오늘날 4차 산업 혁명과 대규모 R&D 지원으로 인해 국내 기업은 세계 기술력 수준의 산업기술을 보유하기 시작하였으며 중요한 자산으로 변모하였다. 국가는 기업의 중요한 산업기술을 보호하고자 국가핵심기술로 지정하였으며, 특히 원자력, 조선, 반도체와 같은 기술이 유출될 경우 해당 기업뿐만 아니라 국가 차원에서도 심각한 경쟁력 손실로 이어질 수 있다. 매년 내부자 유출, 랜섬웨어 그룹의 해킹공격, 산업스파이에 산업기술 탈취 시도가 증가하고 있으며, 탈취된 산업기술은 다크웹 환경에서의 은밀하게 거래가 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 다크웹 환경에서 은밀하게 이루어지는 산업기술 유출을 탐지하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 먼저 OSINT 환경에서 수집한 정보를 이용하여 다크웹 크롤링을 통한 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 이후 KeyBERT 모델을 이용한 산업기술 유출 키워드를 추출한 후 다크웹 환경에서의 산업기술 유출 징후를 정량적 수치로 제안한다. 마지막으로 식별된 다크웹 환경에서의 산업기술 유출 사이트를 기반으로 PageRank 알고리즘 통한 2차 유출 가능성을 탐지한다. 제안된 모델을 통해 27,317개의 중복 없는 다크웹 사이트를 수집하였으며, 100개의 원자력 특허에서 총 15,028개의 원자력 관련 키워드를 추출하였다. 가장 높은 원자력 유출 다크웹 사이트를 기반으로 2차 유출을 탐지한 결과 12개의 다크웹 사이트를 식별하였다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of colors and color images on fashion web sites, and to provide efficient color informatiom which is useful in color planning and is suitable for brand image on fashion web sites.216 color sample used by 48 fashion web sites were collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows; First, dominant colors on fashion web sites are neutral color such as white, gray, black and warm colors such as red, yellow red, yellow. Except blue, cool colors show low usage ratio. Second, the color tones of vivid, strong, light, dull, dark, dark grayish were shown in order. Third, the color images on fashion web sites are casual, modem, romantic, natural, elegant, chic, classic, dandy, pretty, clear, cool casual, dynamic, gorgeous, ethnic and formal.

Current and planned large-volume surveys such as the Sloan Digital Sky Survey extended Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey (SDSS IV-eBOSS) or the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) will use Luminous Red Galaxies (LRGs) and Emission Line Galaxies (ELGs) to map the cosmic web up to z~1.7, and will allow one to accurately constrain cosmological models and obtain crucial information on the nature of dark energy and the expansion history of the Universe in novel epochs - particularly by measuring the Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO) feature with improved accuracy. To this end, we present here a study of the spatial distribution and clustering of a sample of LRGs and ELGs obtained from a sub-volume of the MultiDark simulation complemented by different semi-analytic prescriptions, and investigate how these two different populations trace the cosmic web at different redshift intervals - along with their synergy. This is the first step towards the interpretation of upcoming ELG and LRG data.

본 논문에서는 DarkWebGuard라는 실시간 악성 URL 탐지 시스템을 소개하고, 그 개발에 사용된 도구와 알고리즘에 대해 논의합니다. DarkWebGuard는 머신러닝을 기반으로 하며, 인터넷 보안에 대한 현재의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 개발되었습니다. 이 시스템은 사용자와 시스템을 보호하기 위해 악성 URL을 실시간으로 탐지하고 분류합니다.

다크웹(Dark Web)은 마약, 불법 촬영물, 해킹, 무기 등 불법 콘텐츠의 공유 및 거래가 이루어지는 인터넷 영역으로서 최근에는 소셜미디어와 연계된 형태로 범죄 양상이 변화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 국내 외 사회 문제로 대두되고 있는 마약 범죄를 추적하기 위한 다크웹 수사 기술로서 다크웹 사용자를 소셜미디어로 유인하는 마약 정보 수집체계를 개발한다. 먼저 미국 마약단속국에서 공개한 대표적인 마약 용어 3개의 표준어 및 은어를 검색 키워드로 사용하여 마약 관련 다크웹을 수집하고, 수집된 다크웹을 크롤링하여 소셜미디어 계정 링크를 추출한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 소셜미디어 중, 트위터 및 텔레그램 접속 링크를 수집하였으며 실험 결과, 접속 가능한 총 54개 다크웹 도메인의 9,046개 웹 페이지에서 트위터 유인 링크 567개, 텔레그램 유인 링크 118개를 추출하였다.

