주거자산의 이전 경험, 계획 및 의식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Experiences, Plans, and Perception on the Housing Wealth Transfer)

  • Transfer of housing wealth is an extensive social and economic phenomenon different from the traditional processes. The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences, plans, and perception of housing wealth transfers among Korean families. Using questionnaire survey, 700 data from the respondents who residing in Seoul and Kyonggi provinces were collected and analyzed for the research purpose. Only a small portion of the respondents had experiences on housing wealth transfer. Most of the respondents showed that they would have a plan to inherit their housing wealth to their spouse and children after their death or the time when children need help from their parent(s). However, perception of babyboomers who were in their age of 40-50s was different from other age groups. Thus, it is important to consider its implications, especially with respect to changing traditional values on housing wealth transfer.

디스플레이 반송로봇 잔류진동 저감방안 (Method of Reducing Residual Vibration at the LCD Transfer Robot)

  • In the display industry, the residual vibration of the transfer robot can increase the process time and cause the breakage of the glass substrate, which is critical to productivity of display manufacturing. In this paper, the natural frequencies of transfer robot are analyzed by finite element method. On the basis of the analyzed data, we investigated the response characteristics of input shaping control with or without the glass presence on the hand of the transfer robot using MATLAB program, and compared with the current response characteristics of input shaping control applied to the industry. Based on this, we suggest an optimal residual vibration control method for the practical application in display industry.

교통카드자료를 이용한 환승정류장의 유형별 입지특성에 관한 연구 - 대구시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Type of Location Characteristics of Transfer Stations Using Data on Traffic Cards - Focused on Daegu City -)

  • 본 연구는 대구시의 교통카드자료를 이용하여, 환승정류장의 특성을 분석하였다. 대구시의 교통카드자료는 서울시와 달리 승차 정류장의 내용을 포함하고 있지 않고, 하차 단말기도 설치되어 있지 않기 때문에 환승정류장을 파악하기가 어렵다. 따라서 교통카드자료와 대구시 BMS자료와의 Matching으로 환승통행에 대한 데이터를 구축하여 본 연구를 진행하였다. 환승량 모형은 도심으로부터의 거리와 노선수는 양의 계수를 나타낸 반면, 대기시간은 음의 계수가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 분석에서는 Oneway ANOVA 분석을 통하여, 최적의 군집수를 정하였다. 군집1은 군집중심이 2.99로써, 대구시 중심에 위치한 형태이며 군집2는 군집중심이 6.73으로 군집3은 군집중심이 12.78로써, 대구시와 경산시의 경계를 포함하고 있는 형태를 나타내며 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Applied 2D equivalent linear program to analyze seismic ground motion: Real case study and parametric investigations

  • Seismic ground response evaluation is one of the main issues in geotechnical earthquake engineering. These analyses are subsequently divided into one-, two- and three-dimensional methods, and each of which can perform in time or frequency domain. In this study, a novel approach is proposed to assess the seismic site response using two-dimensional transfer functions in frequency domain analysis. Using the proposed formulation, a program is written in MATLAB environment and then promoted utilizing the equivalent linear approach. The accuracy of the written program is evaluated by comparing the obtained results with those of actual recorded data in the Gilroy region during Loma Prieta (1989) and Coyote Lake (1979) earthquakes. In order to precise comparison, acceleration time histories, Fourier amplitude spectra and acceleration response spectra diagrams of calculated and recorded data are presented. The proposed 2D transfer function diagrams are also obtained using mentioned earthquakes which show the amount of amplification or attenuation of the input motion at different frequencies while passing through the soil layer. The results of the proposed method confirm its accuracy and efficiency to evaluate ground motion during earthquakes using two-dimensional model. Then, studies on irregular topographies are carried out, and diagrams of amplification factors are shown.

