The performance of a deep water drillship, is investigated with the view of the characteristics of the thrusters and the resistance increasement due to moonpooi. The model tests have been performed to obtain the resistance of two drillships with the moonpooi open and closed including shape changes of moonpool step. To design the DP system, thrust forces of azimuth thrusters have been measured during azimuthing at zero speed condition. Thrusters, azimuthing under the bottom of ship, have the interactions of the other thrusters due to flow changes made by other thrusters, and the existence of ship hull makes the thrust deduction higher than when the thrust operates by itself. The resistance increasement due to the moonpooi is highly dependent on the step height of the moonpool and the draft. It is found that the height of moonpool step can reduce the resistance increasement by moonpool.

Kleene first investigated a three-valued system which follows the evaluations of the Lukasiewicz infinite-valued logic ${\L}C$ with respect to negation, conjunction, and disjunction, and treats $\rightarrow$ as material-like implication in the sense that A $\rightarrow$ B is defined as ${\sim}A{\vee}B$ in its evaluation. Diense and Rescher extended it to many-valued logic and infinite-valued logic, respectively. This paper investigates a variant of the infinite-valued Kleene-Diense logic KD, which we shall call strong Kleene-Diense logic (sKD): sKD has the same evaluations as KD except that sKD takes a variant of Kleene-Diense implication. Following the idea of Dunn [2], we provide algebraic completeness for sKD together with its deduction theorem.

In this paper, a method which can deduce the traction farce or the braking force from the acceleration or the deceleration of the train, has been suggested. In the case of Korean high speed train (HSR-350x), the traction force and the braking forces have been obtained by using this method. It is proven that the proposed method is a very good tool in estimating the traction force or the braking force when the train starts or stops. Also, these forces on be used to calculate friction coefficients of mechanical brakes and the transmission efficiency of the traction system.

Mini-mill process which is one of the new steel making process to be able to produce the hot rolled strip by thin slab caster, was completed in the kwangyang steel work. The new process was constructed liquid core deduction, tandem reduction unit, induction heater, coil box and finishing mill to be varied width. Therefore, in oder to make sure of target strip width, analysis of actual plant data was done to fine out amount of width deviation. Finally, the predication system of width in the mini-mill process was developed to included temperature caculation model.

To identify the actual situation of financial information disclosure, a content analysis was performed on pamphlets of a time deposit and a new reserve trust offered by banks and other financial institutes. Although consumers required information on interest rate, tax favor, loan service, protection of brink depositors and bank security to select a financial service account, informations offered on pamphlets are not sufficient. Therefore concrete way of information offer system shoed be developed. In offering interest rate, interest rate after tax deduction or payment at maturity should be also mentioned. Information on tax favor, protection of bank depositors and bank security should be contained in pamphlets as well. Use of easy terms and notes are recommended for developing pamphlets for financial products.

이동물체의 인식기능은 인간을 대신하여 수행하기위한 컴퓨터비젼 시스템이다. 공간적 의사결정지원시스템(SDSS: Spatial Decision Support Systems)을 이용한 이동물체의 위치를 인식하는 시스템은 실세계의 복잡하고 다양한 조건들을 만족시키는 대안들을 도출시키고 보다 객관적이고 과학적으로 평가받는 연구가 될것이다.본 연구에서는 거리 추정 데이터를 수집하여 공간적 의사결정을 이용하여 이동 물체의 위치를 인식하는 방법을 제안한다.

Ayurveda is often criticized for having empirical and non-evidence based approach to treat the patients. At the same time, modern medicine is also being criticized for having a non-holistic, reductionist and mechanistic approach of treating the patients which do not help in many real clinical situations. An open minded deduction of treatment approaches in both of these systems for a common patient however makes us to rethink that ideally both systems are similar with a common objective of offering a cure although in a manner which is better understood through their own methods of learning. The differences therefore, are more superficial rather than being deeply rooted in the understanding. A more tolerant viewpoint towards the competitive medical systems may therefore be a better approach to offer optimal health care to our people through a genuine amalgamation of these two health care sciences through an integrated approach. Once this tolerance is developed, it will give us an opportunity to think for a focused selection of type of health care depending upon the type of the disease and strength of the particular system in that area.

The purpose of this paper is to cultivate field of new distribution and it will set three detail aims and such aims will be propelled. First, investigates a present condition of domestic financial distribution, second, presents standard model of financial distribution, and third, confirms suitability of standard model on financial distribution for instance analysis. incidental purpose is to offer improvement method about corresponding instance through deduction of problem and estimate of analysis instance. The purpose of this paper is also to induce more strategic financial industry through research of related system such as LIS, CVO and TMS or through research of prior innovation contents by application to NONGHYUP for realization of financial distribution model.

It is needed for human-being to get the better healthcare and to be educated well for happiness. In korea, they have had less interest in the healthcare than the education. In this study, the role of taxes was surveyed for the improvement of the healthcare. Many articales on the tax system of the healthcare were investigated. And it was searched also what is the key factors of tax expenditures for the improvement of the healthcare. Through a survey to the staffs of medical services, tax experts, the receiver of medical services and tax officiers, the gap of opinions in each group and the factors of tax expenditures were analysed. The findings of this study are as following: Firstly, For the improvement of the healthcare the acceptability of tax deduction is needed. Secondly, is found that there is a meaningful difference between the staffs of medical services and tax officiers in the acceptability of tax expenditures.

This study analyzes the mathematical relationship between DC-link voltage and system parameters for shunt active power filters (APFs). Analysis and mathematical deduction are used to determine the required minimum DC-link voltage for APF. A novel adaptive DC-link voltage controller for the three-phase four-wire shunt APF is then proposed. In this controller, the DC-link voltage reference value will be maintained at the required minimum voltage level. Therefore, power consumption and switching loss will effectively decrease. The DC-link voltage can also adaptively yield different DC-link voltage levels based on different harmonic currents and grid voltage levels and thus avoid the effects of harmonic current and grid voltage fluctuation on compensation performance. Finally, representative simulation and experimental results in a three-phase four-wire center-split shunt APF are presented to verify the validity and effectiveness of the minimum DC-link voltage design and the proposed adaptive DC-link voltage controller.
