, yam, pueraria, malt, ginseng, Polygonum multiflorum, and Curcuma longa significantly stimulated the growth of MCF-7 cells (P<0.05). In summary, these results suggested that silkworm pupa and herbs might be useful as potential phytoestrogens.
