Warehouse Management System was a helper of business in past, but it is perceived as a core competitive power and a tool for generating new business. It have been come out some new prospects for WMS due to generalization of global outsourcing and extension of the range of supply chain. In China, H automobile company construct the new WMS for providing the production extension and increment of part demand for A/S. This paper deals with the location management in warehouse, warehouse management, delivery management of goods from a warehouse, inventory management organizing WMS for construction of A/S warehouse in H motor in China. Then we identified the several problems of existing warehouse and constructed the driving organization and methods for overcoming these problems. We continually gather data for analysing the effects of new A/S warehouse and WMS construction.

Useful data being distributed over several systems, we have a problem in accessing and utilizing them. Recognizing this problem, researchers have proposed two concepts as solutions to the problem, multidatabase and data warehouse. The one provides a virtual view over the distributed data, and the latter is a materialized view of it. Recently, more attention has been paid to the latter, which is a single of distributed database, collected along a time dimension. So, the major issues in building a data warehouse are 1) how to define a global schema for the data warehouse, 2) how to capture changes from local databases, and 3) how to represent time-varying values of data item. This paper presents an integrated approach to these issues, borrowing the research results from such areas as multidatabase, active databases and temporal databases.

데이터 웨어하우스는 운영 시스템이 아닌 "경영층의 의사결정지원을 위한, 통합적, 시계열적, 주제 지향적, 비휘발성적인 데이터의 집합"으로 정의된다. 데이터 웨어하우스는 기업정보처리를 위한 기본적인 아키텍처로 데이터가 공급되었다고 해서 정보의 창조와 사용과 직결되지는 않는다. 데이터 웨어하우징 시스템은 데이터 공급이 아니라, 정보의 사용을 주목적으로 하고 있다. 현재의 항만공사 운영시스템인 Port-MIS에서는 데이터베이스 구성이 전체적인 데이터 아키텍처 하에서 구성되지 않고 업무별 데이터베이스, 목적별 데이터베이스 형태로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 점들 때문에 데이터베이스 확장에 한계가 있고 데이터 불일치 등이 발생할 수 있으며, 전사적 데이터 자산관리가 이루지기 어렵다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항만공사의 운영을 위한 데이터 웨어하우스 구현 방안을 개념적 연구로 제안하였다.

The NGIS(National Geographic Information System) project is in its third phase currently. To put the produced data to practical use, central and local governments are trying to implement spatial data warehouse(SDW). In this study, status of local and international SDW(Spatial Data Warehouse) technology were investigated. It has been observed that in Korea it was necessary to shift the focus from management of spatial data to servicing of spatial data to information end users. To that end, the following tasks should be pursued : 1) standardization, 2) automatic ways of linking various legacy administrative information, 3) development of customized middleware for spatial data integration and 4) legal system infra structure.

Many enterprises continue to have an interest in the usage of new information technologies to gain a competitive advantage. In particular, their interest in the data warehouse and the data mining reveals the aspect of such a trend. Although lots of vendors announce a variety of tools for data warehousing, many a enterprise have a difficulty in building a robust data warehouse due to the lack of the ability of selecting an appropriate data warehouse technology options. Therefore, this study presents some evaluation factors, evaluation methods, and evaluation results about ETT tools, mainly in terms of a comparative test for the current available data warehousing ETT tools, Also, this paper suggests some guides about choosing the right ETT tools.

With introduction of amended educational curriculum in 2007, optimizing project of educational environment to accomplish its purposes and goals includes expanding educational facilities and supplying eco-friendly school facilities. However, while the focus of optimizing project of educational environment is quality improvement of educational facilities, aging of these facilities built at th times of quantitative expansion and its management become serious problems. Higher concerns on studies and jobs on management of building caused by serious aging of facilities, management cost of building becomes a very crucial issue. Therefore, this study aims to analyze environment improvement budget of school facilities through building and using data warehouse, by investigating and analyzing the current status of environment improvement budget of school facilities and its cost through questionnaire and interview surveys on officers who are in charge of environment improvement budget of school facilities in educational administrations. This study thus analyzed environment improving budget of school facilities by using data warehouse technology collecting related data to the topic and setting levels by region, school class, establishment year, school facility types and others.

건설공사는 수많은 자원 중 상당부분이 자재공급업체에서 제공하는 자재의 원활한 공급에 따라 작업의 원활성이 결정된다. 자재를 적기에 조달하고 배분하는 결과에 따라 작업이 순조롭게 진행되고 궁극적으로 소기의 공사기간 내에 공사를 완료할 수 있다. 본 연구는 데이터 웨어하우스 기술을 활용하여 건설공사에서 중요한 자재관리에 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 건설공사의 자재관리를 위해 필요한 자재리드타임, 자재조달비율, 자재설치비율 등에 대한 정보를 다차원적으로 분석하고 KPI를 설정하여 의사결정 정보로 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 궁극적으로 본 연구는 건설공사의 운영계 시스템에서 발생하는 수많은 자재관련 데이터들을 효과적으로 활용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉, 주제 중심적이고 통합적인 데이터를 제공할 수 있는 데이터 웨어하우스 기술을 활용하여 체계적인 자재관리 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하였다.

The world today is advancing towards a digital solution for every indusial domain varying from advanced engineering and medicine to training and management. The supply cycles can only be boosted via an effective management of the warehouse and a stronger hold over the logistics and inventory insights. RFID technology has been an open source tool for various MNCs and corporal organization who have progressed along a considerable drift on the charts. RFID is a methodology of analysing the warehouse and logistic data and create useful information in line to the past trends and future forecasts. The method has a high tactical accuracy and has been seen providing up to 99.57% accurate insights for the future cycle, based on the organizational capabilities and available resources. This paper discusses the implementation of RFID on field and provides results of datasets retrieved from controlled data of a practical warehouse and logistics system.

최근 의사결정 지원 시스템의 필요성과 중요성이 크게 대두되어 활발히 연구가 진행되고 있는 공간 데이타 웨어하우스는 요약˙분석 작업을 통해 의사 결정에 필요한 정보를사용자에게 효율적으로 제공하기 위하여 과거로부터 누적된 이질적이고 다양한 대용량의 공간 데이타로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 공간 데이타 웨어하우스 모델링을 위해서 가상적인 시나리오를 토대로 효과적인 공간 다차원 모델을 고찰한다. 또한 사용자가 요구하는 기본적이고 핵심적인 분석 기능들을 모두 표현할 수 있는 공간 다차원 분석 질의의 여러 형태에 대하여 살펴본다.
