The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of cooking wine's functions on food quality attributes. factor analysis, reliability analysis (Cronbach's $\alpha$), and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The cooking wine functions were divided into 3 factors (expectation of utility, functionality, and quality enhancement). According to the multiple regression analysis of cooking wine factors to food quality, all factors had positive influences on food quality. Among the three factors, expectation of utility(=.556, p<0.001) had the most significant influence on food quality. And functionality (=.321, p<0.001) and quality enhancement(=.296, p<=0.001) also had significant effects in that order. further research should be conducted on cooking wine's utility aspects and their effects on food quality. Finally, we anticipate that the results of this study will be useful information for food-service companies.

The mathematical method was developed and numerical analyses were carried out with various parameters to provide substantial data for optimal design and operation of urban utility systems. The composition of systems and their specifications, such as co-generation system, heat pump system, incineration system and other heating and cooling system could be obtained through these analyses for various resource and energy requirements in urban area. As results the system constituents and operating characteristics, and their economic performances such as the value of objective function, initial and an operating costs were discussed for various load patterns. The effective system design method and the excepted effects of the several unused energy recovery systems were also briefly discussed with the variation of the buildings and facilities species and their capacities.

The stochastic dominance approach is to form a portfolio that stochastically dominates a predetermined benchmark portfolio such as KOSPI. This study is to search a set of portfolio weights for the first-order stochastic dominance with maximum utility defined in terms of mean and variance by managing the constraint set and the objective function in an iterative manner. A nonlinear programming algorithm was developed and tested with promising results against Korean stock market data sets.

This research examines the compensation package maximizing the utilities of internal customers by applying the market segmentation theory. Data were collected from four Korean hospitals in Seoul, Pusan and Kyunggi-do. The research is designed to seek the compensation package maximizing the utility of doctors and nurses by applying the market segmentation theory. The compensation package for doctors and nurses was classified into 5 attributes which are level of salary, payment method, education, promotion, reward method. The test results were as follows. First, the relative importance of each attribute in the compensation package is different. The level of salary is the most important, reward method is the next. Second, the utility of doctors increases by 8.7%, when they are segmented on the basis. of their preference for compensation attributes while that of nurses increases by 39.8%. The results of this study imply that the utility of doctors and nurses increases with differentiated compensation package for internal customer segmented by their preference.

This study considers a joint congestion control, routing and power control for energy-constrained wireless networks. A mathematical model is introduced which includes maximization of network utility, maximization of network lifetime, and trade-off between network utility and network lifetime. The framework would maximize the overall throughput of the network where the overall throughput depends on the data flow rates which in turn is dependent on the link capacities. The link capacity on the other hand is a function of transmit power levels and link Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise-Ratio (SINR) which makes the power allocation problem inherently difficult to solve. Using dual decomposition techniques, subgradient method, and logarithmic transformations, a joint algorithm for rate and power allocation problems was formulated. Numerical examples for each optimization problem were also provided.

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the information sources according to the benefit segmentations of New kids' jeans wearing. The subject consisted of 392 adolescents in Seoul and Honsung area. For analysis of data, confirming factor analysis, correlations, stepwise regression analysis were applied. The results were as follow ; 1. The benefit segmentation dimensions of New kids' jeans wearing were brand royalty, personality, fashionality, and utility pursuit. 2. According to the correlations between the benefit segmentation and the information sources, brand royalty was positive correlation with all information sources. Similary, both personality and fashionality were positive correlation with market initiated and neutral information. The other hand. only utility was negative correlation with neutral information. 3. In influences of the information sources according to the benefit segmentations, market initiated information is high valued in personality, fashionality, utility, and brand royalty. Neutral information is high valued in fashionality.

This study investigates how anticipated value(attainment value, intrinsic value, utility value, and reward value) and self-efficacy in providing information have an influence on continuance intention to provide information in the context of online community or social media. We propose a conceptual model for examining the framework for the effect of anticipated value on attitude toward providing information, and the effect of attitude toward providing information and self-efficacy in providing information on continuance intention to provide information. Proposed research model is empirically assessed using the survey data obtained from 221 respondents in Korea. Results show that attainment value and intrinsic value have a significant impact on attitude toward providing information, whereas utility value and reward value are found to be insignificant. In addition, attitude toward providing information and self-efficacy in providing information are positively and significantly related to continuance intention to provide information.

Real Time Pricing(RTP) is used not only to stabilize the price volatility in electricity market, but to hedge the price risk for Load Serving Entity(LSE). This paper presents an efficient method to reduce the risk of the price volatility in real-time electricity market. For designing the RTP, load patterns of customer are calculated by applying the demand elasticity and customer's utility is also analyzed to compute the RTP revenue through the risk-attribute of the LSE. In the end, the distribution of the LSE's profits can be evaluated to lead the optimal RTP value, depending on the level of customer's participation. Results from the case study based on PJM data are reported to illustrate the proposed method.

This study proposes a web presence readiness model based on pre-payment service functions and a post-payment service function both of which embrace the major concerns of customers in the online purchasing context. Based on the concept of customer utility from the product itself and instrumental utility, the research model suggests four antecedents including, Perceived Economic Benefits, Product Search Support Quality, e-Shopping Method Diversity, and Post-Payment Support Quality. We empirically examined a proposed research model using data collected from online rating company websites. Among the four antecedents, post payment support quality is found to be the most influential determinant of customer evaluation on e-commerce websites. Based on the empirical results, the current study proposes an alternate model of web presence readiness. The findings of this study may provide an insight to field practitioners designing commercial websites. The implications and future research directions are further discussed.

It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.
