생산성 증대를 위한 XML 기반 기계부품 생산관리시스템 개발 (The Development of a Machine-Parts Production Management System Based on XML for Productivity Improvement)

  • 본 논문에서는 기계부품 생산라인에 전용으로 적용할 XML 기반 생산관리시스템을 개발하였다. 기계부품 전용 생산관리시스템 개발을 위해 여러 관리모듈들을 개발, 통합하고 아울러 XML 기술에 기반 한 생산관리시스템을 개발하였다. 그리고 클라이언트/서버 데이터베이스 모듈을 구축하여 기계부품 제어를 위한 서브시스템과 서버 데이터베이스와의 통신을 지원하는 GUI 응용 프로그램도 개발하였으며 RPC 에뮬레이터를 이용하여 클라이언트 GUI 모듈에서 서버 모듈을 원격 실행하도록 하였다. 통합제어모듈을 통하여 독립적으로 실행되는 각 모듈들을 통합하여 하나의 큰 유기적 생산관리시스템으로 동작하도록 제어한다. 아울러 POP 시스템을 개발하여 기계부품 가공 기계에 부착된 센서의 시리얼포트를 통하여 실적 데이터를 수집하여 이를 GUI로 나타내고 분석하여 생산계획에 즉시 반영하는 기계부품 실적 정보 시스템을 구축하며 또한 XML 기술을 이용하여 XML 기반 생산관리시스템을 구축하였다.

등산 활동 참여동기와 위험지각 수준에 따른 위험감소행동 연구 (Study on Risk Reduction Behavior According to Participation Motivation of Mountain Climbing Activity and Level of Risk Perception)

  • This study investigates risk reduction behavior with risk perception in outdoor wear purchase situations. Data were collected via a questionnaire from 400 consumers between the ages of 20 to 50 residing in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Data analysis were conducted with SPSS 20 program on the reliability test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test. Factor analyses were employed for the participation motivation of mountain climbing activities, risk reduction behavior and risk perception. Five factors were for the participation motivation of mountain climbing activities (health and fitness, external ostentation, achievement and excitement, improvement of climbing skills, and society). Five factors were for risk perception (fashionability loss and social risk, time and convenience loss, economic risk, performance risk, and psychological risk). Five factors were for the risk reduction behavior (interpersonal information sources use, marketer-dominated information sources use, professional information sources use, pre-purchase deliberation/observation/experience, and brand dependence). Three clusters were identified based on the motivation of outdoor activities (the affiliation/display, the health/internal informativeness and low motivation). The participation motivation for mountain climbing activities were varied. Manufacturers should increase efforts to develop products with good qualities at a reasonable cost as well as establish new marketing strategies since the risk of product performance and economic efficiency in the purchase of outdoor wear was a significant consumer perception.

압력센서를 이용한 실시간 앉은 자세 모니터링 시스템 (Real-time Sitting Posture Monitoring System using Pressure Sensor)

  • A Sitting posture is a very important issue for moderns who is mostly sedentary. Also, a wrong sitting posture causes back-pain and spinal disease. Many researchers have been proposed numerous approaches that classifying and monitoring for a sitting posture. In this paper, we proposed a real-time sitting posture monitoring system that was developed to measure pressure distribution in the human body. The proposed system consists of a pressure sensing module (six pressure sensors), data acquisition and processing module, a communication module and a display module for an individual sitting posture monitoring. The developed monitoring system can classify into five sitting postures, such as a correct sitting, sitting on forward inclination, leaning back sitting, sitting with a right leg crossed and a left leg crossed. In addition, when a user deviates from the correct posture, an alarm function is activated. We selected two kinds of chairs, one is rigid material and fixed form, the other one is a soft material and can adjust the height of a chair. In the experiments, we observed appearance changes for subjects in consequence of a comparison between before the correction of posture and after the correction of posture when using the proposed system. The data from twenty four subjects has been classified with a proposed classifier, achieving an average accuracy of 83.85%, 94.56% when the rigid chair and the soft chair, respectively.