  • EMU, Electrical Multiple Unit, stores various information in the computer system installed on the vehicle when train is running. The stored information has to be moved into a computer installed on the ground. The information is used to all kinds of planning concerned EMU, and taken advantage of maintenance with information importantly. IC memory card is used to move the information from vehicle to the ground at present. But this method has many weaknesses from hours and manpower aspect because it spends much time shifting data. So this paper proposes a method to move data as quickly and correctly as possible. We propose the method to collect the information using wireless LAN automatically in this paper. And we carried out data-transfer-test on the real field using wireless LAN to confirm possibility of this method. This paper shows the result of the data-transfer-test.

  • 우리나라 대중교통 시스템은 서로 다른 수단간 복합적인 상호 연계로 그 교차지점에서 승객의 이동이 많이 발생하는 환승 위치가 점점 많아지고 있다. 즉, 2개 이상의 교통수단이 한 곳에서 교차하는 환승센터의 올바른 기능은 보행자의 편리성과 안락함등으로 직결되고, 그로 인한 더 많은 대중교통 이용유발이 촉진된다. 이처럼 중요한 기능을 담당하는 역할에도 불구하고 국내에는 아직 환승보행센터의 배치기준이나 그것을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 환승센터를 이용하는 보행자의 이용실태(환승거리 및 시간, 접근거리 및 시간, 역사 내 승객 이동경로)를 조사 분석하였다. 그 분석결과를 토대로 환승센터에서의 연계시설 배치 평가기준을 승용차 이용자 보행 편리성과 대중교통 이용자의 보행 편리성으로 나누어 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 환승시설에서의 배치 평가기준은 보행자의 주요 이동 경로를 설정하고, 그에 따른 도보시간을 평가기준으로 설정하였다.

Estimation of Tritium Concentration in Groundwater around the Nuclear Power Plants Using a Dynamic Compartment Model

  • Every nuclear power plant measured concentrations of tritium in groundwater and surface water around the plants periodically. It was not easy to predict the tritium concentration only with these measurement data in case of various release scenarios. KAERI developed a new approach to find the relationship between the tritium release rate and tritium concentration in the environment. The approach was based upon a dynamic compartment model. In this paper the dynamic compartment model was modified to predict the tritium behavior more accurately. The mechanisms considered for the transfer of tritium between the compartments were evaporation, groundwater flow, infiltration, runoff, and hydrodynamic dispersion. Time dependent source terms of the compartment model were introduced to refine the release scenarios. Also, transfer coefficients between the compartments were obtained using realistic geographical data. In order to illustrate the model various release scenarios were developed, and the change of tritium concentration in groundwater and surface water around the nuclear power plants was estimated.

소형 가솔린 기관의 정상 열전도 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Steady-State Heat Conduction Characteristics of a Small Gasoline Engine)

  • In this paper, heat conduction characteristics of the cylinder block of a small 3 - cylinder, 4¬stroke gasoline engine were analyzed using the 3 - dimensional finite element method. Based on the experimental data, the engine cycle simulation was carried out in order to obtain the heat transfer coefficient and the temperature of the gas and the mean heat transfer coefficient of the coolant. Heat transfer data of the gas, which were averaged with respect to exposure time to the wall, were taken as convective boundary conditions corresponding to the operating conditions to obtain the temperature fields of the block. Finally silicon nitride(Si3N4) was taken as the material of the block liner in order to investigate its temperature distribution characteristics and compare the results with the original ones.

일부 지방대학 간호학과 편입생의 대학생활 경험 (The Experiences of Students Transferring into the Nursing Program at Local Universities)

  • The purpose of this research is to describe the experiences of transfer students in nursing colleges. This study was based on the qualitative content analysis. To collect qualitative data, 10 personal interviews were conducted from June 2013 to September 2014. Five sub-themes emerged from the data as follows: Participants started new challenge with self-confidence; Nursing science was difficult and unfamiliar disciplines to them; Firstly, they had no place in nursing department, but got places of their own over time; They managed to hold their own in confronting with difficulties; They consequently made personal upgrades in their life. The results of this study could guide nursing faculties to understand what kind of burdens transfer students experienced, how they had adapted to them, and how to support them to realize their full potential to grow into competent nurses.
