리뷰 메시지 유형에 따른 웹소설 독자의 온라인 리뷰 유용성 평가: 의사결정 유형의 조절효과 (Perceived Usefulness of Online Reviews by Web Novel Readers According to Review Message Types: A Study on the Moderation Effect of Decision-Making Styles)

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 경험재인 웹소설을 선택하는 상황에서 사실적 메시지와 평가적 메시지를 담은 온라인 리뷰를 보았을 때 더 유용하다고 판단하는 리뷰가 무엇인지 탐색하고, 이러한 유용성 평가의 차이에 대한 개인의 분석적 의사결정 성향 수준의 조절효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 경험재를 구매하기 전 객관적 정보를 수집하는 소비자의 성향에 근거하여 웹소설의 소비자는 사실적인 온라인 리뷰의 유용성을 더 높이 평가할 것으로 예상하였다. 또한 인지적 성향에 따라 구분되는 의사결정 유형 중 분석적 의사결정자는 정확한 정보를 수집하여 논리적인 판단을 내린다. 따라서 분석적 의사결정 성향 수준이 높아짐에 따라 사실적인 온라인 리뷰의 유용성 평가가 높아질 것으로 예상하였다. 실험 1의 결과 사실적인 리뷰를 제시받은 집단이 평가적인 리뷰를 제시받은 집단보다 리뷰의 유용성을 높이 평가하였으며, 실제 웹소설 선택 상황과 유사하게 두 유형의 리뷰를 동시에 제시한 실험 2에서도 리뷰의 유용성 평가에 대한 리뷰 메시지 유형의 주효과가 확인되었다. 또한 실험 2에서는 분석적 의사결정 성향 수준이 높아짐에 따라 사실적인 리뷰의 유용성을 높이 평가하는 경향이 드러나 분석적 의사결정 성향 수준의 조절적 역할이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 경험재인 웹소설을 선택하는 상황에서 리뷰 메시지 유형 및 소비자의 분석적 의사결정 성향 수준이 소비자의 리뷰 유용성 평가에 영향을 끼친다는 사실을 확인함으로써 웹소설 소비자의 행동 양식을 밝혔다는 이론적, 실무적 의의를 갖는다.

  • 스마트폰 사용자들은 맛집 추천 앱을 통해 음식점을 선택하며, 이용자 후기를 중요한 의사결정 정보로 활용한다. 이러한 변화 속에서 앱 서비스 제공자와 광고주는 이용자 후기의 중요성을 인식하고는 있으나, 다양한 이용자 후기가 실제적으로 고객의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대해서는 이해가 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 부정적 이용 후기를 중심으로 음식점 방문의도에 미치는 영향의 정도가 의사결정 유형에 따라 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 맛, 서비스, 분위기의 부정적 이용 후기 속성에 따른 3가지 시나리오를 개발하여 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 부정적 이용 후기의 속성에 따라 음식점 방문 의도에 미치는 영향이 다른 것을 확인하였으며, 의사결정 유형에 따라 부정적 이용 후기의 영향이 다른 것을 부분적으로 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 맛집 추천 앱 서비스 제공자와 광고주가 부정적 이용 후기에 대한 적절한 관리 방안 수립 시에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

에니어그램 중심가치와 자기해석 수준에 따른 의류 소비자의 구매 의사결정 스타일 (Fashion Consumers' Purchase Decision-Making Styles Related to the Enneagram Core Values and Self-Construal Levels)

  • This study investigated a conceptual framework of fashion consumers' purchase decision-making styles related to behavioral typology of personality. In response to critiques on fragmented and varied use of personality measurements, this study selectively tested and verified an alternative typological model of Enneagram value systems and self-construal levels that could explain the fashion consumers' typological propensities in purchase decision-making. One hundred-item measurement scale for the fashion consumers' purchase decision-making styles was developed based on the extensive literature. Three groups of fashion major students, a total of 107 participants, who respectively participated in 2-hour-long Enneagrams seminars from spring 2013 to fall 2014, were asked to re-sentence the question items to clearly reflect their Enneagram personality to make purchase decisions. Participants described their propensities in their own words about the most comfortable state during the 5-step processes of the purchase decision making process. The revised scale was distributed to 423 participants in January 2016, and the results verified the group differences in various styles in the process of purchase decision-making corresponding to the typological variables discussed in Enneagram. The correlation between Enneagram core values embodied by fashion consumers during the stages of purchase decision-making in extensive levels of self-construal were verified in the context of their fashion decision making. This study found the possibility of the typological approach toward Enneagram types of personality to be applicable to explain and predict peculiar facets of fashion consumers' purchase decision-making styles.

외식업체 한식 레스토랑의 고객 충성도에 관한 연구 (A Study regarding the Customer Loyalty of Korean-Style Food Restaurant)

  • The service quality factors which causes an effect in restaurant selections appeared with gain and loss factors of essence and the customers. The restaurant recommendation factor was appeared with shedding of blood characteristics. The research which sees Korean-style food party's decision making is difficult with the plan of the security and loyalty of customers presented. The marketing strategy for the customer loyalty of Korean-style food party will be able to be overcome. The critical point of the research which sees for the security of the loyalty customer selects a target market, and the strategy which invades intensively is necessary. The Korean-style food party decision may cause the customer fractionation anger which follows in market fractionation anger. It does not become accomplished from the research which sees but with the critical point of research to appear, the research of creation of the loyalty customer who applies a market fractionation anger necessity will be becomes feed with hereafter research subject.