여성의류 매장 공간의 구도에 나타난 공간구성의 주의집중 특성 - 백화점 매장의 순회동선을 대상으로 - (Features of Attention to Space Structure of Spacial Composition in Women's Shop - Targeting the Circulation Line of Department Store -)

  • This study has analyzed the features of attention to spacial composition seen in "Seeing ${\leftrightarrow}$ Seen" Correlation of continuous move in the space. The eye-tracking was employed for collecting the data of attention features to the space so that the correlation between visual perception and space could be estimated through the attention features to the difference between spacial composition and display. First, it was confirmed that the attention features varied according to the structure of shops and the exposure degree of selling space, which revealed that, while causing the customers' less attention to both sides of shops, the vanishing-point structure characteristically made their eyes focused on the central part. Second, their initial observation activities were found to be active at the height of their eyes. Third, 10 images were selected as objects for continuous experiment. There was a concern that the central part of each image would be paid intense attention to during the initial observation, but only two of those were found to be so. Fourth, there had been a study result of eye-tracking experiment that the attention had been concentrated on the central part of the image first seen. This study, however, revealed that such phenomenon is limited to the first image. Accordingly, it is necessary to draw up such method for ensuring reliability in order to use the data acquired from any eye-tracking experiment as exclusion of the initial attention time to the first image or of unemployment of the initial image-experiment to analysis.

헌신적인 교사가 갖추어야 할 창의성에 대한 중등교사와 예비교사의 인식 비교 (Comparison of Perception Between Secondary School Teacher and Pre-service Teacher about the Creativity as an Essential Quality of Highly Professional and Committed Teachers)

  • In order to foster 'creative convergence talents' teachers and pre-service teachers who possess a certain degree of creativity must learn about this new approach as part of their teacher training. In this study, we attempted to identify the implications on the curriculum of the teacher education-training college in question by analysing secondary school teachers' and pre-service teachers' creativity and by collecting sufficient data to develop a positive feedback model for selecting, cultivating, and appointing pre-service teachers who fulfil the requirements of said college of education. Such teachers will display the commitment and professionalism to fulfil their teaching duties in the best possible manner and will consistently produce valuable contributions to their chosen subject matter and integrate these into their daily teaching. These teachers will complete all their tasks in a creative way, including student guidance, administrative duties, and academic lessons. The factors that distinguished creative teachers from others included originality and fluency. Our test group comprised 216 pre-service teachers as well as 137 fully qualified teachers. Teachers' understanding of the factors required in order to qualify as a 'creative and committed teacher' was very low. We provided data to the college of education to increase creativity when selecting teachers and curricula based on an analysis of perceptions of creativity provided by teachers and pre-service teachers.

웹문서 내의 극좌표계 텍스트 배치를 위한 CSS3 확장사양 설계 (Design of CSS3 Extensions for Polar-Coordinate Text Layout in Web Documents)

  • 최근 스마트워치 등 원형 기기들이 출시되고, 빅데이터 시대로 데이터 시각화 분야가 주목을 받으면서 글자의 원형 배치에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 웹문서에서 글자를 원형이나 부채꼴로 배치하는 방법을 따로 지원하지 않는다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 웹브라우저 환경에서 CSS 스타일시트와 HTML로 표현되어 있는 웹문서 내의 글자를 원이나 부채꼴의 중심을 기준으로 하는 극좌표계로 배치할 수 있도록 CSS3 사양을 확장하였다. CSS3 사양 확장에 앞서 사례조사를 통하여 극좌표계 표현에 대한 요구사항을 분석하였으며 기존의 사각형이 아닌 부채꼴 서식모델을 제안하고 이에 맞추어 세부적인 텍스트 배치 사양을 정의하였다. 또한, 확장된 CSS3 사양으로 작성한 콘텐츠를 기존 브라우저에서 확인할 수 있도록 전처리기를 구현하고 샘플 콘텐츠를 작성하여 제안한 확장사양의 적합성을 검증하였다.

대형 TFT-LCD용 SDI 신호 생성기의 개발 (Development of SDI Signal generator for Large size TFT-LCD)

  • 최근 TFT-LCD TV를 구동하는데 있어서 비발광소자인 LCD의 응답특성을 개선하기 위해서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 기존의 1 Frame 의 시간주기를 보다 작게 나누어 구동하는 방법에 대해서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이 경우 화면을 구성하는 데이터의 양이 많이 소요됨과 동시에 드라이버 IC의 구동 속도가 문제가 되고 있다. 기존의 차동신호를 바탕으로 한 TFT-LCD 구동신호는 이러한 문제에 대응하는데 문제가 있으며, 본 연구에서는 Full HD를 Quad 쌍으로 구동하는 고속 구동을 위해서 기존의 신호전송방식이 가지고 있던 많은 입력선 수를 효과적으로 줄이기 위해서 직렬 데이터 전송방식의 Full HD Generator 를 제작하여 평가하는데 목적을 두었으며, 평가 결과 육안으로도 잔상이 없는 고속구동이 가능한 직렬 데이터 방식의 구동 설비를 제작할 수 있었다.