본 연구는 웹 페이지 디자인의 감성모형을 구축하기 위해 실시되었다. 감성요소를 추출하기 위하여 첫째, 감성을 표현하는 어휘를 수집하고, 둘째, 감성어휘를 의미미분법을 사용해서 분류하고 셋째, 요인분석과 다차원척도법의 통계분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과로 얻어진 18개의 대표 어휘는 '독특하다. 신선하다, 화려하다. 소프트하다. 차갑다, 따뜻하다. 생생하다, 간단하다, 간결하다, 이색적이다, 도회적이다, 환하다, 칙칙하다, 밝다, 어둡다. 동적이다, 남성적이다, 딱딱하다'였으며, 세 개의 '밝다-어둡다', '소프트하다-딱딱하다', '간단하다-화려하다'의 감성 공간을 얻을 수 있었다.

IT 기술의 발전으로 따른 디지털 기기 사용의 보편화와 함께, 익명 통신 기술의 규모 또한 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 특히, 다크 웹(Dark web)과 딥웹(Deep web) 등 익명성을 보장하는 보안 메신저가 디지털 범죄의 온상지가 되고 있다. 익명 네트워크를 이용한 범죄 행위는 사용 기기에 로컬 데이터를 거의 남기지 않아 행위 추적이 어렵다. 미국 연방형사소송규칙과 영국 수사권한법에서는 온라인 수색 관련 법 및 제도 도입을 통해 대응하고 있으나, 한국은 관련 법의 부재로 인하여 수사적 대응 또한 전무한 실정이다. 종래의 (해외에서 사용되는) 온라인 수색 기법은 프로세스가 종료되면 아티팩트(Artifact) 수집을 할 수 없고, 메모리에만 데이터를 저장하는 악성코드에 대응할 수 없으며, 민감 데이터 식별이 어렵고, 무결성이 침해된다는 기술적 한계가 확인된다. 본 논문에서는 기본권 침해를 최소화하는 방향에서 물리 메모리 데이터 분석을 통한 익명 네트워크 사용자 행위 추적 기반 블록체인 범죄 수사방식의 국내 도입 방안을 제안한다. 클로링을 통해 수집한 다크 웹 사이트 사용자의 행위를 추적해 물리 메모리의 잔존율과 77.2%의 합의 성공률을 확인함으로써 제안 방안의 수사로서의 실효성을 입증하고자 하였다.

With upcoming high-quality data from surveys such as eBOSS or DESI, improving the theoretical modeling and gaining a deeper understanding of the effects of neutrinos and dark radiation on structure formation at small scales are necessary, to obtain robust constraints free from systematic biases. Using a novel suite of hydrodynamical simulations that incorporate dark matter, baryons, massive neutrinos, and dark radiation, we present a detailed study of their impact on Lyman-Alpha forest observables. In particular, we accurately measure the tomographic evolution of the shape and amplitude of the small-scale matter and flux power spectra and search for unique signatures along with preferred scales where a neutrino mass detection may be feasible. We then investigate the thermal state of the intergalactic medium (IGM) through the temperature-density relation. Our results indicate that the IGM at z ~ 3 provides the best sensitivity to active and sterile neutrinos.

Alkaptonuria (AKU, OMIM: 203500) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder of tyrosine metabolism due to a defect of enzyme activity, homogentisate 1,2-dioxygenase (HGD). The patients with AKU initially presented with dark urine discoloration, and ochronosis and arthritis develop after third decades of life. With advances of Internet resources, web-based health seekers for rare disease are increasing. Here, we report the case of an 18-year-old boy with AKU who visited our center due to dark black urine based on self-diagnosis via web searching of this rare condition. Compound heterozygous mutations in HGD gene, IVS5+3A>C and IVS12+6T>C were identified and both of mutations were detected in his parents. Our case illustrates the utility of publicly available Internet resources for diagnosis of rare disease.
