시각정보의 인식도에 의한 자동차 Side Mirror의 최적 위치결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Position of Vehicle Side Mirrors according to the Perception of Visual Information)

  • This study deals with the experiment of perceiving visual information according to the positions of vehicle side mirrors. In the design of vehicle, the consideration of safety is very important. Therefore we consider the positions of side mirrors to use visual information effectively which is important factor to driver. This paper presents the position of side mirror to elevate the degree of visual perception for the circumstances of danger by experiments. To exhibit the circumstances of danger. 4 LED(Light Emitted Diode) art located at each side(right. left front. hack) of vehicle. A subject pushes the LED switch to see that if he perceives the circumstance of danger. To record the circumstance of randomly generated danger, computer interface card is used to control 4 LED and swithch on IBM PC/AT Experiments are divided into 2 parts. The 1st experiment present the independence of right & left side mirror. The 2nd experiment present optimal position of right & left side mirror. The vehicle used in experiment is model EL of H Co.. Statistical process of experimental data using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences)/PC package concludes that 1) the optimal position of right side mirror is 54cm forward of exist position. 2) for the left side mirror, the position of 120cm forward of exist position shows the worst degree of perception. and the optimal position does not exist in statistical meaning.

건설현장의 PSM(Process Safety Management) 제도 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application to PSM (Process Safety Management) Policy in the Construction)

  • In this paper, we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM method. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries,' thereby strengthening there competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method will make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.

  • It is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM(Process Safety Management) method using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and to development of PSIM(Process Safety Information Management) evaluation method in the construction. The reason why PSIM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries, thereby strengthening their competitive edges.

  • As domestic buildings have been large-scaled, diversified and high-rise, there have been a consistent demand for design, development of construction technology and accident prevention activity as well as quality enhancement. In spite of governmental and related institutions' efforts for reducing national losses which come from numerous accidents, there have been endless small and large accidents on the construction site and thus, it is urgent to conduct empirical researches in this area. Currently safety supervision system in construction industry has enforced harm and danger prevention planning system, however it merely stick to other existing materials. In addition, it is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. 스마트폰 사용자의 보안수칙 실천 부족에 관한 연구 : 효능감의 역할을 중심으로 (A Study on Disconfirmity to Security Practices of Smart-phone : Focused on Roles of Efficacy)

  • Purpose This study discusses the contradictory behavior of smart-phone users who consider security is important, but they do not follow the security recommendations. We found through literature research that this contradictory behavior is resulted from a low level of efficacy. Design/methodology/approach Research hypotheses were set based on Extended Parallel Process Model, Control Theory, and Self Efficacy Mechanism. The data were collected from undergraduate students. Total of 178 data were used for the analysis. Findings Results of the analysis, first, showed that the relationship between threat and security attitude varies with the level of coping efficacy. Second, showed that the relationship between threat and fear does not vary with the level of coping efficacy. Both the groups with high coping efficacy and low coping efficacy had a statistically significant effect on the relationship between threat and fear.

발사장 주변 해상의 공공안전 위협요인에 대한 개선 대상 분석 (Analysis of Improvement Targets for Public Safety Threats in the Maritime Area Around the Launch Site)

  • 발사 전 발사장 주변 해상 위험구역 안전확보는 필수 조건이다. 해상안전이 확보되지 못한 경우 발사는 중지 또는 연기되는 상황에 직면하게 된다. 하지만, 수상 레저 활동 인구 증가 등으로 해상 공공안전 확보에 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 통제해역 내 선박 진입, 수상 레저 장비의 무단출입과 소개 명령 불응이 해당 된다. 본 논문에서는 발사체 개발 및 발사장 운영 전문가 등 22명을 대상으로 델파이/ 계층분석법을 활용하여 해상 공공안전 위협요인을 10개 항목으로 도출하고, 해상안전 확보를 위하여 개선하여야 할 항목 5개를 도출하였다. 본 논문에서 분석한 결과 해상안전 확보를 위하여 가장 개선이 필요한 항목은 발사장 주변 위험구역 설정과 통제에 대한 관계법령 개정이나 단행법 제정 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 전문가 의견에 대하여 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하고 일관성을 검증하여 객관적인 의견을 제시한 부분에 의미가 있다고 사료 된다.

가연성 배기덕트-흄 화재위험성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fire Risk Assessment of Combustible Exhaust Duct-fume)

  • When back-out & firing Process applies heat, hume is piled up in exhaust duct by organic compound and it have high dangerousness. There by, the process is happening a lot of damage that is exhaust duct fire. However we do not have certain fire dangerousness estimation and digestion countermeasure. So we need preventive measure. Back-out & firing is a process which has fine structure, electrical and mechanical characteristics, such as firing kiln and back-out kiln which has pipe line and box type. The box oven is made of heating coil, fan motor and control panel. Back-out & firing process has air circulation institution of quick ventilation type. When we operate this process for long time, fire can break out easily. Duct is made by zinc shredder. If fire breaks out in duct inside, fire by deposit fume can be dispersed easily. Accordinglym, This project estimate danger for back-out & firing process exhaust duct through real fire test. And there is purpose of study to establish preventive measure.

  • 정보시스템 장애는 단순한 소프트웨어 오류에서부터 프로그램 시험 미비, 물리적인 방재시설 미비 등 다양하다. 비록 장애가 사소하더라도 그 결과는 엄청난 피해를 야기 시키기도 한다. 최근에는 이런 문제를 해결하는데 있어 단순한 외부 보안시스템만으로는 어렵게 되었다. 이제는 기업의 전반적인 정보기술에 대해 위험과 관련된 종합적인 대응책 수립과 적절한 대응이 필요한 시점에 도래하였다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 조직체 내에서 IT자원에 대한 무결성, 가용성, 기밀성을 고려하여 조직 내부와 외부에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 정보 및 시스템과 데이터에 대한 통제는 물론이고 위험에도 대처 할 수 있는 종합적인 위험관리시스템을 모델링하기 위한 특성에 대해 연구하였다.

농촌 정주형 역사환경 보전방법론 고찰 - 외국 선례를 중심으로 - (Conservation Methods for Historic Rural Settlements - with focus on foreign precedents -)

  • Now, the conservation policy of historic environments in Korea which started in early 1980's, is in a danger. In addition, because of economic crisis started last year, the concerns for historic environments are growing weaker. However, this situation can be a good opportunity to prepare for the coming conservation works, The purpose of this study is to find clues for conservation of historic environments by considering foreign precedents. For concrete results, this study selects historic rural settlements as a case and focuses on the relationship among related people in the light of the their rights. Based on the consideration of foreign precedents, three different characters in the conservation process could be identified compared with korean cases; 1) Except partial works of public sector, generally the conservation process is under the control of nonprofit groups and residents themselves, 2) Conservation methods include with the proper change process for the sustainable settlement, and avoid the unconditional past-oriented approach, 3) Conservation methods are composed of not only the preservation of external forms such as assets but also the continuous participation and management of the community. And the most important clue which has been extracted is that the diverse rights of related people in the historic rural settlements should be kept in balance thoroughly.