Operational Report of the Mission Analysis and Planning System for the KOMPSAT-I

  • Since its launching on 21 December 1999, the KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite-Ⅰ (KOMPSAT-Ⅰ) has been successfully operated by the Mission Control Element (MCE), which was developed by the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI). Most of the major functions of the MCE have been successfully demonstrated and verified during the three years of the mission life of the satellite. The Mission Analysis and Planning Subsystem (MAPS), which is one of the four subsystems in the MCE, played a key role in the Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) operations as well as the on-orbit mission operations. This paper presents the operational performances of the various functions in MAPS. We show the performance and analysis of orbit determinations using ground-based tracking data and GPS navigation solutions. We present four instances of the orbit maneuvers that guided the spacecraft from injection orbit into the nominal on-orbit. We include the ground-based attitude determination using telemetry data and the attitude maneuvers for imaging mission. The event prediction, mission scheduling, and command planning functions in MAPS subsequently generate the spacecraft mission operations and command plan. The fuel accounting and the realtime ground track display also support the spacecraft mission operations. We also present the orbital evolutions during the three years of the mission life of the KOMPSAT-Ⅰ.

호텔기업에서의 상사의 리더십이 종사원의 신뢰 및 집단응집력에 미치는 영향 (Effect on Supervisor's Leadership in the Hotel Organization on Employee's Cohesiveness and Trust)

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업에서의 상사의 리더십이 종사원의 신뢰 및 집단응집력에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 나타내었다. 첫째, 호텔종사원의 리더십은 신뢰 및 집단응집력에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 그들의 잠재능력 및 창의력을 최대한으로 발휘하게 하기 위해서는 조직 내에서 리더십에 대한 관심을 증대시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 신뢰는 집단응집력에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 집단응집력은 어느 조직에서나 마찬가지로 서비스 조직에도 많은 긍정적 결과를 가져오기 때문에 호텔종사원들은 이런 결과에 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. 따라서 호텔종사원은 이에 걸 맞는 인식과 교육제도 등을 파악하여 앞으로 적용 시킬 수 있어야 할 것이다.

복합제품시스템 추격을 위한 특허 기반 부상기술 탐색: 가스터빈 사례를 중심으로 (Exploration of emerging technologies based on patent analysis in complex product systems for catch-up: the case of gas turbine)

  • Korean manufacturing industry have recently faced the catch-up of China in the mass commodity product, such as automotive, display, and smart phone in terms of market as well as technology. Accordingly, discussion on the importance of achieving catch-up in complex product systems (CoPS) has been increasing as a new innovation engine for the industry. In order to achieve successful catch-up of CoPS, we explored emerging technologies of CoPS, which are featured by the characteristics of radical novelty, relatively fast growth and self-sustaining, through the study of emerging technologies of gas turbine for power generation. We found that emerging technologies of the gas turbine are technologies for combustion nozzle and composition of electrical machine for increasing power efficiency, washing technology for particulate matter, cast and material processing technology for enhancing durability from fatigue, cooling technologies from extremely high temperature, interconnection operation technology between renewable energy and the gas turbine for flexibility in power generation, and big data technology for remote monitoring and diagnosis of the gas turbine. We also found that those emerging technologies resulted in technological progress of the gas turbine by converging with other conventional technologies in the gas turbine. It indicates that emerging technologies in CoPS can be appeared on various technological knowledge fields and have complementary relationship with conventional technologies for technology progress of CoPS. It also implies that latecomers need to pursue integrated learning that includes emerging technologies as well as conventional technologies rather than independent learning related to emerging technologies for successful catch-up of CoPS. Our findings provide an important initial theoretical ground for investigating the emerging technologies and their characteristics in CoPS as well as recognizing knowledge management strategy for successful catch-up of latecomers. Our findings also contribute to the policy development of the CoPS from the perspective of innovation strategy and knowledge management.