병원의 투자결정행태와 수익성 (Investment Decision-making Behaviors and Profitability of the Hospital)

  • This study was designed to find out the relations between the major investment decision-making behaviors and profitability of the hospital. A total of 57 hospitals were analyzed on this study. The major findings were as follows; 1. Among the types of the investment decision-making, major factors affecting the profitability were where the top management belongs among the defender, analyzer, prospector, and reactor type. Other factors were whether or not hospital analyzes which is more economical between the purchase by cash and lease of the medical equipment and whether or not hospital changes the decision before the actual investment. 2, Among the types of the investment decision-making, major factors affecting the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets were ranking of the priority and whether or not hospitals can get enough revenue and cash flow when hospitals have to borrow a big amount of fund from outside. 3. Among the financial indices regarding the financial stability, major factor affecting the profitability was fixed assets to long-tenn capital. Other factors affecting the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets were value added to medical equipment, normal profit to medical equipment, liability to total assets, current ratio, value added to payroll expenses. 4. Investment decision-making behaviors are partially influencing on the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets. However it was proved that the profitability was the most influencial factor than other factors related with the operation of the hospital. 5. To improve the irrational investment decision-making behaviors strategic management system should be introduced, and the top mamagement's investment decision-making style should be changed from reactor and analyser styles to prospector and reactor ones.

말기 환자의 공유 의료적 의사결정에 관한 의료인의 인식 유형 (Types of Shared Medical Decision Making for Terminally Ill Patients)

  • 목적: 의료가 복잡하고 전문화된 최근에는 의료학문간 소통과 융합이 강조되고 있다. 병원업무는 환자를 중심으로 여러 분야의 협동 체계를 통한 의사결정의 효율성이 요구된다. 이 논문은 말기 환자에 대한 의사와 간호사의 공유 의료적 의사결정에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다. 방법: Q 방법론을 적용하여 35개의 Q 진술문을 9점 척도의 정규분포로 39명에게 작성하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 QUANL PC 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 결과: 환자결정형, 의사결정형, 의료인 공유결정형, 환자 가족 결정형의 네 가지 유형으로 나타났다. 공통적으로 동의한 항목은 충분한 설명과 치료과정의 공유, 교육 등으로 나타났고, 부정적으로 생각한 항목은 치료에 법적 측면을 고려에 대한 내용이었다. 제1유형은 환자의 요구와 가치관을 존중하는 환자중심의 의사결정 방식을, 제2유형은 의사가 결정을 내리고 환자가 이를 따르는 방식을, 제3유형은 의료인 상호간의 협력적인 의사 공유를, 제4유형은 의료인뿐 아니라 가족 참여의 의사결정을 중요하게 생각하였다. 결론: 의료인 간의 생각이 다양하다는 것을 보여주며, 일반인과도 의견의 차이를 보여준다. 의사결정에 대한 의견의 공유와 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

고객 관계지향성 형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship-Orientation of Customers toward Business)

  • The relationship-orientation is an important concept for understanding both of marketing theory and practice. However, not many research have focused on how to develop the relationship-orientation of end users. Therefore, the objective of this research is to confirm the key factors relevant to the relationship-orientation. This research studies(1) the transaction style of individuals, and (2) social influences on the relationship-orientation. Customers want to reduce the number of choice sets because of transaction style, including (1) efficiency of decision making, (2) simplification of information processing, (3) avoidance of future perceived risk, and (4) pursuit of cognitive consistency. Customers are influenced by social factors such as family members, reference groups, and opinion leaders. The following conclusions were drawn based on results of research analysis: (1) efficiency of decision making and avoidance of future perceived risk affect the relationship-orientation, and (2) influences of family members and opinion leaders to the focal relationship affect the relationship-orientation of individuals.

  • This study aims to analyze consumers' purchase decision-making process of buying avatar fashion items on the Metaverse platform. Drawing on the connection between the self-expression tendency of the MZ generation and that of avatars in the Metaverse, this study uses a qualitative research method to analyze how consumers express their self-image through the appearance of their avatars. Unlike previous studies on the clothing purchase decision-making process, this study shows that purchasing and consumption behavior involve the following six stages: recognizing desire, collecting information, evaluating alternatives, making purchases, evaluating the consumption, and post-purchase action-taking. In the first stage of the purchase decision-making process, consumers' desire arises with self-image expression and confirmation. In the second stage, consumers have a high tendency to shop in the best item category. In the alternative evaluation stage, consumers tend to seek items that match their highest standard while considering their personal preferences. In the fourth stage, when making actual purchases, unplanned purchase behavior often occurs along with an active practice of alternative evaluation. In the fifth stage, the evaluation of the consumption shows that consumers achieve satisfaction by applying a style to their avatars that they are unable to try in the real world. In the last stage, consumers often use their purchases to communicate their various styles with other online consumers. Therefore, we conclude that the online purchase decision-making process differs from the offline process as it is divided into six stages.

  • On the basis of the equity theory, as the couple perceives their relationship is equitable, they tend to make decisions jointly and are satisfied with their family lives. Therefore this study is aimed to identify the relationship among perception of equity, decision-making styles and family life satisfaction in dual-career couples. As a result of analyzing the cause-effect relationship, it shows that many socioeconomic$.$psychological variables have direct indirect impact on family life satisfaction through medium factor, so this study proves the application of the cause-effect modes. However the influence of the perception of equity of wives were higher than husbands.

  • In this paper, the optimal decision making strategy for resource management is viewed in terms of a combined strategy of planting and producing time. A model which can be used to determine the optimal management strategy is developed, and focuses on how to design the operation of a Markov chain so as to optimize its performance. This study estimated a dynamic stochastic model to compare alternative production style and used the net present value of returns to evaluate the scenarios. The managers in this study may be able to increase economic returns by delaying produce in order to market larder, more valuable commodities.
